Good product.Good customer service. Excellent delivery, the guy even brings in all the heavy water bottles and takes out the empties. Really nice guy!About the only semi-negative thing is the cost of the cleaning and servicing the water dispensing machine. Its kinda high. Was $60.00!

I absolutely love Sparkletts. They deliver on time, it’s easy to cancel a delivery online, the water is cold and tastes good, and it limits the amount of water bottles we use. I highly recommend them. I’ve gotten my mom, sister, and step mom onto Sparkletts too!
Not only reasonable pricing, and a great selection, but also top notch delivery drivers and excellent customer service from the CEO to the customer representatives.It took me a little bit to get on the same page and establish a consistent delivery schedule but once we did, it has been smooth sailing.You know a business is working diligently to make sure you are satisfied when the CEO sends you an email to check in. Really shows how much they value customers!
I ordered new service and the earliest delivery date that was available was for the next day. When I checked my account that afternoon, the delivery date had been changed to five days later, I was not notified before hand of the change. I called and immediately closed my account. If it had been two days, maybe but, not five.
Their water taste was very bad, so I cancelled my subscription on December 2020 and returned all their empty bottles. And I requested for my deposit back for the empty bottles many times, however I haven’t received it back yet even 5 months after my cancellation. Their customer service is worst and very looooong wait time for the previous customer.
Our Delivery person is always on time and very nice and take all the precautions necessary for a safety deliver and if we need more or a different product he is always willing to help. :)

The main thing that I like my Sparkletts water is the delivery in always on time. Branden brings the water with a smile on his face and talks sweetly with me. Never complains about the hard work that he has to do every day. I love his attitude!

I am not a customer BUT I can agree with other reviewers that have been when they say the company does not care. We were crossing the street in our neighborhood carrying our two small dogs when a delivery truck came speeding down the street around a slight curve. We both said to each other, he is going way too fast so we hurried across. We yelled and motioned to the driver to slow down. His window was down and he yelled something back. At the area we were crossing the speed limit slows to 20mph because of a park and pool, he was going about 40-45 mph. No one has followed up since yesterday so I called back this morning and the CSR told me it takes 12-24 hrs. What?! So this driver gets to continue to endanger others lives today? I asked to speak to a supervisor and she refused. So now Im reporting it to the police dept.
Overall the company is on the very high end of customer services, almost came out a quick resolution for every problem that we had in the past there years. Water quality is good in my opinion, though I do not have comparisons. Local delivery is where has some opportunities, the drivers are not as good as we had two years ago, some time missed the delivery window or wrongfully charged us, they stopped knocking door, no conversation anymore.I would still recommend sparkletts water for its great customer service and reasonable price.

Very convenient and economical. Very enjoy their water delivery service. Every time I need to make a change to my order I can directly text my delivery service guy and hell responds quickly with an update.
Ive been using Sparkletts for approximately 25 years, including the predecessor company. I have never had any issues over all these years. The water is always delivered on time. The delivery staff is very pleasant and helpful. If I need to adjust the quantity of bottles, I just leave a note and they always follow my request. It is nice to have a service that is consistent, easy and you dont have to worry about it.

Be aware, if you deliver to this company, they we probably send you to the local truck stop, which has limited parking, to wait to be called. Another issue is the backing into doors 1 and 2; the edges of the road are very soft. Me personally, I wish they would have just said park somewhere locally and call in, then they could call when they are ready. I really hate coming into really small places, just to be told to leave and come back later: too many things can go wrong.
We signed up at Costco. We have been very happy with the service and the top quality of the water. I would recommend trying them I dont think youll be disappointed.

We have had water delivered by Sparkletts for several years. We have never had any trouble with our delivery or the product. When we moved, it was very easy to have our delivery switched to our new address. The water tastes much better than municipal water.
Just signed up via Costco. Now we see they snuck in an “Energy Surcharge” of $5.61. We were not told about this, and those little Gotchas add up. We won’t pay this charge, and if they insist they will find their machine on the curbside.
Best tasting water, and coolers are great for cold or hot water. Every month...gotta have my Sparkletts
Up till a few months ago it was great! Last month had to call several times to beg for water. He never rings the bell now and just leaves the bottles on the porch. Never comes on the day they are suppose to. We will be moving soon and getting a different service!
I have used Sparkletts commercially and residentially. Both ways I have received excellent service and great customer care. I dont know about any other water companies because I have no need to switch!

