It is super convenient for me to use the drive up feature so I dont have to bring my kids into the store at this moment. Because I cant guarantee all the customers in the store will wear the mask or being respectful to the policy. Anyway this feature is super awesome for me and my child who is at high risk for this virus. I just wish theres more products available for drive up option. Thank you so much!!!

It was so easy to have all the items I needed ready for my pick up. The people working at the customer service/pick up desk are so friendly, efficient, organized and helpful. I found this service so helpful especially during the pandemic. Definitely going to shop at Target hereafter.

Target is the place to go in Kailua to find all these little things you like to live a full, active, yet simple, life. The employees are friendly and always ready to help and smile. Yes, you can see and feel their smiles under their masks. Target is part of our community and the whole family likes going.

Called both Ala Moana and Kailua Target Stores for Bourbon Black Pepper Marinated Beef Tips. It says, IN STOCK for months. Both stores say, This product is discontinued. I wrote on their messenger say, Both stores have it in stock and the worker tells me dont have and it is discontinued. Target says, Bourbon Black Pepper Marinated Steak Tips is still in the stores. You have to waste time and gas to find stuff they dont have .

Very nice staff and they are ALWAYS restocking because so many people shop at this Target. I always find what I need and then some, the store is very clean and organized well.

Kailua Store is always clean. Aisles are wide and neat. Guest representatives are alway courteous and friendly. Love going to this Target!

I love Target. Unfortunately, every time Im at the kailua location its been stripped and the freezers are empty. The best locations in town are salt lake and ala moana. Ala moana is heavily populated and you gotta know the stores layout since its a multi level store. Maybe there are a lot more people frequenting the kailua location than upper management would expect.

I found everything I needed and more with ease. Self check out makes it easy to social distance and get our faster.

Went on a Sunday and there was plenty of parking and checking out at self check out was quick with no wait. One of the better Targets I’ve ever been to. Bring your own shopping bag or pay for one.

I had to return some shoes due to damaged straps and were dirty at the bottom, the employee was rude. I am very disappointed, I thought Target was better than that. She couldve at least apologized but instead looked at me with frustration. Very disappointed.Her ID # 2-1225-2697-0160-2713-1She offered 10% off. Just ridiculous.

A young man named Ryan kindly cleaned off my cart for me as I walked in. And then I was graciously helped by two employees named Kai and Preston. Great service!

I primarily came here to pick up the new Resident Evil game. I walked up to one of the workers in the electronic department and asked her if they had copies available, which the Target app said they did; and she had no idea what I was talking about. She asked what appeared to be her supervisor, and without even looking at me, the supervisor says: you have to come back tomorrow, we didnt take it off the truck yet. Today is the official release day (May 7, 2021), it should have been taken off the truck and ready to be purchased by the public today!Not only was that lazy considering it is the official release day, she was rude to not even bother looking at me when talking to me. Dont waste your time coming here for the newest releases: the workers dont care.

Amazing customer service. I was seriously amazed at how my elder mother and I got treated. A co worker by the name Minnie went out of her way to help us and made sure we were taken care of. Well mannered and super sweet girl. She seriously made my whole week at how kind and understanding she was. She was super patient and listened to us before speaking. Great Job Target Kailua for hiring people like this. We don’t even live in that area but will be driving back just to shop at this location. We still have sweet people in this world.

Good workers. Went there to find some hiking shoes that did appear on the Target app and once we got there, there were nothing that could look like hiking shoes. Disappointed, this target is still running old school.

EXPIRED MEDICINEI ordered items for the same day delivery and the most important one was my allergy relief. They came with one that was EXPIRED ! I wanted to ask TARGET for a refund but their system doesn’t let me !

The cashier charged me for 6 salads at $5.99 each & 1 salad at $3.99, when I only bought 1 $3.99 salad & 1 $5.99 salad. She also didnt want to allow me to retype my number to get my Circle discounts after I mistyped it & she was rude about it. I think she may have overcharged me almost $30 on purpose for the extra salads, and I was naive enough not to check my receipt until I got home. Now I dont know if I can get my $30 back for the overcharge, since Im already home. Im very very upset about this, as Im on a limited income.

The three women helping me at the pick-up and delivery desk were outstanding. I didnt catch their names (sorry!) Two were working at that counter and one I believe was a manager. They were all just wonderful. They were so friendly, answered my many questions, and assisted me with my purchase. They went out of their way to by nice. This is a busy store, but they were so patient, efficient, and helpful. This was an incredibly positive interaction that made my week SO much better. Thank You !!!

I really liked the fact that the cashier took extra care to keep us safe upon checkout. I watched as she finished with the customer ahead of me and cleaned and sanitized the conveyor belt, the pin pad and the rest of the check out area. I thanked her for helping to keep her customers safe. Keep up the great job!

The Hawaii Target stores have made shopping extremely easy through their app and drive up process. The team even showed me how to use the app in the begining of the pandemic. Appreciate this service

(Target Drive Up pickup) First wait online was the whole 6 hours, and they forgot an item.. had to drive back after I got back home.. then waited again for 15min or so for them to get the item.. ordered the next morning, waited another 6 hours or so.. and they gave me one item, said “here ya go”.. and walked away.. after waiting 10min in parking lot, another employee asked if we needed help.. she was the only person who helped.. told me that all but 1 was SOLD OUT... Which I knew they werent because nobody buys those things.. anyways, I had no confirmation of anything being sold out or why I waited the Entire day for 1 item.. it was when she told me it was gone, I GOT an email.. So I went in the store and guess what, everything was in stock.

