Who doesn’t love Target!?! Took a trip here today (first time at this location) and I was PROMPTLY AND CHEERFULLY greeted as soon as I entered. Associates have great attitudes. During the entire duration of my trip I could hear the woman greeting each and every customer just as she did me. It made me so happy to see such great service. I left very satisfied with all my finds! Will definitely be back

This is the Target we go to though a different one is closer. This one has the larger dollar spot area with some amazing finds like wooden frames and awesome childrens activities. There is a playhouse set up that my toddlers love stopping by while we shop. In general the staff is helpful, and tolerant of a busy parent who has to take her kids on errands with her.The other day we bought an expensive patio furniture piece which turned out to have unravelling rattan on the leg, The target manager made it simple to replace the broken piece, was friendly, helpful, and solved what was a stressful situation for us. If the manager who helped us reads this, thank you again!!

I love Target. A bit pricey on certain things but the customer service,quality of product,& peaceful shopping is worth it all.

I had the best time at this Target today. I hadn’t been targeted that badly in a few years. Every aisle had something that caught my eye! I also wanted to give a huge shoutout to the gentleman who was working as the greeter midday. He was absolutely outstanding and his attitude was above and beyond! Saying hi to everyone and checking in on them! I live on the other side of town but now I’ll be driving over to this one more often because that is the kind of greetings people love! Give the guy a raise!

The reason that its a 10 is because the customer service representative went above and beyond to ensure that our trip was successful. He checked the backroom for stock, contacted management and was willing to go the extra mile to ensure we had a pleasant trip.

Its a Target. Theyre all pretty much exactly the same. But this Target had a pretty slim selection of ball caps. I was looking for a ball cap.

Lousy experience at this target. Poor customer service. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Looking for a case for my new galaxy phone. Did Apple buy target or something. Giant sign in electronics advertising Samsung s20. They didnt have 1 single phone case that wasnt for an iPhone. Unfortunately I didnt find this out until after waiting 15 minutes for someone from the electronics depot to get to the electronics dept.

The toy aisle kinda sucks nothing new, no Star Wars or what not other than the little kiddy ones but my kid wants the regular ones. It’s probably not targets fault, but maybe it’s a reseller issue

My order was ready to pick up very quickly. I went in, saw that it was correct and left. Quick, easy and the customer service rep was friendly. I love Targets pick up in store option. It helps me keep within my budget. Because of it, I shop Target much more often than I used to.

Great selection

Its very easy to walk in and pick up your item, however, it took a bit of time for them to find it as it seemed the bins were too small to hold all the pick up items and mine was placed in the wrong bin. Overall, I liked the easiness of it. Maybe just need to make it a bit more orderly.

Excellent shopping experience

I went here, left my debit card at home. I had about 3 dollars worth of stuff. The cashier Treasure M. Was very polite. Went above and beyond and told me she would pay for my things because target does not accept apple/mobile pay. She was so nice and so helpful.

I called when I arrived at the store in the pick-up area. The girl that answered in customer service came out quickly and gave me my order.

I would highly recommend Target. I wished I would have noted the customer representatives name who waited on me. She was extremely helpful, service oriented and kind after a long day considering it was 12:30 a.m. on Black Friday after working on Thanksgiving Day. She was VERY impressive, friendly, and helpful.

Speed and efficiency of Target and all their staff is unequaled. Ordered at another store at the same time I ordered from Target and 3 hours after I picked up my Target order still waiting for the other one to say my order is ready. TARGET IS AWESOME

Love to pick up awesome deals here, however they could really try to improve on customer service! Only 1 lane open yesterday and the self check out had a line! Employees were laughing and hugging and no one cared or even seemed to notice the line of people waiting to purchase their items! Very disappointed with that. Hope it improves before Christmas Shopping hits in full swing or we will be shopping elsewhere.

