I have gone to this gas station store several times and I have never received correct change back. Always a couple dollars short. I am very disappointed as it seems I have been ripped off every time I have gone in. I’ve also noticed many items do not have prices which is very inconvenient and the fact that they don’t give receipts, kinda is off putting.I will not be returning. First time, I looked past it but now, tonight being the third time this happens I can’t anymore. Please do better, train employees to count change accurately. I know I’m not the only one this happens to.
Dont know who is actually responsible 7-11, Wendys, or the Shell station but someone might want to clean the mens bathrooms was told that there look like blood on the walls and also the Wendys door is always locked confuses people to where to go or stand outside and wait for someone to open the door. The number one thing that needs to people need to be aware of is COVID loves unsanitary bathrooms
BEWARE! Since I exclusively use Shell gasoline, I was excited when this place opened as the location is convenient. They did good business for a while until they began turning off the pumps. Now they usually require you to pay inside and say they cant turn the pumps on. I have experienced this with three Shell stations in Katy. I suspect they are skimming but am concerned they may be gathering credit card information. After exclusively using Shell gasoline for many years, I will now be using the Chevron up the road.
The staff are great people. They purchase Mr. Pib brand just for me. Awesome people!!!
Does not honor posted sale prices. Parking spots are super cramped and asking for door dings.
