Fair price and fast service

I just needed a little piece of window beading which was not a standard profile. They had a decent pile of random sticks. We found one that worked. They gave it to me at no charge!

All I can say is FAST service, GREAT communications, and always POLITE and FRIENDLY. Ms. Taylor was very nice and informative. Got the tech out quickly. Mr. Javier, the glass technician was SUPER FAST with QUALITY workmanship of changing out the broken glass and replacing with new glass. I suffered with this glass broken for over 1 year, I wish I had called them sooner! Thanks to Ms. TAYLOR and Mr. Javier for knowing what customer satisfaction is all about!! 😀👍

Had them cut some 1/4” glass for a reptile enclosure. Cut exactly to size and even honed off the edges for me. Quality work at a good price.

Fast, friendly service! Went in to get an estimate on 4 small glass shelves. Gentleman comes out and says he can do it on the spot. Waited for about 5 mins and I had my shelves, he even made them a little thicker than the original one! Not sure about price, seeing I didnt get estimates from other glass companies. Very satisfied with service and promptness. Will be going there again.

I made an appointment with them to come out between 10-2. I had to take off of work in order to make this happen but they no called no showed. I left voice messages on their phone line and never received a call back. I was referred to them by a good friend.

Terrible service! We took a china glass in for them to duplicate. After waiting several days for a simple piece of glass to be cut it was cut 1/8 too short. They had the sample in house and still it was cut the wrong size. How much more stupid can you get. The place stinks of cigarette smoke and the business is run more like a redneck side of the road stop than a business. Dont go there...youll waste your time and money.

Called them 10+ times just to request an estimate.Still have not received it.They apparently dont need my work.

These guys are expensive. They were an hour late on a 2 hour appointment window. They wanted to charge 135$ for a single 46 x 14 window. I had broken this window before and it had 2 panes damaged. The last guy charge me 200 (100 per window).He first looked at it and said 127.50. I said it was too high and he called in and they increased the amount to 135. Stear clear of this business.

I needed a custom cut tempered glass . They helped me with it. I will use them again if needed.

Made an appointment for someone to come out at 4 pm. Apparently the tech tried to call and because no one answered the phone it was canceled. I am sorry I was trying to make a living!! Piss poor customer service and piss poor service period. Run away and call someone else.

Took several months for mirrors to come in, then after installation noticed an area broken,called the office to have it fixed and i was yeld at i couldnt even get one word in then hung up on! When i called back i was again rudely spoken to then hung up on a second time! Use another mirror company! The guy in the office is a nightmare to deal with.
