I can only highly recommend the photo studio in this JCPenney facility. The staff was highly professional and the pictures turned out really great. They took their time and they were really great with our young kids to keep them calm and smiling for the pictures. So if you’re looking for family photo shoot that’s a place to go. And all that for a really good price.

JCPenney was a delightful experience, I found many good pieces and the store has a new vibe it is my go to destination when I want inspiration and dont break the bank!

This Jcpenny used to have good prices in clearance but not anymore, including the toiler paper is cheap, what happen with this Jcpenny, do the owners dont even have to buy a good toiler paper.

I came here looking for a suit jacket for an interview and found something that fit perfectly, they have a good variety of mens clothing and the staff was friendly and welcoming. The reason why I am giving 4 stars is that the fitting rooms near the mens department needs more attention. I saw a few safety pins on the floor in multiple fitting rooms and the chairs and mirrors were very outdated. The lighting was not good enough in the fitting room to fully appreciate your outfit in the mirror.

I ran in to pick up a online order that I had placed earlier that day, in exchange for my online purchase of the wrong size shorts. Of course the place was extremely busy due to back to school shoppers. I was checked out for my exchange / purchase rather quickly for as busy as it was, Employees greeted me & checked me out with a smile.

Really good prices. A very big mess maybe because of the back to school shopping. They had 3 different parts of clearance for girl but didn’t find a single one for boys.

This is the worst store. The jewelry department is a joke. The cashier in the jewelry department on Sunday August 29, 2021, wouldn’t give me her name. The store specifically Bahareh Davies refused to return a pair of diamond hoops I bought just a few days ago, and I have the receipt. The most important thing to her was their “jewelry event.” After I asked for her name and the stores corporate office phone number which she could not provide me with, then she wants to return the earrings which I refused. My purchases and my returns will NEVER be made at this location again.

This review is long overdue. Omar in the Jewelry Department is amazing. Hes knowledgeable of the products and hes always happy to help. Hes very patient and sincere and he tries really hard to make sure the customers have a great experience. Every visit has been wonderful because Omar provided excellent customer service.

Nice store with a fair amount of apparel and good sales. When looking for quality clothing at an affordable price this may be your place to go. This location is fairly close to home and is always functional.

Although I only shop here when they have a sale, I am never disappointed with their selection of Big and Tall clothes. Also, I feel like a valued customer by sales associates willing to help me in my shopping needs, and cashiers trying to make sure I am getting the most savings on my purchase with coupons or trying to ring me up and out the store in a quick and efficient manner. On my recent visit at 23523 Grand Cir Blvd, Katy, TX 77449, my cashier Lisa went above and beyond with ringing up my order and helping me maximize my savings.

I love the JCPenney in Katy! Its always well-stocked and clean. Their petite department has a better selection than most department stores.

The only good thing is the prices. I was helping my elderly mother who uses a walker shop for clothes. The dressing room in the womens department was closed and they wanted us to walk all the way to the other side of the store to the mens dressing room. Then, there was no checkout open except on the other side of the store. I guess Penneys just wants to appeal to the young.

The store is very clean and upscale. Dont get me wrong. It almost looks like a Kohls with bright lighting and lots and lots of sales. Here was my issue:I went to the store to get shoes and spent 30 min in a long line. The shoes I bought were at a discounted price (online), so I was hoping the store would validate the discount. The lady at the counter told me they couldnt honor it because it was an online sale. I dont know what the difference was since it didnt matter if I paid for it online or if I paid for it in person. I offered to pay for it online and scan the barcode and she couldnt do it because the order had to be fulfilled by them.I honestly dont know what the difference was between the two and I didnt want to make a scene so I just dropped the whole matter. Either way I had to order them online and go back to the store the next day to pick it up.I dont live close by either. I live a little over 25 minutes away. Either way it was such a pain since I had to make two trips just to pick up shoes that I could have gotten on the first day.

JC Has been my best friend for a week or two now .. Found some pretty good deals on some shirts and they been having other stuff on sale ... Cubeside PickUp works like a charm... Kudos JC I dont think Ive been here since the Regan administration lol...

Good collection and awesome deals. Give it a try during the thanksgiving and the deals are simply outstanding. You can get all you need from home decors to clothing at one stop. If you have a JCP card, you get cashback on it as well.

Has everything I need, from professional wear to casual sport clothing. Always on my hit list during black friday as the prices are great.

