I had issues purchasing an iPhone 13 pro through Best Buy. The guy never activated my phone & let me leave the store without a working phone. I came over to T-Mobile & was helped promptly by Art, he was amazing! Talked me through everything and called customer service for me & fixed the problem for me in a timely manner, assuring I had a working phone before leaving the store. Looking forward to coming back, everyone here is great!

Shawn and Art were awesome. I needed some extra lines canceled as I wasnt using the devices anymore. I figured itd be faster to stop in at the store (and return the devices, but it turns out thats not necessary). Well, these two guys had to get on the hold line with a call center just like I would have had to do at home. After 45 minutes of T-Mobiles internal call centers hanging up on the guys, they got my lines taken care of. I always get treated super well at this store. Izzy sold us our latest phones a while back and she was great. Its not the employees fault that the internal corporate systems take too long. They absolutely do their best and do it with friendly attitudes

Having been in the telecommunications industry and having taught customer service, I am always hesitant to walk into a cell phone store. I have had horrible experiences from representatives that only cared about their commissioned sales.From the time I walked into Kalispell T-Mobile I knew I had entered a completely different experience. I was greeted with a smile, a genuine caring smile. Everyone of the staff was kind and knowledgeable. Through out our experience we have been helped by Art, incredible employee and asset to T-Mobile, by Carson also a genuine asset to your company. Every single employee we have encountered is Amazing. We have also been assisted by the always available, always friendly, and always understanding (as he listens and cares) manager, Colby.We had issues with our two phones, I believe they were defective. after 9 months of this store going above and beyond, trying everything to fix the issue...to no avail...Colby went above and beyond to help us get working phones. Now I have stated I worked in this industry. I have never in my 58 years of life experienced such authentic caring and assistance, especially from a telecommunications company. This store and these employees need to be recognized for their outstanding customer service and knowledge. They should all be teaching what it is they do and know. I would ask that they are acknowledged for their super hero customer service. Thank you Kalispell T-Mobile and Thank you Colby....YOU are the best in the industry!!!

Absolutely recommend coming here. I own a Business and they hooked me up with paying off all of my Verizon contracts and giving me $3k in bill credits, as well as two free iPhones, and another iPhone for tons of money off. What an amazing company and mobile store we have here in kalispell. The best customer service around from the managers to the staff. When it comes to phone companies. T-mobile is THE phone company. Half a year ago I switched to this cell phone provider. I have a very hard time getting signal at home (just a few minutes outside Kalispell). When I drive through Kalispell I run into a lot of dead spots, one of them near Walmart, another dead spot is in evergreen, another is by hoopers garden center. I run into many dead spots in the valley so I have to plan my phone calls around my driving route and most the time when Im at home if I can even get signal the phone cuts out often. I went in a couple times and they had me buy a phone from T-Mobile because it has a better antenna if you buy a phone from them, it didnt help. They had me switch my sim card twice and that didnt help. Im very unsatisfied with the quality of this service and Im going to switch back to my old provider as soon as my contract is up, hopefully sooner if I can.

The staff are really friendly and knowledgeable and if there is a screw up on either end of service it gets fixed promptly in the customers favor.

When I bought two phones, the experience went fine. I reluctantly bought one tempered glass from them and they installed it. I was told at the time that replacement was free. Well the tempered glass broke after about 4 months. Went to replace it and then was told that it was only covered if I insured the phone. I never was insuring the phone. I told the original sales person I was declining insurance. She never said the replacement of the tempered glass required insurance on the phone. My wife tried to point this out multiple times in the store without success. Therefore, I am writing this review. I dont like to write negative reviews without discussing with the store first but they wouldnt budge. Poor business practice in my opinion.

Im loving my screen protector from this store a gentleman named chad helped Me find the perfect fit and even put it on my phone for me effortlessly. He was super knowledgeable and nice. Of all the times I’ve dropped my iPhone this screen protector has saved me more times than i can count. This store has amazing customer service and i highly recommend To anyone looking for a great phone provider to go in and join the t mobile family!

We recently changed our family service from Verizon to T-Mobile. Gabi was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, personable and patient with the whole family!

Easily one of the worst experiences I’ve had between retail and online support. Sean and his co worker were coughing incessantly, and Sean attempted to continually sell me a tablet over the hotspot I wanted. I asked clearly for what I wanted and was given a device that never worked and am now being asked to pay a restocking fee of 60% the devices cost. Terrible representation of what I thought was a great brand.

