The only reason I did not give a one star is because this location of fast signs has done good work for us in the past. However, we have brought several jobs to them in the past year (and yes, before COVID) which went unanswered. Yet, we continued to receive regular business solicitation emails from Ashley Freel. I responded to one that I had some work and got a blank email back from Ashley. I responded politely to the blank email but got no response. Finally I emailed Ashley to ask to be removed from their email list because if they are not interested in our business it is confusing to get emails asking for it. I acknowledged that COVID has made this hard for everyone but would have appreciated communication to that effect. Instead of an amends, I just got an email from Ashley saying that I was removed and to take care. We have NEVER been rude to anyone there. I see the Fast Signs in Cypress has great reviews. I suggest trying that one.

Fast signs created a beautiful giant double sided printed outdoor flag for my event with our logo . The material is high quality poly nylon. It has a little shimmer and the detail is very nice. This is something that I had printed to market an event, so that people knew where to find our group. I appreciated the fast service, the good craftsmanship and the material being used. They also called me to notify me what my project would look like. Even without providing a vector file for print - it was still amazing!

I absolutely never ever give a one star review even if the service warrants it. This was a rare case of poor service which warrants this review. I am primarily writing as I never want anyone to have experienced what I did the last few weeks.I am a new business that in general want to give the best product and service and have high hopes to receive quality service. My representative Ms. Bianca truly went beyond trying to work with my budget my lack of time and need for perfection when it came to my wants list. She was able to nail exactly what I needed up until execution time. I outgrew my small space quickly and closed for remodeling per city regulations. During the closure I informed Ms Bianca I needed to have the install completed on the 12th of August. August 7th I called to confirm and Ms. Bianca informed me there may be an issue with the install company and she would call me back before the end of the day. That never happened. I called back and Ms. Bianca was gone and not returning until Monday the 12th. Ms. Michelle took over and handled things with excellence. She called and got everything corrected and confirmed Monday the 12th at 2pm the install would take place. Monday at noon I went in to pick up another order I had that was delayed by 4 business days and Ms. Michelle reconfirmed the install happening at 2pm later that day. Not even 15 minutes after I drove off Ms. Bianca called my husband not me as I believe she knew I would be upset to notify the installer had a delay and would be at our location at 3:30pm. We rearranged the rest of the contractors coming in to complete the work and at 3:30 there was no Ms. Bianca and no installers. At 4:45 everyone arrived and one of the art work pieces had a misspelling. One of the pieces was not there and they needed to do a partial job and come back in the morning to do the rest.To make things worse I have another print job with them and it was promised to me 2-4 business days. I called this morning 5 business days later to ask about the project for pick up and was placed on hold with a return of the office manager (I think her name was Ms. Ashley). I was given an apology and told it would be an additional 2-3 business days. I have of course paid for the postage and delivery of 2500 flyers and nothing it here. I have told my customers that can come and pick up flyers starting today and stand to look like a fabricator. I believe we give the type of customer service that we do because so many businesses such as fast signs gives too many excuses and doesn’t own enough of the responsibility. I believe when you lane a mistake own it, apologize and offer a solution. I was offered excuses on what balls others they are relying on dropped. My still to date incomplete project costs me nearly 2k dollars and my experience was of poor quality.Ms. Ashley told me “the project was just late”. I told her if I went to complete a catering job 3 hours late and there were hungry guests and the client paid 2k I would never say I was just late I would be truly apologetic and do whatever I could to retain future business. I told her I know there’s nothing that can be done so after they fix everything I will not be doing any other business, her reply “okay”.

Reasonable prices, fast turn around time, and staff that knows the ad business. Never pushy or trying to sell me things I dont need. Ive traded with them since they opened in the Katy area. Always been happy. They also keep all you past artwork and ads on file, so they can modify, change, and update material in just a few seconds. Additionally, Ive found the quality and choice of materials for cars signs and advertising signs in general, are much better then the low budget internet sites whose products are thin, fade, crack quickly, and dont hold up to an outdoor environment in the Texas weather.

I stopped into this location to inquire about getting either magnetic signs done or vinyl lettering for my back car window. mChelle Marion was at the front desk. She seemed to be in the middle of something so I waited a few moments for her to acknowledge me.Then the rude behavior began. She would not stand up to greet me, but remained seated. When I asked about sizes of magnetic car door signs, she told me I needed to tell her sizes and what exactly I needed. Excuse me, this is not my expertise so I expect to have the help of someone who does have the expertise. When I asked if we could take a look at my back window, she grudgingly picked up a tape measure, walked outside with me and continued her rude behavior.Her body language spoke volumes that I was inconveniencing her and she did not want to be bothered. I asked to speak to a manager, she was at another location. I asked someone to call that location, no answer. Then after I tried to call the location the manager Ashley Freel was supposedly at, (Blue Willow), myself, I finally decided that it wasnt worth my time. I wont ever use Fast Signs no matter the quality of work they have produced for otters. One staff members rude and unwelcoming behavior changed my mind.mChelle Marion. If you treat all fast signs customers like you did me today, I am surprised you still have a job. Remember, it is because of customers who do business with FastSigns that you have a job. No customers, no income, no job, and no pay.

The product is nice and I am sure others have good product but I really like the service that FastSigns provided. Very friendly staff and easy to communicate with. Horrible experience. Do not take your vehicles to get wrapped here. They will not last I put a wrap on multiple vehicles for my business and they are all peeling and they wont warranty it. They also are twice the price of others shops. Stay away!
