I spotted the mt10 on their website and immediately called and talked to a salesman to put a deposit down. The financing was all taken care of with a phone call and after a few days the paperwork was signed and we got the bike delivered right to our driveway, both the driveway and I were ecstatic! The guy that delivered it for us was very knowledgeable and assisted me in getting the settings and modes dialed in and completed setting up my 401K. It was what I would describe as a 100% perfect purchase in every way possible! I want to thank them again for the Red Lobster coupons, paying off my truck and a lifetime supply of free fuel!! F&I was handled by Chris and he understood how anxious we were to take delivery and he did not disappoint either. Overall a great experience. If I have to criticize, I would like to see a wider range of gear to select from.

I was looking for the Honda 300L Rally and have been talking with Billy Pine the salesman for a few weeks waiting for one to come in stock. Then the regular 300L came in stock and I got excited. More than 12 weeks it took them to do poor quality work this machine was less than a month old and garage kept before they got ahold of it. The more I deal with this the worse this company has become. They even retaliate against other businesses and people for telling the truth on reviews. They absolutely failed to care for my equipment. WW did no6 take care of or clean it. This was left out in the weather and filled with water. They Failed to put factory stickers back on and did not complete the job. The windshield was rigged on instead of properly installed. The decals they did remember are bubbled and crooked. I have attached several pictures but have many more photos and videos of issues that I listed.

Still an issue. Even more so now. In over 8 days less than 12hours worth of work has been done. Let that set in. Would have been better off driving a few hours to another dealer/ service center. I drove to Wild West Motoplex from Austin, TX and would do it again. Im in love with my Honda Metropolitan and Wild West Motoplex made the purchase seamless.As a female, I know many dealerships will try to quote me higher prices- which is exactly what happened when I called competitors to Wild West Motoplex. The MSRP for the Metropolitan is $2,499. Another Houston dealership quoted me $4,200 as a walk-out price. After I said that my boyfriend had already been quoted ~$3,700 as a walkout price for the ruckus (a higher MSRP-priced scooter) at Wild West, the salesman said Okay, if you put down a deposit now I can let you walk out for $3,840, but Im going to get in trouble and youre getting a steal. That was gross and sleazy.I thought it couldnt get worse. Next I called a dealership in Georgetown, TX. They quoted me a walkout price of $4,500.I decided to show up with my boyfriend at Wild West when he was buying his ruckus to see if I could get a better quote on the Metropolitan. Billy here at Wild West quoted me around $3,400. This was exactly what I was expecting to pay. The team also didnt pressure me into any add-ons, but let me know my options (like adding an extended warranty).If you are a female buying a scooter, motorcycle, or anything else, I highly recommend purchasing from Wild West Motoplex.

Paid almost 1k for extended warranty only to find out there service did not want to cover a bad clutch on 4wheeler. After a month and a half in servicenot exageratingI got a call only to be told they could only repair a Recall that had nothing to do with why it was there and on top of that they still wanted me to pay labor cost of 110. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Stopped in today to buy a battery for my Goldwing, walked past 4 employees and no one greeted me, waited at the parts dept holding the battery. The parts guy was unable to look up the battery I required, wanted to sell me a battery rated less and said it was the only one for my bike. I know Goldwings have used 2 different batterys in the past are they are both the same size just different CCA ratings. Took my business to the large motor cycle shop down the street and got the battery I wanted and a $500 helmet I was also in the market for....Wild West service sure has tanked since I bought my bike there a few years ago.
