We ordered 20 polo shirts with logo. It was kind of a rush deal. Well Big Frog was AMAZING. They made sure I had the shirts in time! They went above and beyond. The logos look amazing on the shirts and we cant wait to work with Big Frog in the months and years ahead! Thank you Big Frog Katy Texas!

This location ruined my daughters soccer jerseys. They placed the patches on the wrong sleeves, they placed them on the right side, after I specifically asked for the patches to be placed on the left sleeves of the jerseys. The owner, Ava, tried to remove it and claimed she couldnt without leaving a mark. She chose to add another patch, on the left sleeve, but didnt even bother to align it with the other one. The store didnt care enough to rectify the mistake correctly. At this point, to correct the mistake, they would have to replace the three jerseys, $45.36 each one. Would not recommend!

My experience with management here today was nothing short of deplorable! I went in around 11:30ish 06/15/21 in which at this time the store had many customers. I patiently waited my turn when I became indecisive on what shirt I wanted I insisted that the employee help someone else until I decided. From the time I walked in the store the manager was with two ladies designing up until about 10 minutes before I walked out with no complaints of time management, not of my ethnicity. I picked out my shirts sent image and let the employee design made two corrections on word sizing, when I found out the on demand printing and extra word printing was extra I paid without complaint and waited. During this time from start to finish and even after the printing of my shirts not a single solitary customer walked in. Once the first shirt was printedI noticed the size of the image was smaller than I desired, so I asked if it could be increased on the second. The employee then said she would ask management if she could reprint the other. Management basically came out and stated before looking at the shirt or hearing me out. That that was the standard size for that shirt, that I had already been there over my time and they had other orders to attend to. Meanwhile prior to me she had help two other non black patrons for up to 30 minutes or more herself, then spent the rest of her time in back on the phone. Meanwhile the T-shirt press is sitting idle, still no one in the store! I explained to her that being in management for 15 plus years now for a major corporation and others I would have never treated a customer with such disdain and made them feel as if though they were a nuisance of my time! At this point she offered to reprint the shirt free of charge. I insisted on paying half price for the shirt because that was not the point, it was the principle of the matter. My business was normally done with Big Frog on Hwy 6 N. and I made the horrible decision to come here thinking I would receive the same great customer service, I WAS WRONG!! When I stated that to her she proceeded to tell me that they did not do as much business as they did! When I did business with them they were always busy! I left the store angry, and wished I had chosen another T-shirt printer and that I was most certainly not welcomed. If I was not in a time crunch I would have asked for a refund and had her destroy the shirts. Please get management customer service training IMMEDIATELY! Or inform her that the black dollar is worthy of her time as well! Will never return!

I’ve gotten several things done here and always have a good customer support and help. Came in today for to get my picture on my hoodie and first the employee which might be the leader for the shift or someone like a manager ( if it’s a regular employee she sure was acting like a manager) didn’t know the correct price for what I was requesting but the other lady did which I had talked to otp yesterday. I wish she had helped me because she knew more of what she was doing. When I sent the picture she told me to send it again bc it wasn’t opening in the correct form. Which I did send again and tried a different picture to try and work with her. The second picture I sent ended up opening and I said okay And she said she didn’t like my attitude which led me to express I wasn’t giving attitude that I had sent in the picture and that I wanted it printed. Then she told me she didn’t want my service and to get out. Very unprofessional if you ask me.

Cant say enough about this place! These wonderful people reunited me with a legendary T-shirt I had so many memories with and even spent almost my entire military career with until I lost it in 2017 overseas. I loved that purple heather shirt so much I sought to get it re-made once I got back to Texas just to keep the memories going. Safe to say, Big Frog did a spectacular job. Great service here with very reasonable prices. Other places were trying to charge me outrageous prices but here they really took care of me and I would definitely come back. Special thanks to the young lady that took care of me at the front.

