They had equipment in stock and were able to replace them the same day. Dan was the service tech. He was friendly and knowledgeable, explained the new system and did a very professional job.

We have had a malfunctioning garage door for months. Finally, we decided to have a professional come and take a look at it. It was very easy to schedule a visit for a technician. The office called two days before to confirm the time of the appointment. Dan, the technician, gave us a courtesy call the day of the appointment to say how long it would be before he would arrive and he was punctual. Of course, the door did NOT behave badly but he went to work diagnosing what might be causing the problems we’d been having. He oiled every moving part and tightened up support brackets on the ceiling. When he was done with that door he went the other one and did the same thing, without being asked. This was service above and beyond what you’d expect. Definitely FIVE stars!!

Today is 9/2 /21 and I Just had Dan install my new garage door and opener, I was very impressed with his professionalism and attention to detail but was still very easy-going and easy to talk to . When the panels came in, they delivered them so my husband could paint them the same color to match the existing door. Had a Broken torsion spring on my garage door. Contacted Riverside Garage Doors and a mechanic showed up the next day. He took measurements of the springs & had the replacements in his truck. He repaired the door & then noticed my other door had a missing 2 1/2 bolt. He then replaced both bolts with 3 bolts. He then lubricated both doors. I had previously contacted another contractor who was still attempting to get the parts a week later. Riverside did a great job & I shall contact them first for any future problems.
