ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!!! THIS WALMART LOCATION DOESN’T CARE ANYTHING ABOUT PEOPLE WHO CAN’T WALK THAT’S DISABLED OR ELDERLY!! THESE ELECTRIC CARTS ARE ALWAYS MOSTLY BROKEN & ABANDONED!! THE 2 BY THE GREY WALLS HAVE BEEN SITTING THERE ABANDONED FOR “MONTHS”!! IT’S BEEN REPORTED OVER AND OVER AND OVER, WHICH IS ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS THAT NOTHING HASN’T BEEN DONE ABOUT IT. I’VE HAD TO VERY HURTFULLY WALK INTO THE STORE AND NEVER TO FIND ANY OF THESE WORKING!!! THE ONE I WAS SITTING IN THE FIRST PICTURE HAS BROKEN HANDLES AND IT MOVES “BACKWARDS”, WHEN TRYING TO MOVE FOWARD, IT HAS BEEN WORKING THAT WAY FOR MONTHS, IT’S VERY “DANGEROUS AND CAN CAUSE INJURIES”!! I HAVE SEEN ELDERLY PEOPLE SITTING ON THE GROUND WITH THEIR FACES LOOKING ABSOLUTELY EXHAUSTED FROM WAITING ON PROBABLY “THE ONLY WORKING ONE”, JUST IMAGINE DURING REALLY BUSY HOURS, IN THE “HEAT”!! SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE DONE ABOUT THIS!!! I SURE HOPE SOMEONE CAN GET THESE ALL FIXED OR ORDER NEW ONE’S!! We usually stop by for the bakery and deli department. The bakery employees have always been very friendly and helpful when placing custom orders. There is also a convenient FedEx location inside.

Last night I got paint made, went to go check out my paint and other groceries, the paint was scanned paid for and never grabbed it. Came back the next day and it takes about 30 mins to get help in the paint department, Wendy the “Lead” comes along to “help” sees a out of order sign so I let her know I was helped last night at 9 PM at night to get paint machine still had out of order sign so I proceed to tell her she checks the machine and imagine that it’s working. She was extremely rude about it and other customers are asking questions and just extremely rude no interest in the job. Maybe she should find a new one.

As usual. Nothing different. They had good car accessories on clearance. Its a big Walmart. Not too crowded.

Cant wait to do the roof top change out at this store. Directly across the street is a water park.............I want to try it out O.K.

Convenient location right off the freeway. I was able to find everything I needed and my grocery cart rolled properly lol. They are putting a Charleys Philly Cheese steak inside so Im actually looking forward to that. They did not have disinfectant wipes to wipe the carts with so that was a bummer.

You will always find almost everything at Walmart. My store now is carrying lots of gall styles good products great prices, love the women sweaters for this season. ❤

Omg $2.00 clothing you can’t get a better deal! I like this Walmart! Wish it was back 24 hours so I could get my full shopping experience without the shoppers and busyness! But I know with Covid things are closing earlier as if Covid has a sleep time. But definitely one of the best Walmart deals I’ve found in a long time!!

Speedy service courteous concierge, also sanitizer at every entry and also bell hops were eager to retrieve carts if asked. And some of the best produce available. Meat selection was so delectable that it was sold out. So therefore it was an experience that has my mind practically stunned.

This is the closest wal-mart to my house.The store is pretty clean and organized. Lines are long at times because they typically have 4 or 5 cash registers open on most day. Last time I came here was on a Saturday night and the line was surprisingly long and again there were only about 4 cash registers open. Lastly, I had to wait for the shopping carts to be brought back to the store. These issues seem to be due to lack of employees.

Walmart as ever known for all the things you could imagine to buy in your daily basis, I will recommend this store/super center to be that place… one stop shop. Clean, sanitized and organized. Helpful staff and ample parking around!

Cashier was very helpful and location has good selection of clothes and other items. Some of the grocery items are never stocked though. I have tried asking and grocery associates never can seem to questions.

Ever since Covid, we have been using curbside pick-up. It is rare that we get an incorrect order, and Walmart is quick to fix the situation whenever we report a missing or wrong item that was given to us. They are good at getting substitutions on items that we would like a substitution on if they are out of said item. We never wait long for them to get us our order. I think the longest Ive waited was no more than 10 minutes on a busy weekend.

The store had everything we needed. They where super nice and helpful.

Never answered the business chat, information is outdated and had to queue for the longest time just to learn that the service I was looking for is not available during covid. Employees are very friendly but I would have liked to receive the answer before having to queue for so long.

Had what I was looking for. Place was not too crowded. Parking was available and close to front doors.

I am going to stop shopping at Walmart. The people working at this store could care less about the customers. Everyone working is preoccupied with something else. The ones shopping for delivery or grocery pick up will run you over with that cart they will block entire aisles. Tried to get an oil change dude just walking around don’t look at me don’t speak only until I got out my car did he acknowledge me to tell me he couldn’t help me. I can’t get an oil change because there’s no cashier. I will spend more to get better service from places that appreciate their customers instead of acting like the customers are a problem.

It was literally 83 degrees in the store (see photo of a screenshot of a thermometer app). Every Walmart is like this and if you complain, they all have the standard response “corporate sets the thermostat”. Well corporate, I will take my money somewhere that actually cares about their employees and customers.There was some extremely loud roaring motor coming out of the ceiling. I took a video of it and uploaded it here.I missed the girl’s name in the photo but she needs a job that doesn’t include working with customers. Super bad attitude. Refused to even talk to me!!!! Unbelievable rudeness.The clothes are all made in India, Vietnam, Indonesia, China, etc. and come unraveled or shrink so bad you can’t wear them. I took photos of thirty labels of items throughout the store and only two were made in the US. Really Walmart? No thanks!The store appearance was nice and clean and the parking lot wasn’t filled with empty baskets which was nice. The lady and young man in the clothing area were very friendly.Couldn’t find my size in any of the clothes I wanted.Won’t be back.

