I came here to remove a piercing that was stuck in my cartilage. The staff was very friendly and took care of my problem within minutes! I went to my doctor, but she wasn’t able to help and I’m so glad I came by otherwise I would’ve gone to the ER. Very professional and friendly, would definitely recommend coming here!

Drew did an amazing job on my tattoo!My husband got a great one from him last week. Drew took his time to draw up our artwork we brought to him. He offered me two options for my tattoo!I appreciated the time and attention he gave to me. He wasn’t even annoyed when my husband and step daughter wanted to watch and take pics of the process!We recently moved to the area from Noth Texas and my husband and I are convinced that we found our tattoo artist in the Houston area!We already have our list of tattoos ready to go!

Firebird is definitely Katy’s first and finest! Drew has done almost all of my work and has never disappointed after 6 sessions thus far! He is a great guy and exceptional artist. His prices are more than fair considering his experience and quality of work. The shop is very clean and well organized.

Drew is great, I took my little sister here for her first tattoo. His line work is perfect, and she got EXACTLY what she wanted. Shop is clean and professional. My wife has gotten 2 tattoos from drew as well that are both perfect. I’ll be coming here for my sleeve.

Had an issue with a new navel piercing done at another shop that would not offer assistance, so I headed to firebird for a second opinion. The lady (not sure I caught her name!) who helped me out was super helpful and quick to identify the issue without me even needing to explain my concerns. She charged me a reasonable fee to switch the jewelry out and made sure I was informed on how to care for it. Definitely plan to return for any future needs. Thanks!!

Been going here for years since the old Mason rd location. Always happy with the work no matter the artist. Chris did a great job fixing an old tattoo today.

I got a tattoo done by Drew over a year ago, and people still ask me if it is new. He did a fantastic job, and the color obviously still looks fresh! I had to move fairly far away (an 8 hour drive) but I will still go back to Drew for my next tattoo if at all possible!

The lady who pierced my lip was very nice and informative, and the wait wasnt all too bad either. The piercing itself was quick and didnt hurt much. Its even, and it looks great!

Meg is an amazing piercer!! Took my youngest daughter of 10yrs to have her ears pierced and what a great and sterile job!! From day 1, there has not been any pain, swelling, redness or infections and its now over 4 weeks later!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

My husband passed away on May 14 2018 and I wanted to get his name done in his writing so I went to firebird tattoo and Im glad I did. I was a walk in and was taken care of right way and walked out less then a hour later with my husbands name done and its exactly like hed written it. I definitely recommend this place and will be going back in the future

Im not sure who the piercer is, but the service I received today from some guy (whos name I didnt learn) was horrific. I wanted to have the end of my cartilage piercing loosened, but the guy straight up took the jewelry out of my ear and handed it to me. I had to loosen the threadless end myself and begrudgingly handed it back to him to put it back in my ear. I asked if the jewelry could be sanitized before putting it in my healing piercing, but he said no. The two guys at the shop were having their own conversation the whole time while I was being serviced. The piercing room itself was filthy and was being used as storage. There was no sanitation done while I was there, so Im surprised he even wore gloves. I got out as fast as I could and went home to clean my piercing. I just hope I dont get an infection because of the unprofessionalism of this shop.

I love this shop. Been coming here for a couple years. Drew is now the only artist in Texas I allow to do work on me. I dont live in Houston anymore but anytime I get a chance to come down I schedule him to do something.
