Great customer service and honest recommendations. During installation of my amp and speakers they even took it upon themselves to adjust and fix my bumper cover free of charge! Very reasonable pricing, Ill be going back for a subwoofer soon!

Explained problem attempted break INS on vehicle, their solution was turn up sesitivity of shock sensor. Thieves are prying open doors and toolbox which dont set off shock sensor. Doesnt help one bit. Suggested proximity sensor but said problem with false alarms. So getting visible damage done to vehicle better than getting possible false alarms. Can anyone point me in a better direction?

Sorry I meant to give this place a five star because the service and the price here is top notch. They are very professional and I actually mistook my review that was supposed to be for windward audio who doesnt give you service or ask you if you need help...nada. I left they store and went to car audio kailua.

Had speakers and subwoofer installed. They Broke inside handle on the door. They did call me to inform me but, did not offer to pay for it or at least give me a discount for the damage. Left all old speakers inside the truck. Did not bothered to show me what they had done as far as installation goes. It was a simple “hey sir” your truck is on the side, it’s done. Disappointed!

I have the most reasonable price offer ever with the manager: got plenty things done for less. I mean I’m not sure about other firms but they’ve got a pretty decent management with a warm customer service!! Plus they offer advises out of their jobs to make you decide better!!

Completely disorganized shop! They forgot about the appointment that I took off for and were completely confused about the issue. Unprofessional service and a waste of time.

Paid $210 for amp install including all wiring, bass knob, and crossover to hookup to stock head unit. $129 was the quote for install, $50 for bass knob, and $20 for crossover. I brought in my own sub and amp. I was quoted at $250 and $275 for the same job at other top reviewed shops. Time was quoted at 1-2 hours, they finished in just under an hour. Work was clean, no issues with that. Costumer service was a little awkward but overall very friendly. My only negative remark is when I called ahead for a quote they said installs started at $99 but when I came in they said it was $129 but it wasnt a big enough issue to deter me. Im glad I chose them and would recommend. Theres a reason why their reviews are so good!

Had a great experience with the whole team. They worked on our Toyota x runner and installed our sub we had bought from someone else. We bought everything else from them and the pricing was more than fair. We went in the next day to add speakers and had a tight budget but the owner was willing to help us out and made it possible for us to get what we wanted. We will only buy from car Audio specialist:)

These guys are amazing and their turnaround time was same day! I walked in at 2pm and picked up my car at 6pm. They installed a backup camera and set up a remote start for my 4Runner - everything works fabulously. I highly recommend these guys!

Stopped by the shop today looking to get an alarm system for my truck. The man who greeted me was kind and seemed very knowledgeable. He sold me on a viper alarm and installed it right on the spot in a fast and professional manner. Both times Ive come here Ive had great service by friendly people. Definitely making this my go-to shop.

**Update**I brought in another vehicle to get an estimate on and the gentleman recognized me and said I have something for you! Handed me a ring. He said when he was working on my car six months ago he vacuumed up something. I was shocked! One he remembered and two my kid was like thats moms? Apparently I had no idea.But I will definitely be getting my two other cars worked on here! Thank you guys!I was blown away by the customer service! Very friendly, very helpful! Instead of waiting days for an appointment, they said they could do it that day! Bonus!! Will be coming back to get my mids and highs as soon as I can.My only complaint I have is, my own. My vehicle has factory 4 inch speakers in the front and back door and I wish I could find reviews so I can make a decision on what to get.

Came just to get an alarm system installed and was sort of in a rush and they were quick to get to work and were done within an 1 hour and a couple of minutes. Great experience, customer service and professionalism. Had a stereo installed on my boat. Ata drove out to the boat and installed my stereo for a very reasonable price. When I had an electrical issue, he came back out and fixed it at no extra charge - and the issue had nothing to do with his installation. I most highly recommend him meet any and all your audio needs.

Great service! I got exactly what I needed, and this was exactly what I was looking for.

So I went to kaneohe car alarms to get help cuz my alarm wouldnt go off. The worker there couldnt help me and referred me to car audio specialist in Kailua. Got help from a worker by the name of Arthur who followed me to my job to disconnect and remove my aka r m system. His service was very quick and self explanatory as far as what my options were in regards to my car alarm problem.I would like to thank Arthur because without his service and help I wouldnt make it back home because my car wouldnt have started.

Guys got my Jeep in and out in no time while doing a good job. Way cheaper than ordering something from mainland and shipping it here and they have anything you could want in the store!
