I called on Tuesday for a bike repair help. Steve showed up on Wednesday on time and prepared to do a very good job. On Thursday I had some further problems and he was at my house within 20 minutes to figure this out and get me back on the road. His knowledge and responsiveness are top rated. He did an excellent job and bicycles are clearly his passion.

He fixed my bike in ten minutes. He drove out to me with no extra charge. Cheaper than anywhere else. 10/10 Recommend

I was looking for a specific bike, called around and they were the ones that had it. I came in from out of town to look at the bike on a Saturday and the staff was very nice and accommodating. I contacted Steve about coming in on a Sunday morning, when the shop is usually closed, and he made arrangements with an employee to meet me there in the morning. They were very friendly and helpful and the customer service was awesome. Very knowledgeable staff. I would recommend them to anyone.

I love this bike shop! They are very helpful and warm. Went to a few other bike shops around town and they treated me like I wasnt cool enough to even be in their store. The staff is very helpful and dont talk down to you like some other bike shops do. If I am in Kalamazoo, this is the only bike shop I will go to! Have had issue with almost every bike shop in Kalamazoo, so I am glad that Johnson Cycle Works is here now!
