Jake and Dennis the two head honchos over at the Katy location keep the store running smoothly. Dennis, like an encyclopedia, is always there for his team members when they have any questions about the item numbers or where to find them in the system or in the warehouse and jake, like Hermes him self is always there to keep things organized and jumps up to do the legwork with his fellow team members to keep orders coming in and out of the shop fast and smooth. On top of doing all of this they keep the shop open and welcoming with food and drink for all and a smile while they greet you by your first name (that they remember after one visit). Over all this is a great team to work with
