Although the headstone for my son turned out looking wonderful, there was a VERY long wait, several mis-communications, and several months of no communications. I was told what the headstone was going to look like and it didnt turn out looking like that at all. I had to re-configure the writing on his headstone to accommodate the stone that was sent from China, instead of a local quarry (which was where I was told the granite was coming from originally). Would not recommend them if you are looking for a quick turn-around.

Took two years and two months after we paid in full to complete our simple order of bronze on granite for my parents. We were misled and lied to by a former employee and when the owner finally discovered the problems he was unwilling to make amends (nearly argumentative) for their unreasonable delay nor for their dishonest employee who hadn’t ever ordered one of the markers. We chose them because they are locally owned and operated but they let us down with a lack of communication and timeliness. The turn around after they discovered their problem was reasonable.

They truly are there to help very experienced great place to come if you need headstones or monuments.
