Love this place but this one was a bit cluttered. ADA wheelchair was a bit off with merchandise on the floor.

The store is very clean and the service was good. 4 stars because the cashier refused to help me wrapping a mug that bought with a paper to at least protect it a bit. She was like...well its nothing i can do. Upper management congratulations on keeping the store very organized and clean I little bit of more training for the staff on customer experience would help.

Great location inside Katy Mill Mall, huge and better selection then other Five Below stores. Excellent customer service friendly staff well stocked shelves many household items to choose from. You will be amazed by quality and cleanliness. Summer items are also available in this store.

I love going to five below but this store in Katy Mills Mall seems to have everything that they carry.. the manager suggested a great pair of there five 5 below exclusive Bass Jaxx maximum bass superior headphones that I was fully impressed with, after I took them home and listen to them they sounded nearly as great as my beats and they were only five dollars. Everyone should have a pair of these as a main or backup headphones

Five Below is a very wonderful where you can find shirts and sandals for your families and other products too.

Like to shop for miscellaneous items, and toys for my grandchildren. I will come back

The entrance directions in the Maps are poor. Once Youre in the mall from the south entrance near Burlington Coat factory, Youll have to make a right, then another right at the food court. Then a left and around 8 stores down Youll finally get it.

The prices are right at _ 5.

This location I can say has more than other locations and to keep with the business of the mall how can you not wanna stop in. This is a drive out of my way to see if they have what Im looking for.

Nice place to take the kids to get them a toy or candy for sure because you can get them something theyll love for a few dollars. You can get plenty of other stuff too. like hygiene products, perfumes, T shirts and just about anything and nothing is over $5.

I bought one 5 dollar item I gave the cashier and 50 and she put it on the receipt that I gave her a 20 so I only got 14 dollars back in change I had to go to the manager to fix it

Great place to buy gifts or small things at $5. Quality is not the best but is ok for the price. Every time I go I never find anyone to help around the store. They keep it nice and organized for an easy purchase.

One of the best places to buy gifts and small knick knacks. Theyve got everything from cute home decor items to pool toys to make up / face packs to games.

The store was clean and well organized. Not everything is worth the $5 but there are many things that are a great deal for $5 or less. Was pleasantly suprised. Great place to take the kiddos or find fun activities to do with them .

Grand kids love it. We were able to find cases for the fire tablet not available on Amazon.

Crowded and messy

Five and Below is like an upscale dollar store. Most items are cheap, but quality is poor. Some things would be fine, but at least one phone cable I bought didnt work. Still, its not a bad choice for some items, and I do visit occasionally.

Chaotic at Christmas but all in all I like the stores offerings.

Bigger store, bigger selection with different things. Only thing is it was hot in the store, i went to buy a choc. Candy bar and it was starting to melt. Needs to check on ac unit but other than that i love this store

This place is fun to visit. The staff is usually very friendly and helpful.

For a variety store there really wasnt a lot of variety here. A lot of the same product in multiple places and the store was very messy. The prices are very reasonable and the product doesnt look cheap.

Concept is all items between $1 and $5, but its a much better customer experience than most other bargain emporiums. The shop is light and airy and a pleasure to walk around
