Got me in and diagnosed, repaired in a reasonable amount of time. Shane’s customer service and communication is unmatched. We’re all familiarity the shop that gives you the “you need us more than we need you” service. This is NOT one of those shops.

This is the horrible branch of vanguard volvo, i told them that my trucks dashbord front side heater not working, they checked my sleeper bunks heater, which was already working properly, and charged me 170.00 just for turning heater on and off. When i told them over the fone tht i have asked for front dashboard heater, thy replied thts working as well. I picked up my truck, now my heater is not working. They are totally butchers, stayaway

They ripped off. Charge triple price what they quoted. And you cant talk to them. Stay away from this place. And they never helped you with your warranty. Always make excuses for the warranty.

Very slow service at this location, a oil change can take multiple days to complete. Take the drive to the location on 90 they get you in and out a lot faster

Stay a way from Vanguard Truck Center they charged to replace starter 3 hours labor 510$.

This place must be shutdown, super slow and push you back for lying reasons. A week work took 3 weeks. Still not finished.

They said they had the parts I needed... and last minute they didnt. waste of time

No one ever answers the phones at this place especially if u need parts.

On hold for 10 minutes for them to say they dont sell tools... Never anything in stock for truck parts needed

When you bring stuff back in warranty sales people laugh because they know it’s a rip off .. you have to rebuy everything then wait for an additional two months to get your money back on your warranty so technically they sit with the profit for an additional six months before you can get any of your money back on a warrantee that is good for a year

Katy location is open on Saturdays or not??Here it says it is, but when called no one answers.

I spoke on the phone and asked if they spoke Spanish and they told me that they would return the call in 30 to 45 minutes ... imagine that you are dumped and that you have to wait 45 minutes to know if they have the part or not ... for others they never have what you are looking for and the extremely expensive parts ... You can communicate with the man who speaks Spanish and a very good person he solved what I was looking for
