Called first to confirm the store had the watch batteries I needed. The young sales person was not busy and quickly installed 2 batteries. The price and service was reasonable. I looked around the small store while I waited. The store on Mason Rd, which is now closed, had a lot more interesting gadgets than this place. Virtually everything on the shelves was batteries and just a few light bulbs. That was a bit disappointing, but in 5 minutes I was on my way with running watches.

They were very fast, courteous, and replaced my Iphone batteries without any issues. I made an appointment for 2 battery changes, and I didnt have to wait in line at all. It only took 10-15 minutes per phone. I could not have asked for a better experience.

Good price for a battery for my wifes car. Nice service, initially. Ordered and paid for on Monday. Transfer from Bryan/College Station to Katy, TX. A couple of hour drive. Be here Thursday, and they will call me, so I was told.Thursday, no call. Friday, no call. Friday after 6pm I call them and Im told it should be in on Monday because shipments have been slow getting in. Then I remind them it was a transfer. Im put on hold while they call the store it was at. Its still there. Someone forgot to pick it up from the transfer rack, Im told.Heres my question... Why didnt anyone call me and let me know? Isnt that what customer focused businesses would have done?

Always been the best place for batteries, but they get better and better the more dealings you have with them. I got a lifetime warranty on the batteries for my wifes 2015 Tahoe beeper, went there with the intention of only getting one fixed to be cheap, got them both fixed because it was super fast and the lifetime warranty for 22.00(with tax) covered both keyfobs. Was still in and out in like 10 minutes total. Had fun looking at the car battery positive leads, cant find a lot of this stuff at Walmart, I look forward to returning, this location is better than the previous location on Mason and not hard to find or get to.

Super honest place! I went in thinking I needed my iPhone battery changed, but the technician opened my phone for free and told me it wasnt necessary. Instead of making an easy sale, he took the time to figure out what was right for me. Now theyve got a customer for life!

Came here to get my IPhone XR fixed. Had to come back twice just to get it fixed because both times they messed up. Came back for a refund because I was tired of my phone continuously freezing. They told me I could get a refund but I had to have the cracked screen back on, which they did not disclose to me prior driving all the way at here. UNBELIEVABLE.

STAY AWAY, Terrible customer service. they sold me a defective battery that after a couple of months failed and caused a short in my engine that ended in mechanical issues. They do not have loaners or spares so if there is an issue, with the products they sell you are screwed and have to wait for an “inspection” that takes several days. They did not help me at all, needed my car working and had to buy a new battery from a different place even though the one I bought from this place still has warranty. They rip me off $ 212. Take your money Somewhere else like autozone this place it’s a joke.

Called first to see if this place had a power will battery that I needed before I take a drive to the store. A older gentleman answered and told me to hold on after being on hold for 4 minutes he comes o. And said yes we have some. We close at 7 pm. I ARRIVE THERE 15 MINUTES LATER AND THE TWO DUDES SAY WE ARE ALL OUT. WE BEEN OUT FOR a while. I am upset at this store. He could of just said we are out of batteries instead of lying.

Careful what you chose to buy from here as you can often find things online much cheaper. I asked them about a battery for a power tool and they wanted $80 for one, I was able to find a new one on Amazon for $35 from the original manufacturer. Im all for supporting local businesses but more than doubling the price of something is ridiculous. If you are here for something else then maybe these other reviews are more relevant.

My car battery is 26 months into a 4 year free replacement warranty. I had it tested recently and they said the voltage is too low to replace under warranty. HOWEVER, the warranty information on the back of the receipt does not state (nor does it imply) any specifics about voltage requirement to honor said warranty. This is a gross misrepresentation of their warranty, and now has the appearance of overpayment for a battery I did not get the full benefit of. They were not willing to offset any costs, just that I would be required to purchase a new battery. This is not an acceptable answer. I will NOT be doing battery business of ANY type with this place in the future; no matter how attractive their prices are, especially if they don’t honor their warrantees.

Went in on a holiday to get my Galaxy S8 screen replaced. Alex was professional, courteous and thouroghly explained the process. Not only did they have the parts in stock but had the repair done in just a couple of hours (the S8 is a fairly complicated replacement).Phone works great and blown away by the level of customer service provided by the staff.This is the place to go if you have issues with your electronic devices.

I came in to get a key cut and programmed for my Honda Pilot. I purchased the key on Amazon and came into this location for the service. By far the best price in town! I called around and other places even mobile services wanted to charge well over $100! Alex was very helpful and I was very impressed by all of the staffs kindness and professionalism with not just me but with all of the customers that came in while I was there! This place offers excellent service and various services along with batteries and bulbs! I highly recommend this location!

