The store is always clean and staff is friendly. But they are low on stock on a lot of items that I purchased for crafts. Main thing is balsa wood. I still gave 5 stars because I knowing probably not there fault.

We like to compare the different stores. The shelves were definitely stocked and ready for shoppers. Always love the different slections that is always tastefully displayed. They have the newest stuff out and something for everyones style of decorating. Got to the register and had plenty open so you wouldnt stand in line. Thank you

I just love hobby lobby in general. But this one is always so nicely kept. The employees are friendly. The checkout process is quick. Theres never really been a big crowd any time Ive been here. Its an all around good experience.

I love Hobby Lobby. It has all my decorating needs. I can find paint, canvases, brushes, jewelry pieces, diamond art, and so much more. Absolutely love it here and the staff is always so kind and helpful. Also, it is a Christian store, so it has a ton Christian plaques, signs and more.

This is a great craft store! It seemed like everything I went there for was on sale! That doesnt always happen but its nice when it does! They have so many things. Arts and crafts, material for sewing, clay, flowers, puzzles, seasonal items, paints, brushes, beads for jewelry, and on and on. Nice staff and sizeable store are also a big plus! Definitely a favorite!

Great place, I didnt expect to find so many things I was looking for at such low prices! New plain T shirts cheaper than at thrift stores! Hugh selection of paints and materials! I bought way more than I intended because the selection and prices were so great!

My home away from home! As a fiber artist, more specifically a black doll maker, yarn in different shades of brown are important. They have the best selection and best quality 4 ply acrylic yarns.LETS NOT FORGET the home goods and craft section.

Staff too preoccupied with whether a sale sign was still up than just fixing a price for the couple in front of me. After waiting ages for them to finally open another register and they invited me to that one to check out they allowed multiple people to go ahead and beat me to that register as I was walking over. Sort out priorities. I don’t think that the couple buying three glass jars were trying to scam you out of four dollars just adjust the price and move on. At this point a huge line has formed and I just sat down my stuff and left.

Love this place! Its hard to just find novelty stores you can just explore. People are always kind and helpful. We need more of these!

Always enjoy my time here. Customer service is great, sales are helpful, stores are always clean and well stocked. They have the best smelling candles! The website needs updating but I love going inside the locations.

I use to love this store, but unfortunately COVID and government has forced all companies to discontinue some amenities due closing places down for long periods of time. Due to that, prices are not reasonable anymore and they no longer offer the 40% off one regular price item. Thanks COVID and Government!!!

Can find most things I need but wish they would quit moving everything around. I dont walk real well and it is hard to search for things or find someone to help you. They usually only have vendors in the store. Their framing department is awesome

I was just in the Kannapolis store for roughly 30 minutes looking for something needed to finish a project. In all I counted at least a dozen employees, some were stocking and others were standing around talking. Not a one bothered to reach out to ask if they could assist me, especially after having walked by them at least twice. The store was clean and well stocked, but customer service was non-existent.

Stuff can sometimes be a little pricey but then again they ALWAYS have a coupon online! Great place to go for hobbies. We bought candle wax, color and scents. The wax was great but the scents are not strong. Great otherwise especially when they have a sale!

Cashier was very.nice and didnt mind getting prices for a couple items with no tags. Last month bought the items pictured 5 hours from home. Was hoping to find I our local Hobby Lobby. Found similar items locally.

Best place to go for any type of decoration

Ive been shopping in this store since 2015. Each month, I stop at Hobby Lobby after making a list of the flowers that I want to purchase. Doing that is somewhat exhausting, so I decided to start buying my flowers from wholesalers. Youre not going to get what you think you should get. So unless you want to go into the store and spend hundreds of dollars for an entire year, Hobby Lobby is the only answer.

The selection of crafts and homegoods is incredible. Little brochures in the aisles let you read up on a specific craft before you buy. Seasonal goods beautifully displayed, playing well on color, texture and trends. Prices are reasonable. Staff is dutifully engaged and pleasant. The place is clean and tidy, which lends excitement to buying new treasures.

Last night was a special trip to Hobby Lobby. Our neighbors daughter that is 11 years old had helped me plant 72 pansies 24 o ornamental cabbage. A few weeks later helped me plant 2 - 5 gal buckets of bulbs. Miss S. Would not allow me to pay her for hard bending labor. As a reward we went to Steak and Shake for dinner. Then to Hobby Lobby. . We bought lots of ornaments for her family and mine. We had a wonderful time. Miss S had never been to HL and enjoyed every row.. it was so much fun to see Christmas throug her eyes. What a joy. I cant post a picture of the gifts. Her family may read this.

I have taken more than 20 pieces of art in for custom framing and always been very happy. Recently I took a canvas I purchased to have it stretched and framed. After dropping off, I was told 14 days. I called to check status on 14th day and was told it was on the table to be worked on that day. Basically it sat for 13 days and was finally worked on the 14th day it was there. I was so excited to pick it up. Brought it home and hung it and realized it had been stapled all around the outer edges. There were 27 staples visible down each side of canvas and 24 staples visible across top and bottom. Plus staples were not even aligned but zig zag with some bent and others sticking out and not flat to frame. I called to share my disappointment and was told by MOD to bring it in the next day and they would give me money back or fix it. Went in the next day and custom frame employees told me that manager thought I was stating they stapled on the front of the canvas but since it was the sides that was their standard practice and they wouldn’t be responsible for fixing or refunding.

Use to be good until the 40 percent coupon went now I feel like I can not save where I want to.

A very nice place to shop for all of your craft needs. They have everything you need to paint and sip, make a floral arrangement, knit or crochet a scarf, or make an acrylic painting. Whatever the hobby, they have what you need. A little pricey but they have sales often.

I love going to Hobby Lobby and since they opened back up they have had great deals. But my shopping experience that I am basing this rating is from shopping on a Saturday and they were very under staffed. No one could be found on the sales floor to be found for help and the fabric cutting table was was long and the wait time for me was 15 or so mins. The associates that were there was very nice, kind, and they were doing the best they could.

The atmosphere is always nice with soft familiar music in the background and friendly people working there. I often have pictures framed there while I wait. They do a clean, professional job and are always helpful. There is something new to see every time I go there and new ideas around each corner.

It is what it is. Easy to get lost in and probably doesnt have what youre looking for, unless what youre looking for is tacky seasonal home decor. A decent art store, but certain items can most definitely be found cheaper elsewhere.
