Highly recommend this outfit. I dont know if hes still works there but Johnny in the shipping and receiving department is very friendly and treats everyone with the utmost respect, along with all the other associates in this building. The morale to this place is so positive you wouldnt believe that its an actual workplace. I used to deliver to them on a daily basis and they were always very respectful and professional to each and every one of the people that walk through their door. Plus they got really good coffee served there.

The delivery guy George is an exceptionally nice guy. Went through all aspects of equipment he delivered and spent extra time letting me work through the steps before he left. Frank in sales is very friendly and knowledgeable. He helped us pick out the perfect tractor to fit our needs. We went back several times to buy additional implements and were treated respectfully by all we interacted with. The folks behind the counter who help with the parts are very friendly and helpful as well. Overall, we are extremely satisfied with the purchase and impressed with the conduct of each staff member. This RDO is a great company and we would highly recommend them for your needs.

I love my new John Deere 1025R compact tractor. RDO equipment companys sales, parts and delivery personnel were very helpful in every contact or transaction Ive had with them. Fortunately Ive had no need for their service department yet so I am unable to comment on that area.

I recently did a complete deck rebuild on an older John Deere lawn tractor. RDO staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Their prices are competitive with online stores and they had everything in stock.

I’ve purchased three John Deere tractors through RDO so far - a 5125R, and two 4066R’s. We use them for snow removal. Each tractor clears over 100 driveways each time it snows, so they are mission-critical machines for us. Frank, Wayne, and Kyle have been great to deal with on the sales side. But I am giving RDO 5-Stars because Dallas R. in the service department has come through for me multiple times, helping me get tractor recalls and updates and fixes done at no cost to me, and on a timeline that works for me. Today we had a tractor go down in the middle of a snow removal route due to a broken pin on the 3-point hitch (mission-critical). I texted Dallas a few pictures, and although RDO didn’t have these special taper-pins in stock, Dallas pulled a tractor off the lot and got the parts I needed from it. Even though it was after RDO closing time, I had the pins in my hand within 30 minutes of the tractor going down. I’m super grateful for the effort and care Dallas puts into servicing my growing John Deere fleet, and for making himself personally available to me so I can reach him when I need him - like I did this evening. There are hundreds of customers in Kalispell depending on our John Deere tractors to stay up and running - so it’s a pretty big deal. Thank you very much Dallas!

Great, professional service and business. I have my Z-trac and old SX riding mowers serviced every Spring by RDO, Kalispell. Dallas and Chris (Technican) are very efficient and easy to work with. Highly recommend them!

Mechanic was knowledgeable and efficient changing my sprockets and installing new tracks on my Volvo EC55B, also fixed a hydraulic leak and a fuel leak. Would use RDO again. Good experience.

Found backhoe part # needed on RDO website-price shown was $18.00. Called Kalispell RDO and after quite a wait for the guys on the other end of the line to get their act together was told they could order it in the AM, it SHOULD be here by Friday and they would have to charge me shipping-and the price was not $18.00 but $20+...something wrong with this picture...

Ordered a part on Friday, paid an extra $18.00 to get it on Monday. The parts guy said probably by noon Monday. I waited till 1:00 to pick it up. The truck from Missoula wasnt there yet. Took my name and number to call me when it came in. I called again at 3:00 and was informed they didnt pick up my part. No one called me and dont know if anyone would have. Tuesday morning they assured me it was on the truck and should be there by 1:00. I left my name and number again. I called again at 1:00 and still no truck from Missoula. Ran a couple errands, parked in front of the store at RDO they called my number and asked for David. NOT ONCE did one person offer a refund or a discount on the freight charges. I realize you are the only John Deere place in Kalispell and we as consumers have no choice. Your customer service and follow-up is terrible.

RDO has been very helpful for anything I’ve needed for my 310D.

The staff seems to be limited in having information or ability to give full customer satisfaction, as though theyre systems outdated.

Good people ready to lend a hand.

Rented a skiploader was told price, So I took it for the week. All said and done wanted to pay my bill it was $150 dollars more then they told me. Every other company I rent from tells me a price and when Im done with it thats what I pay. I will not be renting here again. I believe thats a dirty way of doing things.

Everyone seemed too busy to take time for our business. But I guess a phone number is better than nothing.
