Very clean! Great service fast and made the best recommendations for me 🔥

My first time here and it was so beautiful. The cashier was so nice and even helped me when the card didnt want to pass. Everything was just pleasant and the menu was clear. It was a bummer that they didnt have Mochi but I forgot about that when we got our tea my Taro slush was so delicious and it surprised me with the popping bubbles I will go again after work Everytime.

I walked in at 9:50pm they said sorry closed. Still 10mins and there were 2 people in line that didnt order yet and they kicked me out ? Very unprofessional . Its a drink place shouldnt take long to make all the drinks . I used to work in retail I get how people coming in last min sucks. Still your job to serve your customers during opening hours ! Insane to me I told them its not 10 yet but still continue to tell me they are closed .

Our favorite boba/tea/slush/juice place in Katy amongst the many choices. Great variety and some unique item. Highly recommended.

A friendly tea place with lots of options. Interior decoration is interesting, themed wall paper on one end and a dynamic hanging bookshelf on the other end. Few sofa seats if you prefer a softer seat than the wooden chairs.

Looks like the owner or manager changed, I use to order a honey tea with lime, now they said that is not in the menu and they can’t add lime what is ridiculous because add lime is more money to the business, but it’s ok I have too many options around to get what I like.

I don’t know what has happened but lately the drinks have been super inconsistent and bitter. The winter-melon green tea w/ boba is my favorite but the last 5 times I got it it’s either like the tea has been sitting out for too long or the tea is too hot and it melts the ice, making the tea very bitter. I’m very disappointed because this was my favorite boba tea spot and I used to get it every week... now I have to find a new spot :(

First time coming to this place. Place looks cool and they have many options. Ordered Thai tea was told by cashier it came with bobba but once I got it didnt get bobba. Told her it didnt have bobba even though she had told me it came with it. Instead of apologizing gave me attitude saying she never said that and rolled her eyes as if i was the one wrong. Found her rude and unprofessional. The drink was ok but wasnt happy when i left that place. Hopefully they hire nicer people with better customer service.

This bubble tea house is a comfy place for a quick sip. They have many good choices of teas. Reasonable prices. Friendly service. They have some kinds of Asian snacks. They do not have (cooked) appetizers. One thing I like here is the interior design, its fancy and creative. It is nice to take pictures here!

A popular little spot in Katy, very busy with kids and adults alike! This is a good place to try something a little different. Its actually hard to not turn in every time I drive by and order up a taro with Oreo :) YUM!

For the price and quality youre better off at Kravin teas at westgreen.Decided to try them out as it was on my way to Pho Saigon.Husband said they were nice to him but person who attended him wasnt too informed of the own menu. And whats worst..NO smoothies! And you CANT MIX FLAVORS. Whats the fun in that??Will be driving the extra 1.5mi. For my passionfruit mango smoothies at kravin.

I love this place! I have become a regular here over the past few months. I studied here weekly because I loved the comfy environment. The lady working there is super sweet and knows my order now- the passion fruit green tea with half sugar and boba! I love their drinks, and the atmosphere is great for catching up with a friend or relaxing!

THIS. PLACE. IS. AWESOME. I asked for Thai milk tea, but they didn’t have it. So she made me something very similar and it’s DELICIOUS. My first time here and I will definitely be back for sure!!!! My new favorite tea house.

Asked for a Thai tea, got a Thai Milk tea instead, which is not the same thing. Drank a few sips but no more. I also asked for no ice for all drinks, so I can drink later without them being watered down, but they gave me light ice for all my drinks. This was only my 2nd time at KFT, but I wont be coming back.

The slushy tasted like watered down oreos and the passion fruit didnt really taste like anything. I paid $5 for crushed ice….

Strawberry Lemonade was amazing and the honey lemonade! Cashier was nice and explained the menu. You forget where you are when youre inside. Very cute!

Three out of four times that I got tea from this place they messed up my order. I ordered a thai tea with bubbles every time and they forgot the bubbles three times. Not to mention their thai tea tastes terrible compared to their competitors.

Friendly staff, quick service, nice atmosphere. The variety of drinks and snacks here is awesome. I come here to do homework, hangout with friends and one time even built legos here. It’s an awesome place to be in Houston/Katy.

Great place for drinks and to relax. Lots of menu items to chose from - I havent come across anything I dont like yet. Staff is always friendly and professional. Even if you dont like tea, there are slushes and punches on the menu. Some food items too! Great place over all.

Love tapioca milk tea! They don’t allow Apple Pay . But have their own app if you are a regular or want to order ahead on app .

The boba is really chewy and sticky like how it should be. Flavor and taste are accurate to the description. Fast and awesome customer service. Also great place for Instagram pictures!

The employees are very rude and unprofessional. I was treated like trash and they made me feel very uncomfortable. I got my drink and i just left but the environment and the experience was horrible.

Kung Fu milk tea sucks. They are getting rid of their stamp card, and I had stamp card on 2 different card. They wouldnt accept it for my free drink. I buy milk tea at different location, and I cant cross stamp cards. I would give them zero stars for wasting my time drinking there.No where on the card or sign says that I cannot combine cards.

