This is my favorite resale shop! Every time I go there I find the best deals! The owner Dawn is so nice and such a fashion diva and is always educating me on how to pair items that I like and how to accessorize in general. Be sure to hit the clearance rack - it is well worth your time. 5 stars!

Ive been wanting to swing by this place for a while since Im a huge secondhand shopper. Upon walking in, it reeked of stale perfume and the first item on the womens short sleeve rack was a very worn lace sweater with holes and strings hanging for $18. I was not impressed. The whole store was very dark and gloomy and it definitely did not make me want to stay and shop. Thumbed through a couple more things on the rack and they were all highly overpriced with nothing less than $16. I didnt last two minutes in there. I left and took my business down the street to KCM where I bought two boutique shirts, a dress, a pair of Miss Me jeans and a pair of flats for less for $27.

Fun resale shop. Lots and lots of items, mainly clothing. The prices are good if there is a sale. You have to be willing to spend some time searching for the right thing, but fun if you enjoy these types of stores. Pretty jewelry and shoes. Great selections of tops and tank tops for women. I liked the store. Staff was nice.

This is an awesome place to find great deals! They have A LOT of inventory!The staff is always friendly and helpful. If youre looking for something specific, they go out of their way to accommodate. My wife and I got our Vintage Ugly Christmas Sweaters here last year. They are so much better than the generic ones you find at the Big Box stores because they are the original ugly Christmas Sweaters; thats before people were willing to admit they were actually ugly!

This is an okay place to shop, although the prices aren’t very good for used clothing, but PLEASE never consign here. I brought in a few hundred dollars worth of clothing and shoes and ended up with less than $30. sell it online instead and keep your money

This place always had some type of sale going on so its good to check with them often. The ladies who run this place have a great attitude and are helpful. I bring them cloths all the time. I usually just donate the clothes but you can sell your items through a consignment agreement with the store.

Well.. This last visit was my last chance for the walk in closet, for consigning clothes at least. I had brought clothes in before and sold maybe one out of three pieces I consigned. Cleaning out the closet and I got a free shirt on my next visit (only store credit until you hit $20). I was fine with that as the clothes were going to goodwill anyways and I wanted to see if theyd sell first.The next attempts I took in some more goodwill bound clothes. They took a few pieces they were going to try and sell, the rest I donated to Goodwill. They said they were backed up but to check back in a few months. So I did... I was told the clothes hadnt been put out yet. Fair enough, still ok at this point because I was again just trying to get extra cash or even store credit to maybe find another shirt in their racks. I came back a month or so later, still not on the racks. It began to become comical, a sort of sport to see if theyd ever actually get put out for sale. It might have been less funny if I had a real stake in the game (as in the clothes had been really expensive in the first place).The next visit they couldnt find me in their system, despite having filled out the paperwork and a previous employee telling me my drop off hadnt been put out yet. This struck me as confusing. I suppose its possible, but now I wasnt sure if previously theyd been blowing smoke just trying to get me out of the store or if my clothes were lost or what. This was on a Friday, and I was told someone would call me on Monday to let me know what was going on with my account. At this point, about 5 months had passed. When Monday came, no call came, nor would it ever come.Arrive at my most recent visit. January of 2016. I was told, finally, that the clothes had been put out in May 2015, and never sold. My visits to the store happened over the course of the summer. Basically, I was never given a straight answer about what was happening. When I finally was given a straight answer it was muddied by all the leading ambiguity.Really the only reason I would sit down to write all this is to urge you not to consign here until they get caught up or devise a more efficient system. At the end of all this, my idiot self had actually brought in some more items to attempt to sell, to give one last chance. Well, because theyre so backed up, theyve got new policies. Items must be hanging on hangers and without any wrinkles. Fair enough, I get it. So I asked if she might look through the items to see which items theyd put up to sell and I was told that would defeat the purpose. To be fair she apologized for having to be rude but thats just the way it is. They need Sunday to handle pricing and getting current inventory on the racks. So despite me telling her that Id stopped by multiple times trying to get an answer about my consigned clothes, I was yet again told I would not be helped, or met halfway.Theyre way over their heads in inventory, to the point where the workload is making them lose sight of the relationship they necessarily have with the people who bring them that inventory. Until they actually need the items being brought in (read: they dont have huge overstock or youre bringing very expensive clothing) you will be treated more like work than a supplier.If youre considering brining your clothes to this place to consign, Id strongly urge against it.

The store itself is pretty nice. They have quite a selection from chicos to forever 21 and even coach or gap. The prices can be a little high but I always find some really great stuff. However, they need a new manager. The one they have right now is incredibly messy and unorganized. Every other employee is very nice and clean but whenever the manager is there, I try my best to avoid her, haha. Plus, shes lost a couple of my items I took there. The owner reimbursed me for those items though, so dont let her ruin your experience here.

Opened late, was super rude and short with me (I had never been there before and didnt realize there were so many rules to selling). Had a sign on the door saying they werent taking inventory but were. Seemed like people trying sell items were a huge inconvenience. Left, certainly wont be back.

It has a variety of articles, I did not like the music they play, it is not comfortable, it causes us to run. I suggest improving that aspect.
