Love this place, today I went in to explore the 75% of sale. Found some really great buys but two of the sales people really made me feel uncomfortable. They were constantly starting at me, not sure if they felt I was a threat or what. I honestly felt they were discussing how cheap I was only purchasing the sale items. Love this store but today not so much.

I come here all the time with my family and have purchased hundreds of dollars worth of goods here. I work retail and understand if you see someone sketchy you tell someone and I understand the precautions as Ive had to profile before but its really rude to be harassed and followed or made out to be a thief when Im just trying to shop.. I have an alternative style and look different fom a lot of people in the valley but it makes me not want to come back and shop knowing someone will assume Im going to steal or be a nuisance. Like today, (8/5/20) the greeter was being friendly up until I walked into the store and went to put my phone in my pocket and glanced over to thw greeter because I felt like I I being watched! she made it apparent that she was notifying her coworkers because I started getting glances by them as well as she moved out of my line of sight to say something. I no longer feel comfortable coming in or purchasing merchandise from this establishment due to the accusations that took place today. I come in with my work attire (professional casual) and get treated well, but when I come in on my days off and in band shirts and leggings I seem to always get profiled. Its disrespectful and unprofessional of your employees..

Love visiting this shop! So many products to look at, and even more since they expanded! The employees are very friendly, and ready to help you find whatever you are looking for! I especially love the seasonal scents, and look forward to the different seasons because of that!

I can only go here when I know exactly what I want to buy. Because if I look around I buy way to much. They have the best sales twice a year once right after Christmas in January and again in June almost everything is at least 50 percent off

They were extremely helpful and patient with the two crazy children I had with me.

Went to supplement an on-line order of Beach Water Coconut lotion. They do not carry the scent in the stores so had to buy something else. They should carry even a small amount of each scent.
