I bought a new engine to replace in my 2007 Chevy Tahoe, which cost $11,000 plus another 1,000 in other maintenance, They had to replace the engine TWICE. the second engine replacement was due to the spark plug wire grounding out on the engine.. paid for new ones..which makes me think I didnt even need a new engine just spark plug wires so here I am out 13,000 for spark plug wires and misdiagnosis. They didnt put the engine cover back on, and then tried telling me it would be $60 because they didnt know if it was on there or not when I brought it in. Because they fired the service tech Tom who had been my customer service representative since day one. So that is frustrating when you build a report with someone and then the new guy doesnt know anything -not his fault. But highly unprofessional. And I explained that my car had gotten a new scratch on the front passenger side, and that I know my car isnt brand new but i do care for it. Then it comes back again with a gash in the front. This was after I mentioned being careful. Reason I took it in again was because the AC wasnt working they told me it would be 260 because the ac blower motor was grounded out, took it to another mechanic and it was the resistor, $40 part. I am extremely upset and will drive out of my way to see another mechanic who wont nickle and dime you when I do need a new vehicle or Ill buy a Ford because my husbands 05 f150 truck has more mileage and is still going strong. dont waste your time and money here! the service department is nice but get a new mechanic. or a whole new mechanic department. ridiculous.

I just needed a tire puncture repaired. I was told it would take 30 to 90 minutes. The work was completed in about an hour. The waiting area is clean and has convenient plugs to charge devices.

Chris Peacock was awesome. I needed it done quickly and he made it happen. I don’t think anyone ever gets a “good enough” deal when it comes to buying a vehicle, but I got as good as I needed to leave in a new truck. Highly recommend the entire staff.

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had with a dealership. I will never bring my car here again and suggest you don’t bring your either. The service advisors do not care with the worse one being Willie just rude and unconcerned about anything your trying to tell him. And the technicians are horrible do not know how to repair a vehicle as they stripped my oil pan, and left my O2 sensor unplugged. I had to bring my car which is serviced only at this dealer to this dealership six times (yes you read correctly 6 times for the same problem) for a check engine light. And one of the times they honestly had the nerve to give me the car saying it was fixed with the check engine light still on when they pulled it up to give to me. The check engine light was never repaired there ended up bring it somewhere else and haven’t had a problem since. They have also tried to charge me for things that they damaged and knew that they damaged. Tried to get over on me bc I am a female. Ladies and gentlemen for that matter don’t waste your time or money take your vehicle elsewhere .

Stay away! I brought my truck in because the AC was blowing cool, but not cold. They charged $150 to diagnose the leak and ‘recharge’ the freon. When I got in the truck it only blew HOT air and wouldn’t cool down. The leak was slow and small enough that it had some freon in the system when I dropped it off because it was blowing cool. If they ‘filled’ it with freon, it would blow cold for at least a little while. After checking the freon immediately after picking up the truck I found it was entirely empty. I called to confront them and they told me they charged it, but needed a new condenser. The tech and service advisor lied repeatedly telling me they recharged the freon. They did not recharge it. When I asked how much freon they put in, they couldn’t tell me. They purposely emptied the freon so I would turn back around and replace the condenser immediately. The advisor said he would speak to the manager and call me back, but they have not called and it’s been several days. Very shady stuff going on here. Stay away.

Don’t get your warranty air bag work done here. They’ll crack your dash and claim it’s due to old age then change the story that it was like that to begin with but not show before and after pictures (as told by GM) or inform you of the defect before the work. Which they didn’t. GM was no help. At least after 11 years I don’t have to worry about my passenger getting killed by the faulty air bag anymore. Long time GM owner looking for new rides and heritage for his family. Well done Westside and GM

We already had our payment in place, prior to arriving to the dealership. We normally do this to make the process easier, but in the past we’ve been met with rude people in sales and service.We worked with Mr. Donovan and he was absolutely amazing! I already knew what I wanted and my husband was on board with it. My awesome husband did the talking on our end and it’s my understanding that Mr. Donovan was very professional. The gentleman; Mr. Tony, who did our sales paperwork was professional and efficient. This is exactly how a car buying experience should go. We will be recommending this dealership to our friends and family. They will also be the first place we consider when purchasing our next car.