I would have chosen 10, but I am so frustrated with the changes youve made to your check-out process. Nearly every time I shop at Target, theres only one cashier working. The rest of the check-outs are self-serve. I worked for years as a cashier in a grocery store, and it really bothers me that you are asking customers to basically volunteer to ring up their own purchases. I used to get paid to do this! You are taking away jobs from people by asking customers to do this work for free. It really makes me want to reconsider shopping at Target and other stores that do business this way.

Recently, this store is always a mess. There are always U-carts full of boxes for employees to put on the shelf in the middle of the aisles. When I say always I dont just mean on one day of the week, its every day I go in there. The also is typically stuff just piled on shelves where it should and shouldnt be. Also Ive noticed recently that more and more stuff is cheaper on their own website than in store.

My husband and I used to love shopping at this location, we always thought it was cleaner than the portage location. The last couple of times we have gone into Target, both West Main and Westnedge, we have found that they no longer carry the size 24 month clothing in store. Which is incredibly inconvenient because there is a difference between 24 month and 2T. For most children ages 18-24 months they will fit best into this size and dont quite fit into 2T yet. Im very confused as to why they would stop carrying an entire size of clothing.

I returned a electic Hot Wheels racetrack that was a little to hot. We walked straight up to customer service and I was helped promptly. I simply told them I bought it yesterday. It caught fire on the first use. The representative behind the counter said let me fix that for you. Thank you for a good time Target.

Poor quality products and poor customer service. If youre ever debating between target brand and something else. Definitely go with something else. The shelves dont even have products on them in the baby section (cant speak for the rest of the store this round). Even if I wanted to exchange the item I returned today, I couldnt because there arent any on the shelf. Better off on Amazon. Anyone need $15 to target?

Found what I was looking for and combined a deal to get two items for what 1 item would normally cost. Love the store layout and variety.

I ordered online with hopes that it would be ready soon and it actually was ready to pick up within the hour! i was totally thrilled with that because i needed to get it quick after searching other targets for it and get it sent back to chicago with visiting relatives ASAP

As most people know, Target is a great place to find virtually all you need. All this protest about the bathroom crap is absolutely ridiculous and needs to stop. The store is literally NO different (products and services are 100% unchanged).If you liked Target before, but are whining because of this new policy, then shut up and continue to shop there because your experience will be absolutely no different. Target still carries amazing brands at fantastic prices, period.

You cant use the changing room. Shopping here has become a miserable experience. I am postpartum and I cant figure out what clothes fit me before I buy them. Theyve taken this too far. Obviously the customer doesnt matter.

I went shopping for maternity clothes and was disappointed to find two small racks with almost no variety on them!

Weve been trying to go to Target for quick grocery needs and odds and ends when we dont want to mess with the hassle of going to Meijer and dealing with crowds. Really enjoy coming into Target and doing some light grocery shopping but really disappointed that you really have to pay attention to what youre buying and pay attention. Multiple times Ive accidentally purchased items that were past their expiration date already. Like mustard and mayo. These dont have particularly short shelf life, so its a little amazing they expired before even being purchased. Just had the same thing happen when my partner went and picked up a few items for us. Came home with Cottage Cheese that expired December 26th. The shopping trip occurred on January 3rd. :( Otherwise the team members are all friendly and nice to shop at. Store is always clean.

This Target has really gone downhill in the last couple of years specifically in the clothing and shoe department. It is ALWAYS such a mess in there. Shoes all over the floor, the clothes are disorganized, and they seem to never re-stock anything. I can never find anything in my size, as everything is always just really picked over. They also changed clothing and shoe brands, and I think they are worse quality than what was previously there. They took away a huge portion of the maternity section, and honestly carry just a couple pair of jeans and tanks. I just can never find what Im looking for, and the store is always a mess. I used to love this Target, but find myself going less and less now.

Looked for ten minutes in the electronic department. No one offered to help. I then looked for a worker in a few areas and couldnt find any. I ended up buying the wrong thing and couldnt return since it was opened. Tried to reach out to customer service but received no reply.
