These guys are amazing and saved the day! We are from Arizona and are traveling through when we started having trouble with one of our slides. Andrew and all the other guys helped us out even though they were booked for the day. I would recommend this place to anyone. Everyone was so nice and helpful and they definitely know their way around campers.

It took a while to get an appt, but the tech was able to quickly diagnose our problem and had a new AC unit in stock. He had us up and running, and cool again in just a couple of hours. Very grateful he was able to get us in before we had to head south to hot weather soon.

You may have to wait to get service but when you do it will be done correctly and by a very knowledgable tech. A pleasure to deal with.We are currently full timers and recognize skills when we find them. Many thanks.

Got in touch with Andrew concerning a repair on my camper trailer that I was performing myself. He was, and still is, very quick to respond to questions I have, and is very open to share skills and tips of his trade to a DIYer. The usual experience Ive found is once a company realizes they arent getting your business for a repair, the assistance stops, not the case here. I stopped in to find a switch for my steps on my motorhome. They were very helpful. Found switch, ordered switch, did not come when we thought. I sent them a usps label to mail it to me at the next stop we made for a week. It has been to weeks and have not received the package nor has the label been used. I have called, texted, emailed and no luck hearing from them. Everybody said in the reviews they were very helpful. Well I guess when you get more business then you can handle customer service goes down the drain. Maybe with this review they will contact me.Update. Finally got a hold of them. Apparently they go the wrong switch in and never told me. They reordered the correct switch would take a couple weeks. I went online took the part number of the old switch found new switch shipped to me in two days. They dropped the ball. Owner said he was sorry. I know times are tuff and no one wants to work now days. Hopefully they can get back on there feet.

Dont waste your time with dealerships and service centers. Andrew is local and has years of experience and know how to repair and resolve any issue you have. A friend recommended I bring my camper in to Andrew after receiving a $6000 quote from our local RV dealership for a minor area of delamination. Andrew walked me through what he found and went over options for repairs which were far less in cost.Ill be taking all of my continued business to Andrew and Ill recomend him to anyone I know.Jimmy Foster

Glacier RV has always been superb with all aspects of work and contact. This is our 4th year having help from him.Years ago he did much more mobile repair but now has a great shop with 2 service bays.He even replaced the carpet in our 5th wheel onsite at West Glacier. An incredible job tipping out and returning 2 slides.Cannot fathom some reviews that whine about phone calls. Andrew is a very busy guy. For good reason: he’s more than competent and fair with all parties.I will go nowhere else.

These guys are top notch crack team of rv mechanics. I have a vintage RV and couldnt have asked for a better team of guys to work on my coach. Their prices were more than fair and the value for the money was excellent!These guys also installed my 2000 watt Xantrex inverter and Remote and new 6v batteries in record time for about half what the other RV dealers in the Valley were quoting. And for a small service call fee he came out to the RV park to do it!Before I moved into my motorhome he came to my house and installed my Winegard Wifi extender as well in about an hour.I couldnt be happier with Andrew and his company.

These guys are GREAT!!! I wont call anybody else, fair prices fast service and easy to work with. I had them out here for two problems, my fridge went out and my heat-air thermostat, had them both fixed when the parts came in.

Great experience with the install on my travel trailer for solar panels, inverter, and new batteries. Only issue I had I didnt notice till many months later and they could have ignored it since I never mentioned it, but resolved the issue and couldnt be happier. Andrew is super knowledgeable and has a really good vibe about him.

We had been in contact with Andrew over a few months to arrange the right time for him to come and repair/winterize our RV so we could move our terminally ill Mom in. He was supposed to come yesterday and ghosted us.... Now we have to find someone else to do the work, get the parts Andrew already had ordered etc. I had heard of his lack of reliability. Wish I had listened and hope you dont go through what we are when we are already going through such a difficult time ...

We contacted Andrew and his team due to an issue with our hydraulic leveling system. He coordinated the service with Tiffin for a warranty repair. He also fixed the water pump and completed routine maintenance on my generator. He adjusted his schedule so we could get the work completed without leaving the RV overnight at his shop. They did a great job!

Last fall I took my newly purchased 2007 Winnebago Aspect to Glacier Rv mobile Service. They installed 2 solar panels with new batteries and did other stuff so I could get on the road south before the snow made the Montana passes dangerous. I was so very pleased with all the work they did and I was on the road on my planned date. Can not say enough about this shop. These two guys are the best. Took my RV back this spring when I returned from my winter snowbirding and they fixed everything I had broken over the winter and had the work done, so that I could go to Fort Peck for the 4th of July. Great shop and very reasonably priced!!!

Found me a part nobody had to get my water heater working again. Met me halfway from the campground at a gas station to give us the part (thermal fuse) on his way home to save us a few miles. This is your go to place.👍

I’m still waiting on them to fix the screen frame they broke in my rv when they were replacing the screens last year, I’m still having leaks even AFTER I had the top sealed and I’m still waiting on them to call me back from an appointment they rescheduled and then never showed up for on my toilet repair. I’m a widow.... I don’t have someone to do these repairs for me, it angers me anyone has to be treated like this.

I had a problem with my Suburban furnace / electrical system that was difficult to troubleshoot. Glacier RV Repair went above and beyond to get it fixed. I mean they truly went above and beyond. I have worked at an RV dealership in the Parts and Service department... So I know they gave me an amazing deal on replacement parts. The labor costs were extremely low/generous for the amount of work they did. It was a tough and unique electrical problem in my rig and they figured it out. I appreciate them getting my heat back on. Highly recommend.

I called and talked to them a few times about coming out and checking out my heater in my 5th wheel. While trying to set up a appointment he was very distracted and took about 15 mins to Make an appointment and then he never showed up, never called nothing. I would not recommend this place since they can’t even keep the times they said or call to explain.