Clothes all over the place, not properly on a hanger or on the floor instead of on the racks. Why do I always see an argument at this store between customers and employees? From what Ive seen the employees are not very nice!

A sales associate at checkout lured me to sign up for the JCPenney card and told me that I could use the new member discount ONLINE the very same day. Well that is NOT true. To use the discount online, you have to have the card physically in front of you to add it to your account during checkout. They did not give me the card number at the store, so how are you supposed to use it online? I feel like this was a bait and switch. I cancelled the card. Stop telling people lies just to get them to sign up for the JCPenney card.

Great Labor day sale!Never disappoint!

This JCPenney used to be a great store, but as of late, it has not lived up to its past reputation. My most recent experience has made me realize it is time to move on and discontinue shopping at any JCPenney.

Even with the holiday craziness Janet in the window covering section was friendly and helpful, customer service like this is always appreciated, but seldom found.

It seemed like everything in the store was on sale, 30% 50%, I think i saw 70% somewhere.

Selection for juniors could be better.

My first time since about a year ago I went there. I was surprised by the variety of ladies clothes beautiful and there is a variety of sizes. In addition, the custom jewelry department is big and beautiful. I liked the Liz Claiborne jewelry sets.

So, JC Penney fitting rooms just reopened after all this time & they are still nasty as ever! Walls dingy, gum in door stopper, furniture full of germs...so gross. First Colony Mall rooms are even worse. How do you go over a year & not retouch the rooms? Its evident they arent even sanitized daily.

Everything was marked well. It was clean. The lighting isnt very good, there are a lot if very dark areas of the store. Other than that, service was good.

Stay as far away from this store as you can, everything is way over priced, the quality is the worst, you wear it once and it fall apart, the return policy is ridiculous, and the device is terrible, I am sure they will be out of business soon.

You can get great deals here if you combine store offers with their online coupons! Store is disorganized in certain areas during weekends but its truly out of their hands with how crowded the it gets during these days. Store has ample parking space and conveniently located between I-10 and 99.

Love JCPenny, always have pretty and affordable stuff. This store is really nice, the staff is ok, wont go overboard to help you but still pleasant and helpful. I always leave with something 😊

Jewelry department is a joke. Purchased two rings and had them sized which was fine. Asked to have four other rings sized of which all the instructions were wrong. Plus, we had to wait for an associate to get of his cell phone for service after which he kept calling me boss. When we picked up our order, the same guy told me I had to wait to check out until the other guy got off the register while he started putting out displays at 11:20. Ridiculous.

Made a purchase at this store and within 20 minutes after the purchase, fraudulent charges were placed on the card. Went back to the store and was not impressed with how they handled the situation. Not sure if it was an employee or if there are trackers on their card readers but stay away !!!

This store is terrible every “sale” they had was all wrong their signs showed one price but was an extra 30 dollars!!! Staff was terrible and slow I couldn’t even get a nice necklace cuz no one would actually come!!I waited 2 hours for assistance and they kept saying yah yah one minute and we’ll be with you and then talk to each other they lie about sales and coupons this staff needs to be fired and under new management everyone that works there are jerks!

JCPenney has moved things around just a little. The kitchen equipment department is smaller, the bath linens is a little larger, bed linens doesnt seem to have as much of a selection.

Every night, there are many many raven around. Amazing.

I had the opportunity to visit the salon inside of this location the other day - great experience! I walked in on a Sunday afternoon with a picture and a purpose and I was not disappointed. I was greeted with a smile and a hello right a way. My stylist Yisha was great!! She kept me informed throughout the process and provided great customer service! I love my hair! Ladies and/or gentlemen stop in and get your hair done they are great here.

I have had great experiences at JCPenney in Katy. The customer service desk employees particularly have been very helpful and courteous. Ive gotten some great deals here with sales and combining sales and coupon offers. There is a pretty good variety with housewares and clothes for the family. I have been happy with my purchases here.

Was able to start our new family tradition of taking and sending holiday cards, at this location with the lovely photographer Manda. It’s was one of the best experiences of our life, she was so friendly, helpful and insightful. She made sure we had great shots and genuinely smiling faces on the photos. The store was so organized and clean and the portraits center kept the same feel. JCPenney portraits and Manda can’t thank you enough

While I like this place I have only one problem. I have been here with my Grand daughter 3 times to get clothes found on line but were not at the store. twice they were sold out and last night they only had the jacket in one size that was too large. We did find a jacket that would work, just not the one we came for.
