Ok, yes. This is one of my weaknesses. Fresh cookies! These are amazing.Had my sons birthday cookie made here and he loved it.I will get some of their treats every once in a while. They are also on Grub Hub and Door Dash. Can you say cookie Delivery?

The most amazing cookies. Employees are always very patient while I take forever to make up my mind. The selection is great and my daughter loves the ice cream.

Was okay. Disappointing the strawberry cheese cake cup cake was dry 😕 It was costly to spend the amount for it. And be disappointed.

What ice cream place doesn’t do samples? My 9 year old daughter wanted to try one flavor and the mere unsavory answer from one of the definitely not trained in customer service employees was just “we don’t do samples”… well sir… I don’t do Nestle Products at your store…

Picked up a cookie cake for my husbands bday and the cookie part felt and tasted like it was 4-5 days old! So dry, stale, and crumbling. It’s obvious the cookie was made days before it should’ve been. So very disappointing! Will never use nestle’ again.

The shake that I got, it isnt seems as the shake on the picture. I was expecting the same one … not only milk with ice cream. 🤷🏻‍♀️. Need to pay attention how to do the orders.

Love their coffee, we also tried their ice cream and cookies.Everyone was happy with their choices.the place was clean and staff friendly. Will definitely recommend.

Always deliver with the custom creations. Asked for a cookie cake with an RC car and remote in the grass and thats exactly what we got! Love it! Very impressed!

Staff were nice I guess, ice cream and cookies looked good, but dont order the boba. Not made the right way. Tapioca was not fully made, was hard, not soft as it should be. Will not order again.

They have a lot of really delicious treats, but they are fairly heavy and a little pricey. A nice desert after some panera or starbucks though.

My kids love the cookie cakes here! I’ve ordered custom cakes with a variety of themes and the decorators always go above and beyond my expectations! Always very impressed! Workers are very friendly and helpful!

“Fast service, good dessert and drink options”Overall - They have a good selection of dessert and drinks menu. Try them if you happen to be around. We stop by everytime we visit the area (which is quite often)Good - Fast service, great cookie/cake options. They have a variety of drinks to choose from as well. I find their staff very courteous and helpful.Bad - Sometimes they may have an off day. My cookie was cold :-( Parking can be an issue so plan on walking if you are not one of the lucky few that get a spot out front.

The food was excellent and awesome owner! Had the beef shawarma and the meat was tender and very flavorful and the vegetables were fresh. Plus, for some reason my card wouldnt go through. Had paid some cash already, but was going to pay the difference on my card. The gentleman told me not to worry about it. Luckily I had some extra cash in my wallet.

Looks like this place is being run without a manager. They always close the store before the scheduled time. Even if its open they pack up the good ice cream flavors before store closing time. This is not the first time. This has happened multiple times. I wish I had the information for the owner to let him know that they lose a lot of business due to their employees who are always rushing to close the store.

The La Centerra location always have a wide variety of freshly baked goodies. So delicious. Always clean inside and staff are super friendly.

Nestle Toll House is a nice and cozy place. They have delicious desserts ranging from cookies and cookie cake, ice cream, milkshakes, macaroons, and more. The staff is very nice. Their treats can be custom designed and ordered for special occasions like birthdays. I highly recommend.

I ordered my smoothies and paid for them and had 4 other people be served before me and it was four employees in the store. Only for the manager to tell me he forgot about me and my order. Im really upset and will never come here again.
