The person driving the Kalamazoo Hair and Beauty minivan shamelessly cut me off while waiting in a line to get into a busy venue. If I hadn’t braked, they would have purposely smashed into my car without a second thought.

The family who owns this store... I have gotten close to them and they are kind people who try to understand everything about their customers, which are local black women. I respect that. They are personable, have a great hair and nail selection. they even have cute outfits and boots! They will order what you need. They show love to the customers with the small things. I like the Mom and Pop feel of this store better than others locally. Am very happy to see this location thriving. We sure needed this hairstore here.

Best customer service ever! The prices are great! This is one of my favorite Beauty Supply stores ever. They are so professional. They don’t follow you around like you’re gonna steal, they’re not all in your face while you shop, I live near three other beauty supply stores yet I travel an extra 10-15 to come here. I love this place.

Prices are high with some products, I go here when I dont feel like going to my normal beauty supply store or when I dont order online. The owner and workers are nice and the only reason I gave a 4 star was because the prices tend to be on the high side compared to the other hair store I normally go to.

I liked many things about this store. It has great customer service and top of the line products. The products are all inexpensive for their great quality. The store also has a very friendly staff. Last time I went to the store, i was 5 bucks short to buy some gel and they let me off the hook. Overall, if you go there, youre gonna come out with a smile on your face 😁

They have a good selection of things. They carry some clothes, wigs, and hats BUT their prices(at least for wigs, which was what I was there for) are a little high. The staff are nice and the building is clean and neat.

I went in here to get a pair of earrings and some hair spray she over charged me with 27$ for 19$worth of items Im never going back in here period. Yeah its clean and in shape have a good array of items but when you have to steal money and I told her and she says Ill give you your receipt no where on my receipt was any dollar amount in what I bought just the total.... Didnt want to argue with her no more so I walked out

I dont care for this place. Unfortunately they are closer to me than Unique (my go to spot). I dont like how they try and schmooze you with the phony hey family, when we know you could care less. The rapport is NOTHING like Uniques. But, I guess I cant be mad. Theyre just here to make their money.

They have a good variety of hair care and clothes are beautiful. Nice clean store think this will be my beauty supply store from now on.

The selection was okay. More clothes than typical ethnic beauty shops. Less wefted hair packs than other places. Less eyelash and makeup options, but a lot of hair styling and care products. Not everything was priced. Friendly front desk guy, helpful girl working with him. I would go back, but I prefer other places because of makeup and eyelash selection. I dont know if theyre expanding but there was something weird going on with a wall covered in a plastic tarp. I only noticed because I felt a breeze, I was like ...huh?

Good selection but they have no discounts no punch card to way to earn free stuff. I spend lots of money here they should do something. Also my 2 daughters were racial profiled in this store. I sent my daughter to see what hair she wanted and she has money to purchase the hair. The owner behind the counter started harassing them soon as they came in the store. Now I know this store is on a ruff side of town but my girls are from Comstock and have never had police contact. They profiled my daughters and now I see why everyone is voting for Trump. Get these mf out of here. All the people that shop in your store are black. They way u make your money is from African Americans so for them to do that shows that just because they are brown they are not our people. Make them pay taxes till Trump gets them out of here.

This is synthetic city. I was there for maybe 10 minutes. I just broused the isles and what I found is lots of synthetic weft hair (tracks), various synthetic crochet styles and synthetic braiding hair. They could of had human-ish hair behind the counter but I didnt ask. You can get BUNDLES online for the same price as beauty supply store Remy. IJS 🤷🏾‍♀️. You dont get followed around the store because youre watched like a hawk on their surveillance. The staff at the register seemed polite nonetheless. Im pretty sure I wont return.
