This place is great. They didnt give me any garbage about wearing a mask. Their next door competitors (konos) were very rude and demanded I leave the store to put on my mask. I wasnt even allowed to put it on inside the store. So I took my money and my family and went here to blue bubble. Their icream was delicious. Great work. Ill be bringing business back to you in the future.

I can’t really rate the ice cream rolls because every time I try to go there, it is closed! It doesn’t matter what time of the day it is, it’s always closed. Following the hours of operation on Google Maps.

Ice cream is good but when there’s no one in line and it takes 2 workers 25 minutes to scoop you ice cream...it’s not worth it.

We stumbled across this place. And Im soooo glad we did! 2 of us shared an Ube Mine.There’s a bit of work that goes into making each one. Each one takes about 5 min to make, but it’s worth the wait!

Same as other people say- if you have 30 minutes to kill you can sit there and wait. The ice cream is a lot faster than the smoothie but you will wait

Ice cream tastes very good and the making process is fun to watch. A bit pricey but considering the time to make it it’s acceptable.

The best tasting ice cream I ever had. I didnt know what this type of ice cream was but after tasting it I will never go back to regular ice cream. The best taste ever. A MUST TRY!

Weren’t doing custom combinations when we went in, which was disappointing. I ordered the Ube Mine because I wanted mochi as a topping. I paid and they made the ice cream, without mochi, so I went back to ask about it. Apparently they were out and hadn’t bothered to tell me at any time in the order process. I requested to get another topping in its place and picked pineapple, which turned out to be just mediocre crushed pineapple from a can. Ice cream was good, but everything else was disappointing overall.

Mr. Lava Lovah - yummy! Similar to Cold Stone, you enjoy watching them make it. It is creative. Maybe a little more dry than a standard scoop, not really creamy but a tasty treat and fun experience.

The Staff is ALWAYS so great! No matter the time of day! I go for the customer service definitely. The ice cream is just the cherry on top, which is just as great!

The ice cream was really good. Great experience for kids getting to watch how it’s made. Several new ice cream places recently opened in Kailua and this one is on par.PLEASE change out those wooden flat spoons. Horrible for trying to eat ice cream with. I get it, probably trying the no plastic environmental thing, but it adds that funky wooden taste and hard to “scoop” ice cream with it.

Great selection of toppings make any base flavor unique. They do a great job at mixing in your first topping choice.

Disclaimer this place is my friends place. His ice cream is good. I got a chance to sample his shave ice and his shave ice is gonna be real good.

Rolled ice cream and shakes were loved by family, but didn’t get a 5 because the individualized service meant it was slow service and honestly not very friendly service. Servers could improve their own day through friendly interactions with customers...There was just no energy in the shop.

Love this place. My wife got the Smelon and I got the Smores one. I thought the smores was okay, while the smelon was unique tasting and was good. The portion sizes are HUGE! Id definitely recommend one ice cream to 2-3 people. At $8 an icecream, it can quickly get pricey.They give you wooden flat spoons to eat with. Terrible to eat with, not conducive to ice cream eating. But I suppose if this is my only complaint, theyre doing pretty well. Change these eating utensils out.