I cant say enough about Andrew from Glacier RV Repair. He literally saved our trip. Our bump out motor died and everywhere we went they either didnt have the part or couldnt get to us until August. It was July 12. The though of living in a squished sardine can for months was panic inducing to say the least Not only did Andrew have the part, but he worked us into his schedule 2 days after we called. He was responsive, friendly, reasonably priced and went out of his way to help us figure out a few other RV newbie issues. If you have an issue with your RV and are in this area call him. He (and his company) are awesome.

Andrew and Iry are awesome. My furnaces squirrel cage shelled itself which then caused the circuit board to also fry. Literally sounded like a train wreck at 5 am. My wife and I freaked out since we literally thought our furnace was going to blow up our camper. The very next day, we called Andrew and Iry and they were able to upgrade us to a metal squirrel cage and replaced our circuit board. Total lifesavers. Short version, these guys know what theyre doing and have a sincere passion for RVs. Theyre honest guys that will get the job done right. Highly recommend.

Never returned my call for help. who knows if he is any good... since he was not willing to return my call. I put out calls to all the local mobile repair places because I did not know who could fit us in. This guy was the only one who did not return my call.

Called multiple times and set up multiple appointments and nobody ever showed up. The guys never called or left voicemails.

We had Andrew work on our Refrigerator and was very pleased with the work he did. He was more knowledgeable than anyone we have ever had work on our RV. I would call him again if I had any other problems. I have recommended him to friends. He is the most reliable person we have ever had work on our RV. Good job Andrew.

After many attempts on our own to fix a water heater issue while on a camping trip, we came across Andrews shop. He helped us over the phone to trouble shoot some ideas and was very knowledgeable. When we still werent having much luck, we called to see if he could squeeze us in last minute to take a look. Even with a full schedule, he made it work for us and was able to fix the issue quickly and gave us a very fair price. We now hot water for the rest of our trip!!

Called and the soonest appointment was 10 days out. Scheduled for today. Water line leak so pretty important to have service. Appointment was 10 am. Called at 11 am said there was confusion, would be here by 2:00. 5:00 no show and no service and no call. Would not recommend.UPDATE. Andrew called and rescheduled for today. Showed up early and fixed problem within 1 hour. Would highly recommend.

Andrew was absolutely fantastic! We called him as a second opinion and he stopped us from getting swindled. We had previously been told that we would need to spend $800+ just in parts and Andrew got us fixed up in half the time at half the price. An absolute treat of a personality! Andrew came out to take a look at a slide out motor that was faulty and a door that had begun to delam on a brand-new 5th wheel. He was supposed to contact the manufacturer to put in a claim to have the parts delivered. But 6 months since he came out he has ducked my calls and texts and completely ghosted me. His work and unorofessibalism is not worth this much hassle. Id look elsewhere. I plan to contact the BBB as well.After speaking to others in the industry in the valley this is unfortunately the norm for Andrew.

Love how knowlegable the owner is and how clean he is. We have an older camper and our fridge stoped working called him up and he was able to get us a good deal on a used fridge and put in in for us. Defiantly will recommend to everyone one I know.

Andrew is super nice, very attentive and quick to respond to emails, and phone calls. He took a job that I needed done super last minute with a tight timeline, and when I dropped it off I added three more tasks that I needed completed on my 5th wheel. I dropped it off at closing on Thursday and he had everything done by Monday morning, no hassle no issues. When I got their to pick the rv up I asked him if he could fabricate a bracket for me for a new fender I ordered that hadnt yet come in. He didnt blink and measured and did it for me in no time...even gave me a bunch of white rv screws to install it and then cut me a smoking deal on the price of the work (and didnt even charge me for the bracket) Some RV dealer shops around the country would have peoples RVs for weeks and not do as great as a job as Andrew did. I highly recommend Glacier RV repair!

Had several repairs and add ons done to our motorhome. I was very pleased with the quality of work done and the integrity of pricing. Some of the work took extra time and more materials than originally quoted, but Andrew did not charge more. I would recommend him to anyone needing their RV worked on.

6 reason not to call or use glacier r v repair service- doesn’t return calls 90% of the time- shows up late most of the time if he shows up at all- lacks knowledge of installations- improper installation- passes himself off as the owner of glacier r v repair service which he is not and refuses to tell you who really owns it- doesn’t stand behind his word of what he will do for you. If you want some one you can trust, who is punctual and stands behind their word of good faith do not call glacier r v repair!!!

Andrew came out on memorial weekend to help us. Our furnace quit and he was able to get it going again. He saved us from freezing

Andrew was nice on the phone, but was rude, didnt listen to my concerns or questions and acted like a know it all in person. It took two days to get him to look at our air conditioner on our rv. Then he showed up an hour later than he promised. We were on vacation so this was not very nice, as we wanted to do other things but ended up waiting for him. When he finally got to our site he was going to change the wrong part and would have drilled into the roof of our rv if my husband wouldnt have stopped him. He charged $110 for a 10 minute job. My husband put the unit inside our rv back together himself so we wouldnt have to pay even more. Andrew fixes the AC so I gave him 2 stars, but he needs work on his in-person communication skills. Big turn off. Would not call him again.

On the road through northern Montana when I developed a leak in my shower. Called every repair shop between Missoula and Whitefish/Kalispel for help, no one could help me except Andy at Glacier RV repair.He came almost immediately to my site and fixed the problem with 30 minutes. He was knowledgable, friendly and prompt . He was also extremely fair in his billing, I know a big shop wouldve charged me double if not more or labor.Highly recommend him, hes your guy if your in the west glacier area!Lets give our business to little guys rather than the big shops, folks, these are guys that care and really help us out when we need them.