I was helped by Chad. He was super helpful and had an answer for every question I asked. This gentlemen is a great person and treats everyone in my opinion like they were part of his family. If you read this Chad your awesome dude keep doing what your doing!!!!

Love our local T-MOBILE STORE team ... they are quick to answer questions and are a great resource to our community (despite Chad’s questionable fashion sense ... 😉). Thankful to have a tech company like T-Mobile invest in our networks in Montana. I was nervous changing providers, as I travel throughout the area for work... their connections have been superior to the network I left, their customer service has been great to work through any glitches. Highly recommend other locals stop by and check them out!

I went in the store to get my Sprint PIN number reset. Because my phone was broken I could not do it online nor over the phone through customer service. After days of wrangling, customer service sent me to this T-Mobile store. It was still an ordeal because the Sprint/T-Mobile merger is maybe not 100% done yet? Anyway, the customer rep Izzie was terrific! It had been somewhat of a nightmare for me, but she took the problem by the horns and wase a true customer advocate and got the job done. Thanks Izzie, youre the best!

Im posting under my daughters name but today I had the best customer service Ive ever had. I got waited on like a princess (not exaggerating )... I was welcomed immediately as I enter the store by all employees, I havent had a big name phone provider in 9 years. I wanted something more efficient and faster than straight talk and refused to go to Verizon. I was approved right away no down payment, I knew what phone I wanted cause I had been eyeballing it for a while. (Note 9) I wanted to be protected as well and they went over ever option for cases and screen protectors they had. I couldnt believe how fast things moved after I picked my phone..I had 1 guy doing my billing, another setting up one phone and another setting up my other phone. I didnt even realize they were done by the time I finished talking to the other agent.2 new phones 2 new numbers a tablet and all screen covers and cases installed under and hour...Definitely recommend this location and t mobile thus far..

Ive dealt with three representatives at this store. The first was very polite and understanding but I didnt purchase anything. I went in several days later to inquire about a promotion and was initially told the promotion wasnt happening (which was not the case). After calling T-Mobile to verify that the promotion was still ongoing I went back into the store to try a second time and was told I shouldnt buy the plan I was inquiring about- I should buy the more expensive plan instead!Needless to say I didnt purchase anything and will not be bothered to try again.

Through no fault of t-mobile I had an issue with my bill and it was taken care of effortlessly. Kudos to the Kalispell branch and customer service.

This company should not be in business here. No service anywhere in the Valley and really bad customer service. The store cant help with anything, they just tell you to call customer service.

Just wasted my time trying to get a phone. The guy didnt know anything and I had to ask three to four times for the same thing. His thoughts were all over and was hard to even understand, he didnt know plans, phone costs, or even the promotions. Then after spending almost an hour and a half in store to find out that the plan we wanted we wouldnt qualify for due to not wanting four lines.

Switched to T-Mobile about a month ago and so far it has been a great experience! Lowered our bill from Verizon by $40 and added unlimted. Service has been great too in Kalispell and Whitefish !

Went in there to switch over the whole family, it took about 3 hours; got told one price but when I looked at my bill they signed us up for the more expensive plan without ever conveying us that! They also added on an extra line, and forgot to port over one of our numbers. A huge pain to work with and made several mistakes!!! Wouldn’t recommend!

This operation is first class all the way. The customer service my sons and I received from Jonathan and Colby was excellent. They helped educate us on our options and had a deal that beat what I was doing previously by $40! With 10x faster speeds and 2.5x the data. Also dropped my terrible Centurylink phone/internet at the house b/c of the 20G hotspot, so I saved another $100! Think Im stoked? You bet I am. Also did a speedtest on the hotspot and it was 33mbs. Living backed up into the mountains, thatll work just fine, thank you very much:) Thanks again J & C for all the help!

Horrible experience!!!! Omg where do I start... so for one, we waited around for 6 hours on our VACATION (May I remind you) the first day to get new T-Mobile phones transferred from Verizon and added a new one. 3 hours the second day to try to fix our numbers since our phones didn’t even work the night before. The 3rd day another 2 hours because the 4th line we added didn’t work. Omg, it’s like everyone working here was incompetent and the employee would cough over his elbow and wipe snot all over his pants. This guy literally got me and my boyfriends family completely sick with god only knows what flu he had. This was over Thanksgiving break last year . Basically we love the T-Mobile service but getting it all up and running was a nightmare. Don’t visit this location until they are fully staffed and if you have a gas mask.