Waited over 30 min in line to buy a red colored LED bulb that my children really wanted for their room night light 4 staff members on duty one person ahead of me in line and nobody else in the store but us two customers and 4 staff members!!! 30 minutes really?? And still ended up just setting it down and walking out after about the 4 or 5th rotation of the other 3 that werent helping the one in front of me making their rounds from behind the counter to the back of store empty handed so it wasnt like they were occupied with anything store duty important to look over ringing up one customer with one item.

I WISH I COULD GIVE YOU A ZERO!!!!!This is first time I have EVER written a review as a complaint but absolutely necessary. Basically they stole my money and lied to me. I had my iPhone X fixed and they had really great customer service. When I got home the touch screen did not work so took it back and they again were great and ordered the new Apple Screen. They Manager called to let me know the phone was ready for pick up and I asked if they put on the new screen and was advised they had but when I pushed them they admitted they did not replace the screen and basically lied about it. I told them to put on the new screen and the Manager reluctantly did. I also asked them to replace the screen protector that I paid $35 for and they did not replace that either. They put the new screen on the phone and it still did not work. My original screen that was cracked had absolutely no problems at all, just didnt want the cracks as I have small children. I asked the staff to have the owner of the store call me, which he did. His first words out of his mouth were - What do you expect me to do with this and that he wasnt putting on a new screen and there is nothing they would do. When you get that answer what else can you do. He said it must be my phone and that S@@T Happens sometimes. Great response from an owner of a company. Pathetic. He did promise to refund the cost of the Screen protector which is now more than a month ago and is not refunded yet. My phone was still having major issues. Couldnt pick up calls, couldnt swipe, basically my phone was a waste of time. I bit the bullet and went to the Apple store yesterday and paid over $300 to put on a new screen. APPLE ADVISED ME THE SCREEN WAS NOT AN APPLE SCREEN AND WAS A VERY BAD REPLICA THAT SHOULD NOT HAVE BEEN PUT ON MY PHONE. They replaced the screen and everything is working perfectly. This company lies, steals your money, does not put the customer first and uses inferior products, so be wary and go somewhere else for your repairs. Very embarrassing to me that there are owners out there like this. Shame on you.

CJ provided simply outrageous service. He truly went above and beyond by staying after hours to finish syncing a key fob to my vehicle. He was patient, knowledgeable and really did an outstanding job. This store receives rave reviews from me.

They are awesome. I had an issue with my key fob (I thought) and my car was at a mechanic down the block. They walked over and looked - no charge - and it ended up being the brake switch. A couple weeks later, my car was in for body work and I was told that there was (really) also a key fob issue. So I went back. They fixed me up with a new fob and, because I already had a second key, they only charged me for the fob itself and the programming.

The customer service here is impeccable! I had an issue with my phone and they replaced the charging port saving me money and from having to buy a new phone! They are friendly and treat customers with respect and a smile. I run my business from my phone and cant really be without it, but they had me out within an hour! Found a competitive price online at BP on a Duracell car battery, which had a 5 month longer prorated warrant (65 months as opposed to 60 months). It was also rated high than most of the other batteries at the various auto parts stores, etc. Online purchase, ship to store, and pickup was easy. They even helped me put it in.

I had them replace my broken S8+ screen. They did a good job, however the back of the cell wouldnt close. Brought it back and CJ took care of it, found out that it was the battery that prevented full closure of the back. I got the phone fully closed and repaired! We were just looking for some d cells and a 6v lantern battery, but the service caught me off guard. Im a 14 year old kid, but an employee walked up to me and asked me if he could help me with anything. I thought, Woah, he didnt see me as some punk kid.. They made me feel very welcome and they also treated my grandpa with the utmost respect. The shop was also well organized and it seemed like everyone in there had their head screwed on strait. I was there last summer and a young guy installed a battery into my wifes car with no obligation. It was around 100° out. I offered to do it but he said it was their job to install.

I am now a former customer - no intent of returning to this store. Our family has made numerous purchases from this location and they have been helpful up until now. We recently purchased three good quality flashlights from them. One has become defective. The store told me they would offer up only a manufacturerss warranty. In addition they told me twice over the phone to come by and exchange it. However both times I went to the store I was told that I must have spoken to a new employee and they the employee did not know what he or she was talking about. Too bad because I enjoyed using this store.
