Overall a good Costco. However, the propane shop just closes down whenever it decides it is done for the day. Not cool when you drive from Bigfork to fill. Otherwise the same good stuff.

Enjoy shopping here. Everyone is friendly and helpful. Easy to make a return if something doesnt work for me.

Love Costco. My only gripe is we havent seen the Kewpie roasted sesame salad dressing for months, and sometimes, when theyre in a hurry, the food court pulls our pizza out of the oven too quickly and its a little bit undercooked. Otherwise, this place is the bomb. The workers appear to be happy and treated well, and the pumpkin pie and tuxedo cakes are excellent!

Store: one of the best Costcos Ive shopped in. The people are all super friendly and helpful its well stocked and organized.Pharmacy: I received my prescription with an extra pill in it that was not mine. I looked it up online by the numbers and the shape to find out what it was. Luckily someone who wasnt paying attention didnt get it because it could have been very dangerous. So the next time I was in the store I told the pharmacist who said Im not calling you a liar but thats just not possible... 🤷

Crazy busy as always! I do appreciate the employees who r friendly and interact with customers. 😊 Some r quite nice while others obviously dont like their job and it shows. 🤪 For example when the chickens were sold out, I asked the guy in the deli when there would be more rotisserie chickens ready, he said in a bit . I asked him if he could give me an estimate of time and he said I dont have a crystal ball! I then asked isnt the chicken rotisserie on a timer? Ive heard the timer go off at other times when the chicken was ready.... then he said well ya it says 3 minutes but I have to package them up so who knows how long itll be.! He couldve just said that in the first place instead of copping the snarky attitude! 🤪 Neither I nor the others waiting for chicken were impressed!! 🙄😒

Great place for vitamins and prescriptions. Can get your prescriptions filled at any location which is great for rvers and other travellers. Only complaint would be that some items are in such large packages or quantities that its hard to store the excess in an RV. Love the variety and selection of goods. Prices are awesome!

I just love costco. We visited Glacier from California and stopped at this Kalispell Costco. Ended up spending 90 minutes here. Samples are plentiful and great, and the layout is similar to most other Costco stores so its easy to figure out where things are.

We are staying in the area for a few weeks and couldnt find a place to refill our propane tanks in town. We decided to take a chance on Costco and man are we glad we did. Jackson was working the propane tank and had a nice hustle to his work. We had to go in to pay and he said to ring the buzzer when we came back if he was gone. Well..he kept an eye out for us and when he saw us coming out with our recept he carried both of our tanks to our truck and stayed with them till we arrived. Little did he know he saved my husbands ego..he cracked a couple of ribs a few weeks back and shouldnt be lifting. Way to go above and beyond Jackson! You totally made our day!

Costco has always been a great place to shop, but since the beginning of Covid they have far exceeded expectations with safety. I really appreciate their mask mandate for all customers. It makes shopping far more comfortable not having to worry about what a few crazed anti-maskers might attempt to do.

Bought a butterball turkey at Costco. This was the dirtiest turkey I have seen in 50 years of turkeys. The skin was brown on the back and inside. Not sure if I will eat it once it is baked. It is Thanksgiving day so I cant take it back. Costco products are usually good quality. Please dont sell this disgusting product in the future.

Great deals on winter gear

Service was good. Vast majority of customers with masks. Great prices but very limited selection. We went for just a few things we needed. Bud Light seltzer. Salad dressing and lettuce. They had no seltzer. 2 kinds of dressing. But tons of lettuce lol.

Had an issue with a tire on our truck while pulling our RV. Luckily the awesome team at Costco (this is on a Sunday) got us in quickly set into action spin balancing our tires. Luckily they noticed one of the tires was coming apart. We went over several options but concluded with safety in mind I elected to just replace the tires even with only 17000 miles on them. Got a great deal and was back k on the road in just two hours. Great job guys.

This is one of the better Costco stores in Montana. Perhaps because of its location serving Northwest Montana. I like the selection here a found this store is superior to the Missoula store where I normally shop.

They have a tendency to not stock certain items. No teabags..??? REALLY..?? And the TP issue is still ongoing...I will be trying out Bamboo tissue..! Other than that, pretty good place to shop..