My salesperson Mr. Kaimann went extra mile to ensure my wife and I were satisfied customers. Reason being, I thought we ordered the spoiler to be painted black but it came in white. To say the least I was disappointed but Mr. Kaimann and the management are going the extra mile to give me my wishes. They got approval to correct the spoiler and are working on scheduling the spoiler to be removed and painted sometime int beginning of September.

Darren is a weasel do not work with him. Spent $1000 to fix some transmission hoses and sensor. 1 day later our transmission died. So when we brought it back they said not our problem thatll be $4000. When we finally picked it up after being there for a month they stole 2 of our tires and replaced them with older ones. Avoid this dealership at all costs.

I ordered a 2021 Tahoe last March with what I considered a good price. When the vehicle was shipped to Westside my salesman, Kip Kaimann called and scheduled a meeting to discuss the arrival, trade-in and payment, etc. The dealership added an additional $3,997 to the price for an APEX Protect system that was not discussed when I ordered the vehicle I do not want. The manager Luke Sablica told me that I could not refuse to pay for the APEX and informed me that they would sell the vehicle to someone else unless I agreed to pay for APEX. This is clearly a violation of Texas consumer protection laws which I will file a report with the Texas Attorney Generals office as well as with the BBB. This is a despicable way to treat a consumer and to do business. Im a man of my word, but Westside Chevrolet is not.

First off, we just moved here from California and our Chevrolet Dealer Ships Just do a way better thorough job on our vehicles, they top all fluids, check air pressure on tires, check engine, blow horn, make sure your vehicle is in good shape! Here I went to Westside Chevrolet thinking I would get the same service, and I just got robbed $340.00 later for just an oil change and new battery!!! My truck came out with broken windshield wiper, and then one of my tire sensors was not working. Keep in mind everything was working perfect when I drove there! my Fluids were low, tires need air. Would not recommend unless you had no choice!!! Very disappointed with overall service.

Shane was awesome. He will be the reason I will go back to Westside. I have tried 6 other Chevrolet dealerships and they all were bad. Shane was very detailed and he explained everything to a tee. Which I appreciate. He also called me to set up an appointment to get the additional work done on my car when the parts came in as he promised - Which I was totally shocked, the other dealerships I would have to call and call and call to find out when my parts were in and try to set up an appointment. Seriously SHANE is great!!Also the porters were good too. They did not play around in my car or drive it crazy.

Had 6000$ repair done to my corvette at the collision center. They did a horrible job paint matching, and wont respond to my emails on whether this can be corrected with their lifetime guarantee. When picking the vehicle up it was difficult to notice the shade difference with the sun beaming on it. But, with the right lighting its obvious.

Very unfortunate. Do not recall the last time that place of business did not welcome you. Service guy that checked me was negative. Cashier was rude and not helpful. Besides the negative environment, appointments do not stand for any thing. You still have to wait till tech gets to your car. The only nice person was the lady that took my car in and pulled it back out hen done. Car was washed, or was it?? Mirror was still dirty after it was supposedly washed

Service people were very helpful and good at keeping me informed. Cashier not so much. I waited and waited to be called once the service tech dropped my keys and they never called me. I finally went to the counter myself and asked to be helped. She tried to have me pay someone elses $400 bill, which I questioned since I only went in for an oil change. No apology, and no thank you once I paid my actual bill. And to think I was looking at buying another car while I was there. Im in the market but think Ill go elsewhere!

Set service appointment for 8:30 in the morning just to sit there all day long for them to tell me that they werent going to be able to even look at my car that day! Very bad business. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. Brought my 2016 GMC Sierra to replace my defective turbo. Took them a month and a half to get job done if that’s what you want to call it. Not once did they ever call me to give updates. Every time I picked it up there was something wrong with the repair. They damaged my front fenders and claimed that it was already like that. They had to look at their video surveillance to realize that it was done there. Only call I got was at end of month and a half ordeal. Still work was done wrong now I have A/c issues. Never going back to this place. Don’t know how this place stays in business. Also called the GM to express my concerns. Never received a call back. Second part of my review. Owner decides to post down below as if he cares about my experience and asks me to call. I call and never got a hold of anyone and never received a call back. I took my truck to MacHaik Chevrolet because my truck was still not running properly. They tested it out and found out that the EGR gasket was installed incorrectly which was causing exhaust gases into the cab of my truck and making a vacuum leak noise. It took them a week but they got it fixed at no extra cost to me. Now my truck is running the way it should. Unfortunately it still smells inside. Hopefully that will go away in time. So save yourself the traumatic experience that I went through and go elsewhere.

