Working with Juney and his crew was a pretty good experience. Juney himself was very accommodating and his crew did a great job of moving the furniture with care, laying the floor, and moving the furniture back to where it belonged (mostly)Where the ranking falls is in the advice given. We were replacing existing wooden flooring and carpeting with wooden flooring throughout the house. We had pretty extensive conversations with Juney about what we were looking for, what our budget was, and what we needed. We visited his show room and looked at several different samples which he allowed us to bring home to visualize in our space.We selected a product and went from there for installation. Everything went pretty well but, about a year later I am very unhappy with the flooring itself. The wood turns out to be very soft and is easily chipped. We don’t have a dog and no small children. I don’t think we are they atypically rough on our floors so I’m a little surprised that after 11 months, several pieces of the floor show significant chipping or cracking. I can’t imagine what this floor is going to look like in 10 years. The original flooring from 2008 held up much better with a complete turnover of ownership.I’m sure some of this is on me. I should’ve done more due diligence on the product itself and made sure that it’s hardness rating was satisfactory. But I still have text messages between myself and Juney going back to the time when we were still looking at our options and my asking Juney about the Janka or hardness rating for the flooring m. He did not know and did not bother to investigate. That should’ve been a red flag for me right there.Would I work with Juney again? I’m not really sure. I like him as a person and how accommodating he was throughout the process. I made a serious scheduling error and he pivoted with his own schedule.But I can’t really be certain that I would trust his judgment in terms of selecting a product. In retrospect, the most disappointing thing is that he did not really ask me questions; he just showed me product. That is the second red flag.In the photos you can see the overall look of the floor in one photo, chipping in another photo, and cracking in the other which is a bit camouflaged with a black marker.I should have reached out to Juney. He may have made this right but I imagine it is too late now.

Working with Danny Jung and his team was a breeze! CC updated our new home by restaining our hardwoods on two floors plus the stairs. The floors look fantastic! His team was great at communicating with us and even helped coordinate with some of our other vendors that were working on the house. Do not use them for your carpet. Had to come out twice right after installation and stretch poor work. Called again and want to charge me and told me didnt talk to me or put it down but I called him out on it had invoice and his personal # on my phone. Never again. Use doug miller he appreciates his customers

Very happy I went with Carpet Connections. Was referred by a realtor friend and neighbor. Pricing was good, beat 50 Floor and Empire. Danny was very good with helping us along the way. Great recommendations and patient as we walked through many options and pricing on each of those options. Eric and his team of installers were extremely thorough. Im not sure its possible to have been more complete in their install. They took the time to do it right and it shows. I cant find an imperfection. If I ever have another carpet need or have a friend that needs carpet...Carpet Connections is the way to go.

Without the slightest reservation this was the absolute worst retail experience in my entire life. Everything about this location is below any acceptable standards. From the Start of the process to the finish they never failed to disappoint. It is objectively apparent when they are lying. This is any time their mouths are moving. Do yourself, your friends, and, your family a favor. If you need flooring GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. The only reason one star is selected is that this is required to complete the post.
