Over many years and 3 different homes we have used Major Appliance. They have come at different times to repair needs our washer, dryer and freezer. Knowledgeable, quick, expert service at a great price. We are on a first name basis and consider them friends now.

Our dryer wouldn’t start over the weekend; called Monday morning and got on their schedule for Tuesday late afternoon. Will was the technician that came out and quickly identified the problem, he had to run to their shop and pick up a part, was back within minutes and had the dryer up and running within the hour. I would highly recommend this company for their timeliness, dependability, professionalism and cost of doing business!

I bought a refrigerator here 4 years ago and its still running great! Nice sales staff and the delivery guys were awesome. To top it off a few winters ago my friend blew a tire during a bad snow storm not far away and they let him hang out inside till we got there and let him keep the car there for two days!

We have bought appliances from this company for the past several years. We needed maintenance on a dishwasher that we didn’t buy from them. They fixed our dishwasher and soFixed our lives. These guys are great. Devon was amazing! He showed up and fixed the problem with our gas dryer in a timely fashion. He even offered advice on how to maintain the machine to last for years to come. Their price was more than fair. What a value. 2 thumbs up!

Great people... great service. I purchased an electric dryer and had a noise develop about a week after the purchase. I called and spoke with Lindsey, she had a service tech out the next day, he ordered a new motor and blower wheel now the dryer is basically brand-new.Definitely check them out before buying new appliances for 3 times the money.

My dishwasher went down, thought it was clogged, called a company, they sent a fellow out, he said the entire diswasher was fried/zapped, computer system gone, probably electrical surge, wanted almost $600 to fix it. So, I thought about it an called this company for a second opinion, they sent a guy right over, under $100 to clean the clog, and running perfectly now! Glad I did not blow over $500 on the other company!!

Bought a washer from them which has worked flawlessly so far. I found the saleslady to be very helpful in picking the washer right for us. They were very polite and their worker even helped load it in the rain. Will definitely use them again. very satisfied.

Just got my washer fixed today 8/28/17. Technician Steven was awesome. Honest and efficient. I will definitely be using them in the future. And my washer is working beautifully and wasnt very expensive.

This place is a little bit of a hidden gem, but definitely worth the find! I was looking for a refrigerator last summer when mine went out and was very skeptical of buying reconditioned until I went into this place. There appliances looked like they where brand new and I actually had to ask them if they where reconditioned. The prices where the next best part,! I had actually looked around at other stores and there pricing was just not a option for me at the time, so the idea that I would be saving so much was huge for me and the fact that it came with a 1 year warranty with there company was what sold me. I have since referred my coworkers to them and will continue to use this wonderful place for all my appliance needs.Thanks Again!

We purchased a new microwave from major appliance, opened it up and it had multiple dings on the front of the door. I certainly dont blame them for this, however the return process was painful!! Tried to get my money back and they had machine issues said to wait until the transaction goes through and come back in a couple days. I returned 2 days later, same issue occurs so they write a check to me for the return and now I have to drive to the bank. A hassle for someone who values their time.

Picked up washer from them within 10 mo. Had a problem called service tech. Had to make several trips within 6 mo. Same problem they will not stand up for ther work or appliance I will not recomend them . One person house hold not alot of use

Had a belt replaced in my apartment style dryer and it runs quieter and nicer than it did brand new. Great job and would defiantly recommend them to anyone needing washer/dryer repair.

Paid $70 to have our refrigerator looked at and it didnt even run for half a day and quit. Was told that it was still $25 for the service fee and then the rest would be in-store credit. Pay the $70 to have my moms refrigerator fixed and she looked around there and thought the prices were too high and she could get something similar brand new at Menards. So now Im out $70 for work that wasnt successful. Feel that some of that money should have been replaced or refunded.

Wonderful customer service! For the price you pay for appliances, it is well worth getting your high-efficiency refrigerator or freezer fixed. I would highly recommend Major Appliance to anyone. Also, the used and refurbished appliances are a great and will save you hundreds of dollars. Over the years, Mike has fixed three refidgerators, a freezer and a stove for me and a few appliances for my Mother.

4/11/18 My family is new to the area and I found this company with a google search .This was the best repair service !! Fast, efficient, and honest! Ive never seen a repair tech work as hard and as quickly! I will for sure use this company in the future and recommend them highly!Ps this tech needs a raise and is an asset to the company!

Ordered parts for my dryer and the service department was very friendly and helpful. Service tech pre-assembled some of the parts for us and gave very useful assembly instructions which made the job easier.

Awesome service... needed a part for the washer... sears wanted to charge me 225.00 to replace the lid switch... they ordered the part.. picked up next day.. 15 minutes is all it took to replace the switch.... they helped save me over 100... amazing!!! great service!!!

We bought a reconditioned washer still in use many years later. I haveAlso purchased parts for our 30 year old dryer.

Iam a single man so i dont do alot of laundry but when i bought a recondition washer and electric dryer it seem like a good deal, price wise, but had a problem with the washer with oil spots on my clothes, so they came out which i had to wait for like a week and they seem to fix the problem but know my dryer is not getting hot so my clothes are not getting dry, so we will see how they handle this, more to come!!!!
