This is a great place. The customer service is outstanding. The employees there go above and beyond to make it a friendly enjoyable atmosphere. They are very helpful at finding what youre looking for.

My first time in an ABC Store. The staff was so nice. The prices were pretty ok. I may go to NY to get certain higher priced liquors though. Or have someone bring to me. Prices are comparable on the vodkas and rums.

I dont know who the guy is that works there but he is very rude and needs to go immediately any other time Im there the customer service is amazing but the so called supervisor that he said he was when I called is very rude and needs to learn about customer service skills

Due to the current lock down situation most restaurants and bars stop serving alcohol at 9pm. The store was packed but served its purpose.

This place isnt like the others they actually carry anything you need

Not the biggest store so selection is limited, but definitely the nicest & helpful staff around!

Prices are reasonable and its one of the only places in Kannapolis that you can get liquor really. Store is clean and fully stocked but prices could be a little more competitive. Because your local choices are so limited theres no where else really. They have a wide selection and some good choices.

The gentleman that worked in the store was not customer friendly. He was counting receipts when I came into the store. He never picked his head up to look at me. The store is old or at least appears to be old. And the employee was not kind.

Came here when it had snowed back in January & it wasnt a good experience. Its funny that they deleted my previous review, so everyone else cant see it. Thats okay, Ill just re write it. It had snowed the day I came which was January 6th, 2017. When I walked in, the winch had the key in the door ready to lock up & it wasnt even 5pm. I walk in & she says, YOU NEED TO HURRY UP & get what youre gonna get, bc were about to close. Now I can understand if you wanna be safe, bc of the weather, but talking to a costumer like crap was completely uncalled for. I was practically rushed & pushed out the door that day. Very rude & unprofessional service. Dont worry winch, I wont be back 🖕

The guy behind the counter had made a comment about a bald spot on the side of my head and told me I need to wear my hair differently I went through breast cancer treatment chemo in 2013 my hair never grew back right after that they should keep their comments to their self

State run store. Limited selection. No help from the only person working.

If you look younger than 21 don’t bother going here, the guy will literally rush you out of the store.
