Good prices for monthly payments but I’ve gone into the local store twice now to attempt to upgrade to a new phone. They never have the new phones in stock and if they have “only one ordered in its way for their stock” it’s a race to be the first to grab it. They don’t offer to order one for you at the time of being there and let you pay.. also I’ve noticed they offer so many discounts to new customers but charged many fees as a long term customer to upgrade absolutely anything.

With less than $100 I was able to keep my old number and get service on a free phone in under 45 minutes. Awesome team in this place. And it even lowered my monthly phone bill by $120 switching to Cricket

Frank is an angel, he has helped me when i was outta of gas once,An had absolutely no money, most people arent so caring anymore its good to see good people are still here on earth...... Both are very much appreciated.

Weve been going to this location over a year with no issues to report. Customer service is friendly and not there to push you into the highest priced phone from hello. They instead show you the full scope of your options and let you choose while making themselves readily available to answer any question big or small.

Great service, prices and selection. I had all info transferred to new phone, wonderful accessories available (like case and screen shield) all the info I needed, in less than 30 min. Been using Cricket service for years and been totally happy with them.

Love the service! Great deal on my Moto G7 Supra when I ported over. Frank helped me switch and even help transfer my info to my new phone. My old carrier wouldnt do that.

This place is the worst. Manager was not willing to help in any way very rude as well. Dont ever go here I giant waste of money. The service is the worst I have ever experienced.

Was not impressed with service at all was adding daughter to line. Was quoted 3 different prices from 3 different employees. Bought a phone and employee left my sd card in my old phone. Became quite a hassle having to drive back and forth for horrible customer service.