This is my favorite place to get milk tea. There Kung Fu milk tea is my favorite. You can choose the sweetness and amount of ice. Theres also a reward program. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The atmosphere is comfortable and allows for family game time.

Great place to just sit and chill. The tea is delicious, the snow cream is awesome and the service is fantastic. Everyone working there is extremely nice. I try to go at least once a week. Its the perfect spot to sit and enjoy friends or just read a book. Definitely a wonderful addition to the Katy area.

Typically get non/half-sweet drinks at tea shops, but forgot to modify here.Tried rosehip milk tea, ginger milk strike, and both jujube and sunshine pineapple milk caps.Flavors seem to be mixed with actual fresh ingredients and the sweetness is just perfect.Rosehip is tart, fragrant, and refreshing.The ginger is actually proper spicy and invigorating.Jujube is reminiscent of melon.Pineapple is bright, mildly tangy and refreshing.Milk cap is a nice creamy, buttery/cheesy topping that compliments the base fruit drinks amazingly.Excellent first impression! Would like to splurge again sometime!

I love the taste of fresh tea and tapioca here. The only boba store I can feel the taste of tea dominant not the sugar. The place has creative decoration and is usually quiet most of time which is a plus for studying or working with laptop. Everything looks clean and hygiene

One of my favorite tea House in Katy, yet The Tea house is my favorite tea House but this one is also really good. Very friendly and great service. I wish they add rewards program or card for regular customers. The place is cool, its very nice place to study and look at the hanging books on the ceiling. Its a must try place in katy

A complete 180, this location is pretty awesome!When they first started, it was difficult. Orders came out wrong, no soap in the restroom and other issues that kept it from having a great experience for customers.A lot has changed since then. They resolved the order issues, they are a lot cleaner now and most importantly they are hiring workers that care about providing good customer service.Thank you!!!

This is one of the best tasting tea places I have ever been to. A lot of the milk teas I have had were watered down or had an off taste, but these have always been great and strong.

My favorite place to get my bubble tea

Me and my kids love this place. We havent had anything that was not good. I think the drinks are a little pricey especially when you become addicted and go pretty regularly. My favorite is the winter melon milk tea with tapioca. I cant have regular milk so I love that they offer lactose free milk. I highly recommend this place if you like boba tea.

The only reason this place gets this rating is because of the exceptional customer service provided by Vee. I had an issue with my beverage and the stores policy on correcting it was rather unaccomodating. She took care of it for me, though, and bought the replacement drink for me (wow!!). I was totally floored by this, and her genuine desire to make the moment right for me and have me leave happy with my drink and experience. Managers -- dont let this one go. Im not usually impressed with service anymore, but she went above and beyond to provide a great experience.

Im so glad they opened this place in Katy. So close to home. This has to be one of my favorite tea houses but they definitely got bonus points for having my favorite flavor (Taro Milk Tea) with a hot option. :)

Great place to cool off, refresh, and work/study. Once I asked them to mix up a new drink that was not on the menu, and they did. It tasted great, as do all of the drinks Ive had from here.

I’ve come here semi-regularly for about 6 months and I’ve never been disappointed in the quality, service, cleanliness and nice atmosphere here. It’s so easy to do some work and restore before heading again to meet up with my next client.

On more than one occasion I’ve come to this KFT location and have been attending by a horrible staff member working the cashier. Most recently, I entered the shop while it was completely empty only to find the worker on her mobile phone chatting away and making an incredibly annoyed face when she saw me walk in and interrupt her convo. I then proceeded to order and when I tried to pay with my app scan code, she made another face and just said that it didn’t work although she was deliberately not even trying. She looked at me and with a very nasty attitude told me to pay with a credit card. I walked out and took my business elsewhere. Unacceptable!

My husband had the Mango smoothie, I had the Winter Melon Green tea (with milk) and the kids had Snow cream in Banana and Chocolate. No one had complaints and we all enjoyed the items we got, the atmosphere is good and they also have games to play while you relax.

I enjoy the atmosphere set in the place, I’ve chatted with the workers after ordering and they don’t sell coffee in this location because of an agreement with the Starbucks nearby BUT drinks are amazing and yummy my sis always orders Oreo smoothie and I recommend highly the Passion Fruit Green tea with boba❣️❣️❣️

I love getting the strawberry mango slush! However the fact that this company did not achknowledge my stamp card attributable to the fact that it was combined with other stamp cards is very disheartening. I will not be order any more high price slushes from this establishment

Only had one thing I didnt care for - the tea with real taro. It was thick and chunky and I was not at all prepared for it since I like taro smoothies and tea. Im sure this was just a personal preference though since their boba is delicious and Ive enjoyed all the teas and smoothies.I go here way too often because it is soooo good! Addicted!

Great bubble tea and location.The only negative is the inter-center non compete that restricts them from doing coffee based drinks because Starbucks is in the center. Weak.Stop by and grab a bubble tea though. I like the 30% sugar version.
