They came out took measurements, sent a proof to confirm font type before they even gave me a bid. This way I knew they could provide exactly what I needed. When it was done, it looked great. They came in and the lettering was up before I could get a cup of coffee. Yes its their job, and they did it very well. But they did it while making me feel that my job was not just another job but something we and they could be proud of.

The customer service has always been great at FastSigns! They were able to rush me my banner and name tags and happily corrected a minor error without charge. I appreciate working with them!

Still waiting for a quote. It has been almost 3 weeks and have emailed the company about where the quote is or an update at least and havent heard anything. Ive been very nice and patient with them and have been understanding. I was told someone was going on vacation and i would hear back on Monday with a quote and its Saturday and havent even gotten an email with a quote or an update. Very Disappointed and was looking forward to doing business with them.

Fast Signs has not been timely in getting an estimate or providing a draft (never got one). I ultimately decided to go with another sign company. They did not follow up with me and I waited unnecessarily for exterior signage for my business.