Ease of lines - they took down the barriers and opened up the front end - my cashier was kind and sweet and helpful

Placed a pickup order and waited 4 hours then we called 4x and were hung up on until we called a final time just to get the store closed message, no way to track my order or know when I will get it now. Maybe work on fixing that and making it easier for customers to be informed about their orders. Now I most likely have to wait till tomorrow which puts a huge damper on my plans for the night. Also previously had orders with missing items and was never refunded like they said I would be.

I cant stand this place, never have anything in stock, ever. Shelves are mostly empty for days. Common stuff is in stock everywhere else except here. Prices are always higher than every other Target locations. Super inconvenient.

Friendly Cashier, after talking a little with him, found out that he is not a cashier but support staff, and he was assisting as the cashier area was busy, he was good, made eye contact and carried a conversation as he checked myself and my sister out in 2 separate transactions.

I can get anything

Ample parking, things normally in stock, you can get something sent over from another store if it is only available at that store. You can grocery shop and get everything else you need all in one place and the prices are reasonable plus they have price match. I am still learning the app though, it is a little difficult for me.

Fantastic job setting up this huge location for proper social distancing-we are all staying home, but still have household needs. Having this location no only open-but safely set up for use-is amazing!

Not five stars because I could only find one kind of household bucket offered...no variety! Couldnt find a simple black wood tv tray.Also because employees were making a shift change in front of me and seemed more focused on that than on the customer in front of them...

This is the second time Ive observed this: this Target is visited by many international visitors. The store has a bring your own bag policy, which is laudable. They sometimes have cheap ($2) bags for purchase. But today, they said they were out of them and offered a $4 bag to some Japanese visitors, who were at first unsure as to what was happening, then said theyd buy it. I saw this happen before - that time a Japanese woman was buying about $6 worth of fruit, and they sold her a bag for $10.

Well the Target pick up I love. It was convenient and fast. The workers were friendly.

Parking is a challenge but the store is great. People are super helpful and always clean.

The employees were absolutely amazing. especially this one girl working in the Bullseye shop. sweetest little thing!

There are some store employees that are very rude. I have a health condition and cannot wear a facemask, and one of your employees (a female) yelled at me to put on my mask! Then as my wife and I were walking away, she and a fellow employee high-fived each other and were giggling about her yelling at me! How rude is that!! Also, a female manager did not respond to having to recover a shopping cart that strayed away from the store and ended up on our property. I had to call Corporate to get it removed! Very poorly run store!!

No other target on island is making people stand outside for social distancing. Been here for 30 min,its hot outside. Update 20 people just came out and the guy out front only let 5 people in. Come on!

Because basically they have a lot of variety and the prices are not too high for the items. How ever they do need to stock up their acrylic paint though. There always out.

They sell Amys frozen dishes for $4 each.I go here for groceries for that reason. Thank you for the great deal. Often they are $5.50 at other places.

While shopping this morning, February 21, 2020, saw staff member thoroughly cleaning (actually “detailing”) the beverage and condiment cabinets. It inspires great confidence in the cleanliness of the store.

I love the Target app and I love the convenience of self-checkout. However, the employees at this location are generally very unhelpful and unpleasant to come into contact with. Although if I use my app to find things that I need and use self check-out, I am typically able to avoid the unpleasant interactions.

I ordered boxes of diapers and wipes via drive up. I was intending for all bulky items to be placed in the trunk (common sense). But the young lady passed all of the items through my drivers side window. (Like, what?!) I had to pile it all in the passenger front seat since I had my baby in the back. Just really annoying I should have said something.

Target like every other. Ether you like it or not. Very clean store and well organized.

Easy and quick pick up when I had my grandson with no time to spare between places to be. I ordered online and picked up at the front counter. Signed for the purchase and was out the door in less than 3 minutes.

Community store providing everything for any household or business....do not have to travel outside of my Kailua community as in the past (i.e. to COSTCO, Windard Mall, etc). extremely friendly and very smart workers ....always helpful with senior citizens like myself who are not familiar using my smart phone Target app. to get discount prices on items purchased.

It was a wonderful experience. I will definitely shop like this in the future.

Good store, maintained well. Stocked well. My only issue is that I have frequently seen pets in this store when there is a clear no pets sign and none of the employees say anything. I have a service dog who was nearly attacked, barked and lunged at by someone’s pet. That can and will undo years of training and cause an early retirement. Please educate your staff and teach them the laws and to not be afraid of fraudulent owners and pets.

Very quick and easy. The counter staff was super nice and it was a great experience from online ordering throughout the pick up process. Really a great experience as its Christmas eve and they are on it for sure. Give it a try..

The staff I dealt with at the Kailua store were incredibly helpful to me this past week. My sunglasses slipped out of my hip pocket last week and after some mental retracing of steps, I gave Target a call from the airport the next day - I was on my way to Maui and not returning to Oahu. Great location. Parking can be hard to find sometimes due to location on this side of the island as it’s the closest one for many. Good prices use target cartwheel for deals and a red card gets you even more discounts.

Kailuas Target is a friendly and well managed business. Great on staples grocery and misc department store items w/o going into Honolulu. Have to shop for values still, but generally decent prices. Grocery better prices than Safeway but not as good as Times Supermarket. Not all products available when you want them as they change with Mainland seasons, not ours.

The workers are very friendly and helpful. Makes my day because they are always cheerful and happy.

This morning went to buy the Kingdom Hearts III PS4 game, and the worker was so friendly and helpful. I am very happy ^_^ Thank you Target Kailua ❤