This dealership continues to let me down with their customer service. I mad a appointment on their website to get my vehicle serviced. I was called fron the call center and told the work i needed isnt performed on weekends. I would have to bring my vehicle in monday-friday. I scheduled for friday at 4:00p because they closed at 7 and dont take appointments after 5. Received a confirmation email and text about my appointment. I get to my 4:00p appointment and was told that the last vehicle they were to take was at 4:30p and 2 cars were already ahead of me and i would have to leave my vehicle over the weekend. I stated i was not told this when the appojntmet was was scheduled. I was just told that they didnt do break switch work on the weekend. The guy followed up by telling me they do that on the weekend just not that weekend because they only have 1 person and he was leaving after 4:30. Proceeded to tell me I coule leave me vehicle over the weekend but then Id have to figure out a ride home because i live more then 10 miles from the service center. I just dont see myself returning to this dealership not for even th3 simplest thing. If i could leave no stars I would!

James the sales rep did a good job of listening to what I wanted. Often car salesmen push their agenda and dont really pay attention to what the customer needs. I usually will go elsewhere when I encounter those approaches. He made the transaction process easy, ensure I got all of the appropriate rebates and as a result the negotiations were simple and we reached a deal relatively quick.

I don’t typical write reviews but my experience with this dealership was bizarre, almost as if they never wanted to sell to me. I went in on a Saturday looking for a Blazer, I spoke with Kip and he was very hesitant on letting me go for a test drive. Honestly it was hard to even have him get the keys so I could look inside, he was like yeah it’s locked and then stood there almost like I’m supposed to look through the windows. So finally I get to see the car, it wasn’t the model I wanted but enough for me to know I wanted to purchase one if they could locate the model I wanted. We went back to his office, I explained what I wanted and he was still trying to push the one they had on the lot. He was then trying to tell me how what I wanted was going to cost a lot more and suggesting I couldn’t afford it and to settle with the one on the lot. I told him exactly what I wanted and he said he would locate one for me. He called late Monday and asked if I still wanted him to try and find the model I wanted...well yeah I still need a car. It’s been a month and I’ve never heard from him again. Instead I received a call from someone else who was then pushing me to put money down to order it. I let her know I wasn’t ready to do all that and I needed to think about it. I ended up going to another dealership the following Saturday where they were able to locate the model I wanted without wanting me to compromise anything without them trying first. Someone Westside wasn’t able to do apparently. I bought the car and the following Wednesday, Westside called me asking if I was ready to put the money down or did I just not want the car anymore. I told her I already bought it, she was like how. So I told her how I went to another dealership and they were able to locate the vehicle. She kept asking if I actually had it or if they were just saying that almost like I was lying and then kept wanting me to order one from them. I guess she finally understood I actually had the car because she was like ok that’s fine then we won’t contact you. Idk it was strange and a dealership I don’t really ever want to go back to again.

Went for a simple oil change and they messed up the car. they never changed the oil, but changed only the oil filter and they didnt even tied it all the way. So, the car leaked oil all over their waiting area to be picked up by me to discover that they didnt change the sticker neither reset the oil change indicator. I complained to the manager who sent the car back in to be served but after been driven by their staff all around the parking lot without oil. They added the oil needed but never cleaned the engine from the oil which was all over it neither underneath the car. I went back home and parked it on my driveway then I discovered a big pile of oil under the car from the engine to the trunk leaking all over, and messed up my driveway. I had to take it to Cinco Car Care shop to check it up. They changed oil and filter, and wash underneath the car and the engine. They did a wonderful job. I had to pay someone to clean the driveway, and pressure wash it. I will never go back to that dealer again.