Its Costcos whats not to love.

This is definitely one of the best places to get food in Kalispell, they always provide great costumer service. I highly recommend this establishment. The only as thing about this store is that I often see people not wearing masks, but that is the people’s problem not the stores.

Busy but well organized.

When entering the store the door monitor shoved a box of masks in my face without even saying a word. She never even said would you like a mask. I told her no thank you and proceeded on. Immediately I heard a call come over a employee radio for a call for a supervisor to the door. Soon a supervisor came and found me in an isle and told me masks are required in Costco, so I said I would leave, but I asked why I seen plenty of others without masks. The supervisor said they had medical conditions which didnt allow them to wear a mask. I responded by telling him so did I. He told me next time tell the door attendant you have a medical condition. I do not feel an individual should have to tell anyone they have a medical condition whether they are divulging their condition or not. It is none of their business. It should be assumed that if a person doesntwear a mask they must have a medical condition. I will be closing my membership if there are any future occurrences.

Costco is always crowded. They keep the same general layout of their store which makes it easy to navigate. Thank goodness I can get in and out in a reasonable timeframe. Products are good and their variety is awesome.

Although Costco is Costco, the staff at this one was really on the ball. Lots of cheer, smiles (with there eyes because of masks), and a surprising about of good natured joking around with the clients. Normally its just an errand, but I had real fun grabbing some stuff at Costco today.

I was very unhappy with my visit to Costco they werent very helpful at all I asked for lightly packed boxes I got one box and was told to pack it when I got to the car. I am slightly disabled when i got to the front of the store to get help loading my stuff i ask for another box he disappeared so i had to load the car by myself which hurt me and the guy showed up with 2 small boxes and acted like it wasnt a problem .I dont think Ill go back any time soon!

Was gifted a membership for Christmas and it was so quick and easy to go in and get my card! Customer service was quick, friendly, informative and helpful!

They do their best to give us Best for Less. I even like that the parking spaces are ample. Things are kept neat and clean.

Sometimes its busy... sometimes not

Workers look unhappy, not very personable and we had 2 employees chase us down in the meat department because we werent wearing masks. They provided a clear shield and we continued to shop without our masks, without incident. Overall experience will make me check out other options for my shopping.

The employees used to be friendly and courteous until lately. I think the manager is forcing them to be mask enforcers and its making them miserable and theyre taking it out on the customers. The employees should not be forced to confront people. It must be very stressful for them.

Anyone else want to join me in a class action lawsuit? Im medically exempt from wearing a mask (including a face shield) for anxiety. I was just kicked out of this place for not wearing a face covering. Before everyone gets all bent out of shape about not wearing a mask, I already had it and was asymptomatic. So me not wearing a mask is actually BENEFICIAL to the population as I can share my antibodies. But this isnt a matter of that, its their lack of regard for HIPA and my right to my medical history being private. So if anyone wants to join, P. M. me for more information.

Disappointed that they have continued to enforce the mask wearing after the mandate has been lifted. I understand and respect that they can do what they want as a private entity, but that doesn’t mean I have to support them.

Great for buying bulk, also for getting good deals on certain items. Such as home entertainment and necessities. Love going and seeing what they have.

Was treated very rudely at checkout by young lady named Faith. My wife left me in the checkout line with her Costco card as she ran to the bathroom. Faith demanded to see “our” card again. Wanted to be sure to tell me that I could not use someone else’s card. I explained that this was my wife’s Costco card. Faith then wanted to know why I had it. I explained that my wife just walked off for the bathroom. I told Faith that I had my Costco card in my wallet if she would prefer it, and she demanded to know why I hadn’t used my card in the first place. I pulled my Costco card out of my wallet only to be asked to prove my wife and I were on the same account. Should I know how to do this? By then my wife was back from the bathroom and I finished my checkout. I was left with a very sarcastic, “have a nice day” and phony smirk.What has happened to customer service? Not what she said to me so much as the demanding tone of voice and my perception that she thought I was trying to get away with something.This took place on Sunday, August 9 at 12:45 am