I had emailed the shirt designs in question over the weekend in hopes of getting someone to call back. I called on Tuesday after no response to the email. He asked that I come in, which I did. Walked in and was the only customer inside of the establishment. Two other customers walked in after me. No social distance as the sign on the door says 2 customers in at a time. There were now 3 customers and 3 employees in the small workspace. He was assisting me and then turned the computer over to another associate to help one of the other customers while I waited. I would believe that you would allow him to continue helping me instead of putting another customers needs first, without explanation. From the parking lot, I called and explained to the guy helping me that this was sub-par customer service understanding that there are last minute holiday requests and that some things take more time than others. Prioritizing the needs of the customer is extremely important. The good initial experience could not be replicated. I was determined to do what I could to support small and support local. Customer service goes a long way with me. Unfortunately, I will pass my business on to a larger company in hopes of having a better customer experience. I am not knocking the business. Everyone has a reason why they choose to give repeat business to an establishment and mine is customer service and the overall customer experience which started with the initial email (no response), phone call to determine if emailed print options would be capable (told to come in), and in establishment experience (social distance requirements exceeded, customer prioritization). I do wish this business well. If you do not care about customer experience, this review is not meant for you.

My family and I appreciate the shirts Big Frog of Katy have made for us, although we were going through a tough time in our life. Destiny listened to our ideas, thoughts and our hearts and how passionate we were on what we wanted. Destiny was able to go above and beyond and create a awesome image for my family, friends and I. Destiny and her team were able to execute the shirts in a timely manner. On the behalf of my family, friends and I, We thank yall for capturing the memory.

I thought it was so cool that I could get my shirts custom printed in less than a day (small order, about 16 shirts). Great customer service and the shirts came out flawless! Perfect for your average procrastinator! Lol

Worst experience on the 1st go around. Brought my own shirts in & they printed wrong even after art work was approved. On top of that, it took 2wks for (4) shirt that I was told it was told would take 2-4 days.

Personnel on staff are courteous, professional, and above all creative! Just bring in your idea and watch them go to work!

Got a t-shirt quoted, priced and paid for... only to receive a mock-up that looked completely different than the design.Giving an extra star because they did provide a refund, but now it’s maybe too late to order the shirts at all. We wasted 8 days here thinking we were good to go.Do not recommend... if you do go here, ask for a mock-up before you pay. Attaching what was requested and priced vs. what they planned on delivering. Staff is friendly on the phone, but unable to price items according to your design and t-shirt preference. Limitations of certain printing types should be made clear to the customer before they order, design, pay for, and wait 8 days for a mock-up.

I was just walking past this store on my way to get something to eat, and thought Id go in to look around. I was really amazed at how helpful everyone was - they really helped me with suggestions as to graph, colors, and text. They also have great turn around time. Great place for gifts or for any teams.

I had a few custom shirts made for gifts and the entire process of picking shirts, designing and ordering was made even easier with the amazing assistance I received throughout the process. A designer sat down with me and created the shirts as we collaborated and helped me make final decisions which was incredibly helpful. The shirts were made within the week!Update: Ive ordered more tees! I sent in the design I liked and they were able to process the shirt so quickly! My friend loved it!

I called like an hour before they were going to close. I wanted a t-shirt personalized and they took care of me. Everything was done with in minutes of me arriving at their location. It was little pricey because it was to last minute but I was completely satisfied. Would definitely go back.

I wanted to design a custom shirt for my husband, but not something lame. Something he would actually wear. I had some images and an idea in my head of what I wanted but not sure how it would look on a shirt. When I went in, Stephanie was so friendly and helpful. She gave me recommendations based on her expertise and designed it so quickly. It turned out so much better than I thought it would. Also, when I needed to pick it up before they closed the next day, I called ahead of time to let them know I was running a bit late and Destiny reassured me that she would be there for me. She was so kind. I was super impressed by everything this place has to offer.

Wendi, Tom, and the rest of the team were very helpful. Blake even went the extra mile to print on a test shirt to see if a larger size would work better. Destiny and Christopher always greet me with a smile when I come in. I only ordered 2 shirts, but they treated me like I was ordering 500.Besides the customer service, the shirts themselves are outstanding quality, and I absolutely love the way my logo looks directly printed on them. Im a very satisfied customer, and I will be placing future orders!

My first order was for three shirts and they were completed within 24 hours (next day). I had a last minute 2nd order and the two shirts was completed the next day. The people at Big Frog are very helpful and friendly. I would recommend to others. Everything was done over the phone and by email. I will be using them in the future.

I recently had some hats and shirts made for my company. The logo on the hat was put on the wrong side to match the shirts. I guess the draft they make is only to protect them if you make a mistake. Destiny, even admitted they were done incorrectly. They offered me a thirty percent discount to make up for their mistake, which I declined. If that is their idea of making it right, I will not be going back.

Ive worked with Big Frog on several of my after school club t-shirts and they always make exactly what I want with a very fast turn around. I love that the ink is also embedded in the t-shirt, so they wear well.
