The salesman was very knowledgeable and helped us determine what comfort level we liked and what would be the best bed for us. He was thorough with listing the current sales and was organized. We are able to get our mattress within a week and shipped to us for free.

My experience in the actual store was ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ the Store Manager was very helpful, concerned, professional and still friendly. I would have given five stars if the financing hadn’t of played games saying we were approved but they had some questions. I gave the same answers on the phone as in the store and then they said sorry we can’t approve you. With a few adjustments I still was able to return to the same store and with further assistance from the Store Manager. Thanks to great salesmen ship from the Manager I was able to choose a different selection for the twin XL mattress & adjustable base and keep the same Full mattress as well as an adjustable base. Due to the choice, I decided in addition to get a pillow, 1 cotton sheet set for each bed. As I had originally planned, I also purchased a mattress protector for each bed. My preference wasn’t to make the purchases with my credit cards, however due to the uncooperative finance company that is what I ended up having to do. Praise God for making a way for myself and my mother to get the beds we want and need!!! Prayerfully, when the beds are delivered in about over a month or sooner God willing if they are shipped in earlier we will be able to give an even greater review. Thank you Mattress Firm and John Smith, Store Manager.

Clay was very helpful and knowledgeable! He allowed me private time to look and try out mattresses on my own but was alway available to answer questions. If you are not sure about the type of mattress/pillow you need go see him.

Went to look for a mattress and meet one of the nicest young men. His name is Jaron. He was well educated on the product they were selling. He help me out a great deal at finding what I wanted. The Kannapolis store was great. Although I can’t remember his name, the salesman was very knowledgeable. He didn’t have the particular mattress I was looking for in stock, however he found it for me at another store just 12 minutes away. I was able to check out and pay at the Kannapolis store and then quickly pick up the mattress at the Concord store upon presenting my receipt. The salesman at the Concord store was also great and helped me load the mattress into my car. I bought a vacuum sealed mattress and my car is small. So it would not fit and he offered to take it out of the box and it fit perfectly. He also saved me from having to dispose of the box when I got home. Overall... I am a highly satisfied customer!

Lane recliners are advertised as available there in the Lane website, but not available in that store. Employee was of no help.

Surprisingly, after putting it off for so long, I enjoyed my time selecting a mattress. After lengthy online study, I concluded I didn’t want to order a bed in a box and end up being stuck paying return shipping on something unsuitable in the long run. The price of the bed frame was good but when I got home I was missing 3 of the legs for the frame. I had already given my old bed away and the store had closed so I had to go back to the store the next day near me in Salisbury in which they had to reorder me some more. I originally left a bad review for this store based on a miscommunication I had about the financing that I worked out between myself and John Shireman.In retrospect I understand that the miscommunication went both ways and John did his best to make sure I understood what I was getting and how much it would cost me.In the end, John was a great salesman and was very patient with me and my wife as we chased our son around the store trying to choose the best bed for our home. We went into the store in hopes of purchasing a Hampton & Rhodes mattress similar to one we purchased for our guest room several years back. Ariel spent about an hour helping us figure out what we like/don’t like about our mattress and ultimately helped us pick out a newer Hampton & Rhodes option. She was so sweet to our son who was running around the store playing LEGO’s and tossing foam samples. She was very knowledgeable, friendly, and not pushy - all the things you want in a good salesperson.

We came in to basically window shop late in the day during the week. The place was empty but the salesman Pippin was pleasant and very informative. The store seems to be fairly new and well kept. Even though it was late we didnt feel preasured to make a purchase. There is a huge selection but the salesman was able to eliminate most of the choices based on our sleeping habits. There seem to be a lot of different perks to purchasing a mattress with mattress firm... We chose a budget friendly mattress, from what I understand theres a 120 day guarantee if we dont like the mattress we can exchange it for another model.

My boyfriend and I never, ever bought a mattress or anything of that nature. I got my old mattress from a friends mom, and we tend to go to Ikea for smaller furniture purchases. I purchase the tulo mattress online which Im to find out is through mattress firm. I was supposed to have a red carpet delivery. That covers set up and removal of my old mattress and box springs. My mattress arrived 45 minutes ago and my 20 year old son was at home. The delivery driver drop the box inside the door and left they did not take my mattress where my box spring floor set up the bed! I then called the service department at mattress firm and after 35 minutes of waiting on hold I had to leave my phone number for call back! Still have not talked to anyone and Im thoroughly disappointed and upset with a horrible delivery service that I received. No one should have had to tell their driver what to do the driver should have known what to do put their red carpet delivery service!!!! I was calling to get someone back out there to get my old mattress and box spring but you cant get in touch with anyone. So I will keep talking horribly about them online until someone calls me! Horrible customer service!!!!!!