Great location, just minutes away from Katy mills mall, the store is kept clean and the staff is really friendly and kind, the lines are usually short in line so you know how good that is. There’s also a McDonald inside if you get hungry! Keep up the great Job Walmart by Katy mills

Every time I am in the area I stop by super Walmart. I always find what I need at a great price.....

Crowded store. Friendly employees however the lines were long and moving slowly. I shopped in the apparel section because I needed a few necessities because we extended our trip and things were very disorganized as if people had been pulling things out and placing them anywhere for days. Store bathroom also a mess. Produce section was lacking any precut fruit which desirable as a traveler. All in all not a horrible experience although definitely could have been better.

Hate how Walmart has shut down 25 of the 26 checkout lines in every store Ive been to. Either you stuck waiting for the one checker to check you out after its been like an hour waiting in line to get to the cashier. Or you wait a hour to go check yourself out. I get frustrated due to Walmart.

Sadly, the illusion of thrift eludes me every time I find I must shop here. I often find products with miss labeled prices once I reach one of the few open registers. Not what it once was.

Thank you for waking me up when I was parked out of the way in the back & telling me I need to park up front to take up customer parking, & I was suspicious? I would think the bright orange trailer with the name Allied van lines would give me away, plus all the cameras around the building just might leave some evidence of wrong doing, I drove for Walmart for 8 years and I know the rules, you came out with your boy band entourage and caught me in mid sleep so I was rude, but rightly so! I’m still groggy but I hope someone bangs on your window at home when you’re asleep and tells you to move your car because it looks suspicious.

Wal-Mart of Glen Burnie has two strikes. One because its Wal-Mart...what can I say! Two is because its located in Glen Burnie, a compounding factor not that Pasadena Wal-Mart is any better. This store is always dirty, always under stocked or never stocked with the items that Im looking for. I always go with little to no expectations so that when I leave I am not disappointed! Some of the demographic that comes in here creates shards of tribulation specially when they have tattooed tear drops from their eyes.......it is what it is. Baltimore City has arrived!

Easy access. Efficiently stocked. Clothing selection in womans had way to emphasize on holidays. Have never had a bad encounter with associates. Staff makes all the difference in where I shop. If rude or lack of staff or staff not knowing their own store its a nail in the coffin for me. Associates turn a three star store to a four star store.

There were no carts when we came in. The employee at the door said that someone was bringing them in. I waited for a minute and no one was bringing any so I went out to the parking lot and got one. I was in the store for at least 45 minutes. When I left the same employee was still standing there and there still was not any carts. Also, there was only 2 checkouts open and the self checkout line was extremely long.

I paid for scan and go Walmart and I can never use it in any Walmart the scanners never work and its straight up 0. As well as none of the employees can help you they dont know how to work it and theyre just playing rude when you try to go through self-checkout its hours and hours that youre standing there with no service I do not recommend it

Really like being able to get such a variety of items at one location, including groceries. Usually busy, but not as crowded as Costco. Also like being able to buy smaller quantities. Very good all round store, plus access to FedEx, eyeglasses, & some other services is convenient.

The credit card machine would not read my card on two different card readers in the self check out line. Had to go to the ATM to pull out cash and go back to Walmart to finish my purchase. Will not be back to Walmart.

This Walmart tends to carry different clothing items then the two Walmarts on Fry Road. Good thing to know if perhaps youre trying to find something in particular that you saw it another location. Keep in mind to that each Walmart has their own return policy. The gentleman working customer service when I went in was very friendly and helpful.

Its kind of dirty outside very hard to find parking for handicap. Also Ive noticed this Walmart is not as great as it used to be is went downhill.

I mean.... Its a walmart. I usually dont post about a big mix store that everyone has been to a million times but I was kinda surprised at my visit today. I was working on the clock so I needed to find what I needed and get out quickly. The nice lady at the front door pointed me in the direction of the home improvement section and when I got there I could not find what I was looking for. I stopped a guy hauling a pallet and asked if anyone from the department was around, he said give me one second and immediately got his pallet out of the walk way so he wouldnt block customers trying to walk through. Then he came to the isle with me and helped me find the item I was looking for. Apparently someone put them in the wrong spot. Over the last 10 years or so I have noticed a slight improvement in customer service at Walmarts. And alot bigger improvement sense they raised the minimum they pay their associates.

There are several people who work at the customer service who are rude and so slow, So not productive. There is one older Lady who is awesome who been working there for a while she should be a manager. The store is OK it not as busy as some of the other Walmarts,.

Awesome people....they allowed me to park over night allowing me to do some long overdue grocery shopping.

It’s starting to get ridiculous that you only have 5 registers open who will take cash! It’s stupid that this is the only location who only does card only in the express lanes. Slow cashiers, unnecessary wait time, and overall ridiculous. I swear, other locations does not have this problem, just this one

Although I find everything I need, there is never enough cashiers which is frustrating to say the least. Id rather go elsewhere to do my shopping unless I really need something from Walmart for convenience sake.

My issue is the app. I may have to delete it and start again. Ive checked the settings, location and notification and I dont know what else to do, but delete.

This location was clean and quiet. An actual pleasant shopping experience. The interaction with the cashier in electronics was not pleasant. She was extremely rude and refused to print a duplicate receipt for me. I used walmart pay and wanted a duplicate receipt for the toy items. I asked for a printed duplicate receipt because prior to scanning my items I asked the cashier to please be sure I have gift receipts for each toy. She told me gift receipts were not allowed. I was perplexed
