Todd and his talented team have provided invaluable services to my home and business for many years. They took over for another technician that installed a new network that was nothing but trouble from the beginning. They fixed the problem without having to purchase new expensive equipment, and have kept me up and running trouble free ever since. Ive been a computer enthusiast and have been building custom PCs since before I was 10. There are eventually issues you run into with hardware that is next to impossible to figure out without help of additional components. On a Saturday, I went down to MTS, hoping I could get help with a new build where the GPU wasnt showing up. Given the fact it worked in the computer I had to tear apart to build the new one, I figured it was something else, but couldnt isolate it due to the work involved in swapping over 6 or so parts between builds.Luckily for me, Clayton was there and was willing to help me out. After being told he didnt have a motherboard I could put the GPU in to check, he advised to bring the system down. About an hour later, I was back with 30 min before closing. We were able to use a very basic GPU to see the issue still being present. Clayton reset my CMOS and the PCI slot was populated with display from the test GPU. He put mine in and the same result, so all was well.The amount of relief to know you didnt somehow brick something that would be around $1000 to replace is a great feeling. So great, in fact, when I left (after closing) I left something there.The same issue came back soon after, telling me the new motherboard I had purchased was the actual culprit (which i suspected due to some RAM timing issues as well, but couldnt isolate before); however, to return it for a replacement, I needed something I had left at MTS.On Monday I returned and Clayton was there again and pointed me right to where I had left the anti-static bag for shipping. Coming at this from a different angle, it was great to have another head to bounce ideas off of, speak tech all while having a cool and calm head.I really hope nothing I bought breaks, but if it does, I have full confidence in entrusting my PC here. I have been to other places before that seemed scared to work on a custom PC even after telling them the component I was pretty sure was at fault, but needed testing for. Grateful is watering down the thanks I have for being able to have something looked at in not months, but minutes for at least the initial diagnosis.

Ive been doing business since at least 2010 with Todd and his team. They are a great group to work with offering great pricing, great service, and my favorite part is great communication. Business over the years have included PCs, Servers, Laptops, Surveillance Cameras, and Access Control. Todd is also great on follow up and making sure the jobs are done to 100% satisfaction!

I’ve had 2 wonderful experiences with MTS. First I needed a new hard drive in my laptop. Walked out of the store in just under an hour with a working computer and an upgrade to windows 10. Staff member was fast, friendly, and courteous. My wife also won a computer from MTS. Nice computer with a great set up, has run flawlessly. If anyone is looking for technical solutions look no further! Thanks MTS!

If there were an option for anything worse than one star... This place would get it!The new guy, Garrett was the only thing about this place that was decent.Caitlin, front desk, there isnt an ounce of customer service there! Answering the phone, was completely optional! It took over a month just to get the screen fixed on my tablet.I was told that I wouldnt be charged labor, until it was time to eventually pick it up.UPDATED:You stated you tried calling, I have not received a call or a voicemail from MTS in regards to any of the above issues.Whom exactly do you want me to contact back?

Almost one year ago due to covid shutdown I lost my computer tutor. I was becoming functional with computers, finally. But you dont use it you lose it, so to say. Well this individual had stolen my hard copies of documents I needed to prepare for formal consideration. In an almost panic I walked into MTS Kalispell - Clayton sat me down,versus just give me your computer well find it and call you Patiently, Clayton directed me where to look and what to open and close. What a change from the usual geek elite attitude.His patience and consideration in this matter was above and beyond customer care we experience today. Clayton was beyond helpful in finding securing and of course printing these documents. His sit down with me assistance also provided me with the motivation to return to MTS and pass this commendation to YOU !

If I could give 0 stars I would, horrible, slow, and sluggish customer service. Not for 1 second tried to understand what I was talking about. Kept saying Im not sure I understand what you need. Then why do you work at a computer store. Not helpful

Not once have they contacted me in regards to my computer. Ive had to contact them. I called Saturday and was told by Elvis that the part was ordered, I asked if he knew when it would arrive. He had no answer. I asked if there was a tracking number..and again, no answer to that. I told him that I would be in today to talk with someone.. hopefully they would have answers..well, not so much. The guy today, needs customer service training, informed me that the wrong part was sent?!?! Um..okay, now what? He stated that it was coming today?!?! I asked how long it would take to fix it once the part came it..he said 5 minutes! I told him I would be back Wednesday for my computer and hopefully it wasnt a mistake bringing my computer there!!

Its great that there are still a number of computer technical places in the valley that are locally owned to help people with their computer needs I find it amazing that the store could compete with online giants like Amazon or otherwise especially considering the location which Im sure is not cheap to maintain but the owners seem like a nice guy and had a number of computers and Technical equipment there for sale

Never have I been treated in such a rude and unprofessional manner. While I see a lot of great potential, this is a very poorly managed company.Please, do yourself a favor and take your IT support needs to literally ANYONE else in the valley.EDIT: Let it be known that MTS cannot accept any sort of criticism and accepts all negative reviews as “fake”. Good luck on your new store, hopefully it’ll perform far better than your Kalispell store did for me. Also, i live in Lakeside, not Columbia Falls. :)

I took my laptop in to have missing files (photos) located and placed on to an external hard drive. Instead, my laptop desktop was copied and put on the hard drive and none of my missing files were located or transferred. There is ZERO communication with the employees there. None of them know what anyone else is doing, they wont work together to answer your questions...doubt Ill be going back to MTS for anything ever again. What a waste of $75.

I was a recent MTS customer. Chelsea set up the appointment. Reserved hard drive and other upgrade components. Textbook professionalism. Great communications.Days later, as scheduled, Alex took in the Macbook and worked his magic. Again, while the upgrades were as expected, it was the high level of communications that scored the biggest points. Alex took time to talk to me about what software might no longer be supported with my upgrade and what my options were. Alex is an expert but also very personable.Thank you MTS, Chelsea and Alex. Ill be in again this week to set up a similar upgrade for another Mac.

I am a customer of MTS located in Center Mall in Kalispell, Montana. I came to MTS to have my computer worked on. I was treated very kindly and honestly. I want to thank Chelsey, Alex, Elvis, and Todd for their positive customer service attitude. I want to complement Todd for caring about a quadriplegic child enough to give him a computer. MTS is the best computer store in the northwest United States. I was one of the first people to get a personal computer. I will return as a customer because of how I was treated here.