Just got a used f250, they included in the price a subscription from Apex $1,500 for 5 years plus interest on the loan, when I realized the contract was already signed, trying to remove the subscription as hard as I could but it was impossible, they said that every car they sell will come with this subscription but you have to pay for it. Thats insane paying for something that you dont want. So be careful when you buy a car here, check for the adds because they will try to add as much as they can because they get commission. Im avoiding names just for courtesy .

This dealership is always my first preference for all my services but this time I am really not happy. I went their to do oil change, had engine light on dash board and my windshield on back not spraying as usual I go in tell service manager what is the problem and he said for engine light they have to diagnosis to see where is the problem but it will cost $150.00 but if you fix the problem with us we will waive the diagnosis fee $150.00 I said I got to fix it find it and fix it. I am sitting their for 2:30 hr later he came said they cant find the problem but maybe something happen in your cylinder number 5 but not sure after that they took car to car wash as usual they never have availability always busy so I go to cashier to pay for and I see $150.00 charge so I ask why am I getting charge I already told you fix the problem so he said cant find problem but I will give discount charge you half $75.00 But why should I have to pay half either if you guys couldnt find the problem why I am getting charge. Thats okay I paid half. This dealership I bought I bought six car in last four years and they want treat like that. Next time I have to think twice before I visit there.

I got a notice that there was a recall on both of my trucks (both purchased from this dealership) so I scheduled an appointment. They took my first vehicle called me next day to come pick it up because the recall service was complete. When I arrived the cashier could not find my order so she asked around and finally a service representative came up and said my recall wasn’t done because they didn’t even have the parts. They said they would let me know when they had the parts available so I took my vehicle home. I called several times over the next couple of weeks and they were unable to help me without a repair order which I didn’t have on hand because no repair got done, apparently they couldn’t look up my recall by my last name and Vin number and just transferred me to the parts department who then said they couldn’t help me to try the service department. But the parts guy was able to find my repair order only to discover the service technician never bothered to order the recall part for my vehicle. I’m done here and going to a different dealership to get this safety recall done.

We cannot say enough good things about our salesman Tryston Wescott and Westside Chevrolet. We had never been to the dealership before but called ahead of time to see if they could beat the price we had been quoted by a competing dealer. Tryston was very eager to help, did not waste and time and came back to us with a great number. On our way to the dealership, our rental car ( a brand new Infinity with less than 8,000 miles) broke down on a major overpass. We called Trystan to let him know and ask if he could help. To say he went above and beyond with his customer service is an UNDERSTATEMENT. He came to pick us up when the tow truck dropped us off, helped load kids and car seats in the car, drove us back home to get situated before meeting him back at the dealership where he had all the paperwork ready for us to sign. He is amazing and we are customers for life. Everyone else we met at Westside was wonderful as well and we felt very comfortable. No games or back and forth. We would highly recommend Tryston and Westside Chevrolet.

My experience was awesome. Usually when I’m at a dealership I feel like I’ve been there all day trying to work out a deal, which is always frustrating. But here at Westside it was completely different. I asked for what I wanted, they showed it to me and next thing I know I’m working on paperwork getting ready to drive off the lot. Quick and easy!

We walked in there hoping to fall in love with a car and not only did that happen but we also fell in love with our experience there. Their customer service is unbeatable!! From the moment we walked in to when i left with my brand new 2020 Blazer!!! Corey Garrison was so patient and truly cared about what i wanted. He listened and made it happen. He made the entire transaction a breeze. Then Jay, the manager, came over to personally congratulate me for getting accepted without a co-signer. It was such an exciting feeling and everyone so genuinely happy for me. We then had the pleasure of meeting Lam from the financial department and he was just as amazing as everyone else. He was extremely patient and trustworthy. He didn’t sugar cost anything and wanted to do what was best for us. We appreciate everyone at the Westside location. Terrible Experience for service at this location, 1. They demaged the rim while opening bolt from tire, 2. I paid to have state inspection done and when I got the car the report was not in there and Lane told me hell send via email which I received which was for not my car, called again and they said I have to go back and do state inspection again, 3. They said they did tire pressure check and fill them up but they werent. Overall, Will not be visiting them ever again.

For a simple oil change it took more than 90 min, the car after wash it was all wet looks like they didnt dry it, also oil change and price almost 90 dlls its too much
