I was looking for a place to get my machines serviced and am so glad I happened upon this gem. The staff is really friendly and very helpful—they even rolled my machines out and got them in my car for me. Cant wait to go back to shop their excellent selection of fabric and patterns!

The shop referred me to an affiliate of theirs to finish a quilt for me. The lady martha posey completely butchered and messed up my daughters baby quilt. The just assumed the way i would want it and put a flap of fabric coming out of the top of the quilt and then said she wasnt going to fix it. Waste of time and fabric and money. When i discussed this with the shop all they had to say was they are sorry i had a bad experience with the person they referred. Now i have to go undo everything, purchase more supplies and spend more time and money getting it fixed.

Love this store. Embroidery Class was Great! Instructor Tammie is attentive to each person to be sure we understand. Is a very good listener n really works with each of us. Truly the best! Staff very helpful. Debra helped to carry my Awesome Bernina from car n Naoma helped to put it in after class. Although our class ran a little late everyone was patient n kind n still helpful. Miss Lynn rang up my late purchase, always nice to see her. Appreciate all the staff n great quality products. Love the specialty there. Thank you everyone.

Shopping for a new machine. Cecily was VERY knowledgeable and SUPER patient while I asked a million questions. Definitely go see her!The store is lovely and so bright and spacious....just delightful! Go see for yourself.

This is my favorite place. The staff is super helpful. Often I come in with a project in mind and need someone to help pick fabrics. They are great. I often leave with fabrics I would not have though to choose, but love.

Absolutely love the women who work here! Very helpful and offer feedback on projects when asked. The quality of their fabrics is amazing, and they carry a great variety of collections to choose from. Can’t wait to take one of their classes!

Extremely helpful and friendly staff. Limited amount of fabric, but good quality and good selection. If you prewash your fabric or if you’re picky about it being absolutely square, buy a little extra, because if you say you want 1/4 yard (or whatever measure), you get EXACTLY 1/4 yard. They do a fair job of cutting straight, but I sometimes have to trim a bit to get it perfectly square.

Lots of cute fabrics, great selection of blenders, tons of thread and all the tools, plus friendly and helpful staff! Were lucky to have such a wonderful shop in Katy!

Bought my Bernina770 from them in November 2018 along with a Bernette machine. They were so helpful. I have since brought my 770 in multiple times for repairs. They never return my calls and tell me it’s a 3 to four week wait for someone to look at my machine. I’m now looking for another place to do my work.

Not sure to give 3 or 4 stars... They get 5 for selection of fabrics. I would like to see more layer cakes and charms but, its got a good selection of fabric. However, if you go in here and expect people to be friendly and helpful then you are in for a surprise. In fact in my 3 times in this shop...I have never been asked if I needed help... nor has anyone noticed me till I have gone to get fabric cut or check out. Even on a non busy day with 3 people hanging around the cutting table has anyone jumped to attention when I have been here. I really want to like this place... was excited to find it. But, darn... would like a friendlier staff and more helpful staff too...

Beautiful quilt shop with helpful staff.

I recently stopped in with my two year old in tow, knowing that it would be a difficult shopping experience, but my sales rep Catherine was just so helpful and so kind! She made my experience so wonderful and was so helpful and sweet with my little baby. This means the world to moms like myself who sometimes feel like overwhelmed with shopping with little ones! I told my husband that night that because of the kindness alone that I was shown that day that I would be back to purchase from Catherine and would not look at any other stores like I had planned (the knowledge and demos of the machines were just icing on the cake). Thank you for having such an incredible staff like Catherine and making me feel so welcome. I cannot wait to get my hands on the Destiny 2 when my husband gives me the green light! :-)

The store is awesome and beautifully laid out. It kinda feels like being in a Apple Store. Also, the staff is fantastic at this place - my sales person Monica is a dream and all the others Ive interacted with are just the best and sweetest most helpful people ever. I can also tell you first hand that the owner really cares about her customers. I had an issue and she jumped right on getting it resolved. I like doing business with someone like that. GO CHECK THEM OUT you wont regret it.

Love this place, the fabrics are beautiful and thread is well priced, you have to check it out! They have fun patterns and a knowledgeable staff. I will definitely be back.

We bought tickets for the Intl. Quilt Show at this place. Then today went to buy a spray mister after a quilter recommended that item. The people are very nice here.

I went in for a power cord and got a mini lesson on my machine from Terri . Everyone was so friendly and knowledgeable. I will definitely be back for classes and to have my machine cleaned and tuned.

They helped me when I needed help. While missing my embroidery machine bobbin holder, they offered to let me use one of their machines to complete a Christmas project. Little did they know there were tears flowing as I left their shop.

Literally didn’t even get a full sentence out so say oh ok thank you though before the rudest person hung up on me like I could have wanted to buy something else would never ever shop here!!!!!!
