Wonderful service and wonderful staff. We had all of our locks changed for our Community buildings and gates. They made me copies for all personnel and contractors at a minimum fee. Then we hired them to change out our Gate Access card Hardware and software. They made it convenient and easy. Great Prices too! Highly recommend!! Weve been meaning to re-key our house and after a lock snafu this morning we reached out to Flying Locksmith for help. Not only did they give us a quick turnaround on quote and availability, but the Tech was very professional. Called 30 minutes before his arrival, wore a mask while on-site the whole time, and made sure everything worked before he left. The team even called us after the appointment to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. Give them a call.

Called twice and asked for help getting a key. Both times the folks who answered the phones were very knowledgeable and extremely helpful but the 1st guy quoted ~130 but the 2nd guy quoted 35 or so. Maybe they quoted different things as the key i needed had a fob and a separate emergency key. Will be going there if I need their services in the future.

I was told the price up front on all services prior to anyone coming out. There were no extra cost surprises and that was refreshing. Josh, the technician was extremely courteous and efficient. I would recommend The Flying Locksmiths to any of my friends.

I called them out to my business and they arrived very promptly. They were even able to give me a quote on other work that I needed done on my doors (aside from the locking mechanism). The Flying Locksmiths of Katy did an excellent job at our home! We moved into a pre-owned home, and we needed to change the locks in the home and re-key the entry ways into our home. My malfunctioning front door deadbolt door handle combination was repaired without replacing the entire assembly at a fair and reasonable price.This saved be from the difficult task of finding an exact replace with additional wait time and saved me a significant amount of money in material costs.I was also very pleased with the professionalism and definitely recommend them!

I submitted a request on Sunday, received a call on Monday. Tuesday - 8:30 am- on time and quick. Fixed my lock, and then sent a nice detailed invoice with pictures. Usually dont write reviews, but will for this service. Wish all service providers were like this.
