Great selection of games and systems and good prices on used/pre owned games.Store is very clean and well organized. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable of games, systems, and what products are coming out in the future and what systems they are for.Have been shopping hear for over 10 years.

Went to do some shopping and the store was closed. Never in the 8yrs I have stopped there has this happened. Jett was the heartbeat of this store. Just not the same since he left.

It began alright, I was with my 22 year old brother, and the employees seemed nice. However, it went downhill from here. My brother went to buy two of the new Call Of Duty games. One of the employees saw me and asked my age. I said my age (which was under the age of 18). They proceeded to refuse to let us buy both games, saying that we needed parent permission. They said that they could get fired for selling a game to me, despite the fact that I had my adult brother - who could legally be my guardian - with me. That means 2 things: 1. My brother could have just went in there by himself; and 2. They literally said that he was old enough, yet they still refused to sell both of them to him. Although the game was for me, what if it wasnt? We have been loyal to GameStop for years, however this was just plain silly!

I have been a pro member of Game Stop for years and this local shop has been awesome. Every time I shop at Game Stop in Kalispell the workers are very helpful and knowledgeable. They always lead me to the product I need for myself or the family. When I need suggestions for my kids at Christmas, they always have an answer. A few times I have had trouble with my game system and the manager has given me pro solutions to fix it. The have incredible deals through out the year.

Just got a pre owned switch game for a bargain price. Guys where nice too. I’d go there again!

The people that work here dont pressure you they just help you

The absolute worst online customer service possible. If you can’t find the product your looking for in store. DO NOT BUY ONLINE! Period. I couldn’t be more disappointed. Workers not only extremely unprofessional, but the entire buying process for one single product has been a complete headache the last 2 weeks and I still don’t have my product, even after upgraded shipping costs. Complete waste of time and money. Personally Never shopping at GameStop again after this. I would rather go to Walmart....

Ive been going here for many years with my dad and have always loved it. However, because of COVID-19 they had no ps4 systems to i was directed to checking online. There were no consoles on there except for 1. So I dealt with it and I paid for my console. The payment went through and it thanked me for my purchase. I waited a couple days and when I went to check on my order, it said it was out of stock. What the H is going on? Not cool.

Went to buy a new copy of crash bandicoot for the switch. They casually put it in a plastic sleeve and sold it to me without saying the case had been opened. When I opened up the sleeve in front of them the case was scuffed up and the game had scratches on the inside. When asked they said the game was new, but it was the display case. I immediately returned it and was given a bad attitude with no apology. Shady businesses practice trying to sell used games at new.

I was having several issues with my Xbox. I spent a lot of time on the phone with Microsoft and they could not figure out what was going on. The guys at the GameStop in Kalispell figured it out almost immediately. Great staff great service.

I bought 2 games tonight Wednesday June 28th 2017 around 7:30 p.m. when I got home to put the game in around 10:45 p.m. there was no game inside its casing. It was empty. Im going to call the manager tomorrow, if they dont replace the missing game or refund me I will leave this review standing. Regardless you should check your games before you leave the store.*I contacted them today and they were able to find my game, but they dont know how it happened, I just have to go back into kalispell (40mins away) to pick it up.

These guys are extremely on top of making sure underage people dont play mature games. They wouldnt even let me buy a game (Im 22) when my little brother was with me. That was extremely frustrating and it has continued to be an irritation. However, the guys are all very helpful otherwise and know a lot about games which has helped to make a selection more then once. The store is also clean with a large and varied inventory. I do wish Gamestop in general sold more PC games. The rewards program is great too by the way, so if you are planning on using Gamestop a lot then I highly recommend signing up for it.This is a good Gamestop location, which is good because it is the only one in the Flathead Valley.
