Nice people but does not have the product that I need

After taking a look at some of Western Neons work I can see that they are a high-quality reputable company that creates artistic and aesthetically pleasing signs that are both lighted and unlighted. they have served many different businesses in the valley to create signs that can be read and noticed easily

Not very responsive. Gave them specs for 3 neon signs and waited a week. I called them back for my price and they said they did get anything done on the quote. No phone call nor email just a simple we got nothing!
