The best customer service I have ever experienced!! Cody, the store manager, was extremely helpful and went to out his way to assist me with a return and purchase. You can’t beat this store!

I have never had a more wonderful shopping experience than the one I recently had from this Tommy Bahama! As I crossed the threshold of the store I was greeted with smiles and positivity. I was very fortunate that Cody, the store manager, was there not only to help me with my needs but to assist in some options for my husband. I did have to make an exchange the following week and Kris made that process seamless. Each time I’ve gone to Tommy Bahama I have left in a better mood and interacted with some on the nicest, most helpful employees! My experience shopping at this store was so so nice. I was doing some last minute Christmas shopping, not really sure what to get my dad, and feeling a little stressed about the whole thing. The associates there that day were beyond helpful. They asked me questions about my dad, what kinds of things he likes, and just generally wanted to get a sense of what kinds of things would be good for him. From there, they guided me around the store, pulling options for me and listening to my input very patiently. And ultimately, helped me find the right gifts for him. He absolutely loves them. They took the stress right out of the Holiday season! Cody, Kris, and Matt, THANK YOU for all your help. I will definitely be back to shop this location again.

From the moment I stepped into the store, the employees were so welcoming and helpful in finding me exactly what I was looking for. They made me feel so comfortable when I had to ask for a different size. They made my exchange for my husbands swimming trunks so easy. They were so kind, funny and warm. Will definitely be returning and hopefully will see the mangers Cody, Matt and Kris again!

Some of the most amazing customer service I’ve ever had and much better than I remember from my trip to Tommy Bahama in Troy years ago. Very professional, knowledgeable about the products and the store manager Cody was compassionate about making sure our family found the perfect items that best matched what we were looking for! Had to pick up a gift card for someone and tried to pay with cash which they refused. When I asked why, the snooty cashier condescendingly felt the need to remind me that we were in the middle of a pandemic and they were not going to touch money. Honestly, whos training these people to work with the public? Sass doesnt equal class, people, youre on the wrong side of the counter.

Picked out 4 shirts and tried to pay and they would not take cash the least they could do is put up a sign saying We are no longer accepting US currency.
