I wont lie, it took quite awhile to get them. Because of the building boom. But sooo worth the wait. They called to set up a time to install the slider, then set up time for the rest of the house. We can see the beautiful valley again without a haze. Thank you Valley Glass. Your service people, your scheduler, your installers, all top notch. BUY LOCAL!!!

They installed custom glass shower doors for us 3 years ago. One of the doors was not closing properly this year (2021).....VG came and made the adjustment at no charge.The only reason this is not a 5 Star Review is that it took 5 weeks for them to do the job.....not uncommon in this market, due to unprecedented growth and labor shortages

They ordered the window I wanted and it is supposed to be here today. Havent heard from them yet.

These folks are good. They showed up on time, gave excellent customer service, and replaced my sons window quickly and efficiently. My husband is a woodwork and made a flag box for a Veteran. He took it into Valley Glass of Kalispell to have a piece of glass cut to complete it. When it was time to pick up the box and glass, they told him the glass was on them free of charge. Thank you for supporting our Veterans.

Very disorganized company. Took 5 weeks for them to come out to measure 3 windows and this was after I called them several times to remind them of it. Then another month after I made a payment for the windows and had to call them again to which they stated they hadn’t started the project. Finally asked for my money back and went somewhere else

Needed a smaller window that got broken, replaced and Valley Glass was quick to help my situation and me being the pane in the butt I am haha needed to take it back and get more shaved off and they were able to assist me with that as well SAME DAY at the spurr of the moment. 5/5 would reccomend Valley Glass all day.

I started this adventure almost a year ago, trying to buy two doors for my house on Flathead lake. Pleasant sales experience, same manufacturer as other retailers. Different styles and colors, similar delivery and price. Three to four weeks. Mid July 2018.Paid up front. Happy. Good friend, retired contractor agreed to help install.Delivery delays begin and continue. A year later the doors are in possession and we installed them only to find that in the manufacturing the hardware was absolutely installed incorrectly, incompetently, and neglegently.

I have not been impressed with Valley Glass at all. We ordered 3 shower doors for our new house, and was told 3-4 weeks from order due to Thanksgiving. Gave rough measurements and pictures and they were to send someone out to take final measurements. Four weeks later I call to check on installation and was told that someone would be here Monday morning at 9. They were here alright, but only to DO FINAL MEASUREMENTS.They hadnt even placed the order yet! Now I am told that it will be another 2 to 3 weeks due to Christmas, and to buy a shower curtain in the interim. I suggest you look elsewhere when deciding who to give your business to.

By far worst experience I have ever had.. called over 2 weeks ago and was told i would be called back by the schedule, no call back sho i called them up and was treated extremely rude. Was told they were too busy to even give me an estimate and that I should just call someone else. The guy I talked to (shawn) needs a new profession... i understand being busy but to be short and rude to potential customers thats bad buisness...

Will never go through them again they were told how many windows needed done even came out and did measuments before and 2 of the windows didnt get done instead 2 windows not known about got done they were very rude about the whole error...on top of the situation it was discussed in July and the windows did not get done until almost 6 months later when its cold out
