Shawn (assistant manager) provides an impeccable customer service. My visit to the store today was to purchase a car battery and I was amazed with the services that he was providing for other customers and myself. Prior to going to Autozone, I had visited other competitor auto parts stores who basically did not provide that level of service. This guy went above and beyond to ensure all my needs were fully met and I was satisfied. Thank you so much Shawn for making my day with your service.
I wait and wait the employee was on the phone but I was first in line. I told him I have battery to recycle he said we dont have the card to recycle take it to other places.
Not only did they give me the wrong part, as I waited patiently in line the cashier proceeded to argue with a customer about the type of vehicle he drove stating “you didn’t say that at first”. Mind you the customer had an accent and I understood him very well. So instead of listening to the cashier argue with the customer instead of just looking up what the man said I politely intervene and asked the cashier to just please look up the car the customer said. It was at this point that the manager came out and looked at me and asked the cashier if everything was ok. The cashier said yeah then Manager Jeremy rudely said “take care of him first” while looking at me and referring to the customer in front of me. As though I had did something wrong. How disrespectful and rude. I would go to a different auto zone.
Shawn was fantastic. He truly gave great customer service. He helped check out my battery and also assisted with a tail light replacement. Thanks a lot!

My husband and I have frequent this Autozone store many times and everytime without fail we always receive the wrong parts for our vehicles. The store is always busy and I suppose that is good for them, but I need the employees to pay more attention to the customers needs and use wisdom.

Great service but I will not be leaving 5 stars because the lines are always long. However the Auto Specialist was very helpful and wanted me to save money with my purchase. The gentleman mentioned to me a Clearance sale that placed certain items at $2. Saving money is always a great thing and I left feeling like I did very well.One tidbit of advice is that not everyone knows where Coolant goes. Perhaps begin offering assistance or asking customers if they need any help, without them requesting...if theres time of course. I truly believe that this small gesture of demonstrates kindness and appreciation to your customers. You guys are already on the right path though. Today you receive ⭐⭐⭐⭐stars. The worst service of my life, they ruined a part of my car for removing the battery, the customer service is rubbish, they should hire trained people, not the garbage they have working there, the people from yesterday who were in the The night shift surprised me how useless they were, I think that a person who does not think would have done the useless job better.

Ordered 4 spark plugs for a motorcycle for a costumer, only got 3. One of the manager guaranteed me the 4th one would arrive the next day in the morning. I went 2 days later no spark plug, employee yelled at me saying he couldn’t pull one out of his behind even though they had “guaranteed” it for the previous day. When he yelled after the manager and I told the manager how the employee had treated me manager said “I didn’t hear me so nothing happened” never got the 4th spark plug I was billed for 5...
Kevin Glancy was a wealth of knowledge and he took his time (between assisting other customers) to help search and find the parts that we needed, he shared his repair experiences and asked diagnostic questions that helped us find the right solutions to our car repair issues, he voluntarily printed out the parts list and allowed me to write down the instructions on how to repair/replace the parts. I will definitely be returning to this location, thank you again Mr. Glancy!
Good selection as always and the team is friendly and helpful. They do have the layout enforcing social distancing and did see the request for customers to use facemask as well.

Went to get my battery checked and they said I needed a new battery. Then they said that they won’t put in a new battery in the back of my hatchback. It’s easier to get that battery out of the hatch back of my car then it is on the front engine compartment of most cars! So here I was in my good work clothes having to change the battery in their parking lot. They did loan the tools and I gave them my drivers license. However when I went back in to retrieve my drivers license they couldn’t find it. Ok the first time they gave me a license of a 30 something man 5 foot 11 and bald. I assure you that I’m not thirtysomething I’m not 5 foot 11 and I’m not bald! I held it up in front of my face and said does this really look like me? After about five minutes they finally found the person that had my license. Very, very disappointing.
Staff friendly, whenever you want to get a check engine light checked they tell you the scanner got stolen. This has been for over a year.
Sent my mom in to get my 1 year old battery that would not charge on the charger warrantied. The charger wont register it, therefore its no good. Should have been easy peasy. Not at this Autozone. I hate to write a bad review against Autozone because they normally are great! This guy working at 930am this morning was not. He told her the battery was fine and that he would not warranty it. Its a BAD battery 100%.. I will take my time tomorrow to take it to another store and get the customer service I deserve. When I asked why she wasnt more assertive and get it replaced she stated the guy was just rude and she didnt want to have to confront the negative energy. PRO tip: dont work customer service if you got a chip on your shoulder.

Ive always had good experiences shopping at this location. The employees are knowledge and offer to help if they can, with things that might take me hours and saves me a lot of time. I always shop at AutoZone if I need things for my cars.
Location was clean and well stocked. Part that stood out for me was when the employee came out front behind the counter to speak with me. Walked me to the several options they had for the item I was seeking. This personal touch and attention made it a great experience.
The moment I pulled up it started raining like crazy. I decided to stay in my car because I needed for someone to check out my car and that wasnt going to happen and I wasnt about to drive either. It rained for about an hour and the second is stopped I see Henry outside helping at the customers that were inside waiting it was still raining but nothing like it was before. Henry had no problem being out in the rain helping out his customers. I waited my turn and him and John both looked at my car and gave me some tips and advice and of course quotes. I just really appreciated the great customer service which I normally get and this location.

Id like to say thank you to Jeremy and Rey for their exceptional customer service. I bought the air filter for my car at a different location but had issue putting it in. So I came to the store and asked for help. Rey didnt mind checking to see if my filter was right for the car and Jeremy helped me put it in and made sure it was installed correctly.
Rey, from AutoZone was a great help. They didnt have a part I needed. So he suggested a temporary solution that worked, until tomorrow when the part comes in. That was a great relief to me. Thank you, Rey. Excellent customer service.
Awesome customer service! Henry didnt allow the pouring down rain to stop him. He was outside to help each one of us each time the rain let up. John was also very kind and helpful. This location is one you can count on.

I placed an order and they said it would be at the store next day in the morning, next day I went to the store at 6pm and the part wasnt there so they said shipping was running late from the warehouse, so after I called 2hrs later and they wont answer the phone and Ive called several times still no one picks up, very unprofessional ! Im never going back to that specific store !

Wrong store hours
Do they have what you need?? Maybe, 8 times out of ten. My biggest problem with this location, is they are never staffed appropriately. I can walk in for an air freshener and have to wait ten minutes just to pay. Plus the people are just drag their feet. It’s pretty sad the managers are so ok with that level of productivity

Very bad not recommend. I had oil pressure sensor from them after four months it started leaking. They give me the replacement and once I put on car, the oil light came on. Ordered a blower motor over the phone, told me it would be there the next day. Girl who took the order didnt know anything about auto parts. Called next day, no one knew what I was talking about. Spoke to manager, didnt help. Finally I had to cancel the order and buy one from Oreilly. Stay away. Buyer beware.
