I would like to say that Cabarrus Cycling Company is one of the best bike shops around. They made my 5 year daughter one of the happiest little girls ever. They made the proper adjustments to her bicycle and filled her tire with air. This was 5 minutes before closing and they stayed past closing until it was done. Best part they didnt even charge us. Now that is customer service. I wish I could give them 10 stars.

Excellent shop and Trek dealer! These guys are the real deal--everyone here rides and knows the various aspects of cycling, from road to single track to bike-packing and downhill racing. I am impressed with the friendly and knowledgeable owner and staff members, who also happen to be very helpful and skilled mechanics, as well. Ryan really went the extra mile to get my bike ready for a 180-mile weekend ride--and it isnt even a Trek! I will be buying a Trek from this shop based on the numerous great experiences I have at Cabarrus Cycling Company. I cant say enough great things about the fine folks at this shop--they treat me like family and thats priceless.

My first visit couldn’t have been better. Was surprised to see my friend local bike legend Tim Sigmon working part-time. Tim and Ryan did my service work (replace bike chain) on the spot and pricing for the labor was only $10.00. Plus I noted a free wipe down as a nice perk. I’ll be back.

Great service! I came in for a recalled set of pedals. They replaced them in less than 5 minutes, even bought a new rear rack for the bike. They installed it for me and was on my way in no time. Great store in the heart of a wonderful part of Kannapolis.

I have been in a game of cat and mouse over the past month trying to get the manager Alex or the owner to call me back. Ryan has said many times they are suppose to call me back but I havent heard anything and no voicemails.They messed up a level 2 bike service to the point I had to take the bike to another shop to have it fixed. All I am asking for is a refund for the level 2 service but they will not call me back. Been a month now.

The customer service was brilliant, to the information I received about my bike all the way down to even helping me install my rack to my vehicle. Great bike shop for sales and service. Their owner and staff are caring, courteous and know a lot about bikes and accessories. They organize local community rides and give back to the communities they serve. I know other good local bike shops that have had to close because their staff contracted a virus. I wholeheartedly support their mask policy and will continue to support them now and in the future. Buy local!

I ran across this place on a day trip to Charlotte and even though it is 1.5 hours away from my house this is where I will shop from. The atmosphere and the employees are awesome!

As a still relatively new cyclist, I purchased my first bike used off FB marketplace. I ended up falling in love with cycling and decided I deserved an upgrade. My lack of experience and knowledge on the issue of what to buy was met with exceptional patience, customer service, and welcoming nature as I purchased my new bike. Ive had the pleasure of interacting with just about every employee and have always been treated with respect and value as a customer. These guys were awesome. I went to several shops around town to get help with a simple problem. The one in Salisbury even told me I would need to order parts to fix it. Walked into Cabarrus Cycling and he fixed it within 5 minutes, no new parts needed. Offered a lot of good tips. Very friendly. I highly recommend this place and I will be back.

I never felt like I was being Sold when making purchases but always got exactly what I needed.I really appreciate the Staffs continuous attention to keeping the Shop clean during this Pandemic. They have hand sanitizer and masks right at the front door and a spray bottle of sanitizer to keep door handles clean....

Great local bike shop and Trek dealer with knowledgeable and helpful staff. Went in for some tubes and lube and they had everything I needed. I know where I’ll go when I need more bikes for my family and kids or need a bike serviced.

My wife and I visited the shop, we stopped in and were greeted immediately. Everyone in the shop was welcoming and gracious. My wife had a shifting issue on her bike and they were able to get her up and running in a a few minutes. They gave us great advice on future purchases and offered help us throughout our visit. We could not be happier to have a great shop like this near us in the up and coming downtown Kannapolis area!

Great service tried finding a hard to find item, shop put it aside for me in two different sizes just to make sure I got what I needed due to me driving over an hour to get them.

Been there twice, bought stuff twice. Theyve had what I needed both times. Theyre not real close to me but still great to have another local bike shop.

I have now visited this bike shop at least 5 times. A couple of these was to just look around or buy sunglasses.(I love the ones they sale) I ordered a bike my last visit😀. The staff is wonderful, always friendly and very helpful.

Really nice to have a bike shop in town. Reasonable prices for both parts and service, and they take the time to really explain the what work they did on the bike.

I bought a beautiful, purple, Project One Domane from Dave last year, (2019). Dave spent several hours getting it set up for me. I was having problems with my hips on my old Domane so we wanted to be extra careful to get my fit just right. After getting my fit dialed in, Dave taught me all the ins and outs of my new bike as well as teaching me how to use my new Garmin. The year before, at the Tour to Tanglewood, Dave saved my weekend. I was attempting the “Double Century” over the two day event. On the first day I broke a cable at about mile 30. I limped my bike back to the venue after a total of 67 miles..Dave was there set up in support of the riders and repaired it late in the day. I was able to ride the full 100 the next day. He’s a stand up, honest guy that knows bikes. I highly recommend his businesses. You won’t be disappointed.Andi InmanRandleman, NC