Ive been a sparklers customer for more than 15 years and am still satisfied as a customer.
When it comes to customer service Sparkletts is the worst. Our driver didn’t show up for a month. They are supposed to come out every two weeks and check. We had no water for over a week in a non air conditioned warehouse.So we bring this to the drivers attention and he denies this. This wasn’t the first time this had happened. In any case he then offers us to try for free a case of Arnold palmers which I would assume is some kind of appeasement for the screwup. Then a few weeks later we get billed for this and they charged us for extra cups. Then flat out denies it when he comes back the next month. Completely dishonest. Do yourself a favor a go somewhere else.
Never do business with this company. They started at $6.50 a bottle and then increased it and increased to $10.79 per bottle. They said someone would call me but no return call. You will wait on hold and talk to rude people. They missed two delivers.

Thanks to your Katy area branch for not only setting an appointment and not showing up or calling to say you wouldnt make it but when I called the office and someone told me they were sending someone out and you are only 10 mins from me and again no one called or showed up...Thankfully I prepared and purchased other water for my twin 7 month olds and the rest of our family for this storm. And due to your lack of service you not only lost us, a new customer but also a future client with our business.

The thing that drives me crazy about this company is how difficult is to get a human being to talk on the phone if you have a question or an issue you need to resolve, what i like is the cute, friendly nice delivery guys!
Horrible scam of a company. Collections, not removing it from my credit report when paid, theft, everything. Here is the ordeal that has taken over a year to resolve and still isnt. Like many, we signed up at Costco and were told we could adjust the delivery schedule. Short version, they kept bringing bottles nonstop and not alerting us to the delivery date that would always change. So the empty bottles werent put out, and new ones would arrive. Since the old ones werent there, we would loose the deposit on those bottles. One day, I left the accumulated empty bottles 7 (SEVEN!) of them on the porch with a note not to replace them with new, just take them. Did the guy listen, no. Replaced the bottles. We were drowning in bottles. So those 5 gallon jugs for under $4 at the time, were costing over $10 with the lost deposits.I finally had enough an called to cancel. There would no credit given for the unused bottles and to pick up the dispenser would be sometime between 8am and 5pm. People have to work. That is a worse time frame than Comcast. So she suggested, to repeat-it was their customer service representatives idea-to place the account on hold until the bottles were through and then I could either drive the machine back myself or take an entire day off work to wait for one of them to pick it up. Remember, for the install delivery, they can narrow it down at a 2hr time window. So I put the account on hold. I had over 7 unused bottles of water at almost $10 each. If I knew what was coming, I would have taken the whole day off work and saved my credit score.Come back from vacation and check the mail- they sent me to collections. Now I have to deliver the machine back and any bottles. So I do. Drive for almost an hour and then spend half a day dealing the unprofessional people at the office. I walk in, tell them what is going on. The lazy receptionist slouched behind her computer mumbles something about putting the dispenser by the door and the bottles by the loading dock. So I do. That machine isnt light people. Neither are full 5 gallon bottles. But I want to be through with them and what choice do I have. nd then I still owe them money! I had to pay over $40 for bottles they werent supposed to deliver. Wouldnt that have been in the amount sent to collection? No, apparently not. So I pay. And wait over an hour for a receipt and for them to call the collection agency and let them know I returned the machine.Now of the theft: I returned their machine, that is the only way you can call collections and take care of the amount sent. Machine is returned, an extra $40+ dollars were paid. I shouldnt owe anything. Nope, I still owed the full $204 according the collection agency. FOR WHAT?!? You have the machine. The water has been paid for. That right, you pay the collection agency for a machine that Sparkletts keeps.Credit Report: I paid them every penny they asked for within 30 days. I delivered the machine. They, Sparkeltts (DC whatever) is responsible for contacting the collection agency and telling them the machine is returned. I paid the collection agency for the machine standing in Sparkletts parking lot. I was told it would be reported to all three credit bureaus and removed from my credit report when it posts at the end of the month. It has been 1 year and 1 month. It was never reported.I called today and the collection agency sees where I paid them, a emailed them a picture of the receipt from Sparklets (essentially a hand written note that I had to demand, which is why it took over an hour), but Sparklets never bothered to call the agency and tell them it was over. After a phone call today, it used by done by the end of the month. OVER A YEAR LATER. Which the same thing they told me a year ago.What do you call it besides theft.Horrible company. Dont do it. Signed up with Ozarka and havent had any problems.
If I could give 0 stars I would. Been waiting a week for my machine and water. Spoken to 2 supervisors both who promised to have delivery - still no machine! And the cherry on top is that each time I was promised a delivery no one called AND they were GRACIOUS enough to reshedule the delivery WITHOUT contacting me. Wow those guys are psychic! What a terrible experience for a new customer especially being referred by Costco. Unreal.Avoid this place - go buy your own water and machine.
I have been using Sparkletts since they were Sierra, since around 1990. In all of that time, I only had a couple of stale bottles, and I usually get from 3 to 5 bottles every 2 weeks. The only time the schedule was interrupted was due to inclement weather, once; a disabled vehicle, once; and holidays...but then they usually deliver early in most of those cases.
