Dan in the hitting area is great. He spent a lot of his time with me helping me choose the right driver. He is very knowledgeable and friendly. PGA Superstore you are lucky to have Dan.

The best golf store around. A bit pricey but well worth the money. All staff members are helpful and know their stuff..

I bought a pair of Winn grips to renew my Mizuno driver. The selection is outstanding and even demos are available to feel the huge selection. But my excitement of DIY grip install ended up in frustration... I could only get the grip in half way. Went back to the store thinking I would spend additional on a new grip and have it done by the pros. But Binh at the service counter said: give me the driver, I can fix this. He took my new halfway installed grip and worked his magic to take it off then installed it perfectly. He even made me feel better by telling me that Winn grips are notorious for being difficult to put on. He then said give it an hour and enjoy... did not even accept payment. Its people like Binh that inspire loyalty. Its moments like these that remind us nothing replaces the personalized service, selection and joy of shopping at a brick and mortar. Thank you Binh for providing such a good experience at your store. From now on, I will shop for my golf gear nowhere else.

I had a similar experience as the review before me. The store itself is fantastic. Lots of options, bays for fitting, technology etc. However, I had an oddly negative experience from a customer service perspective. I asked for some help finding a club. Unfortunately, I didnt have any idea which brand of club I was looking for and was looking for some guidance. The rep got really annoyed with me and basically just sent me off on my own to find something. Not sure if I caught him on a bad day, but it was so off-putting that I decided Id rather wait for the next sales rep than have to deal with this man. There was a level of hubris and arrogance that wasnt befitting of someone in sales. I still gave the store 3 stars because of the selection.

Stopped in to get a new pair of FootJoys Great selection of shoes. I wear a size 14 which can be difficult to find. Was helped out by a gentleman who said he was new, Blake. Very helpful and courteous. I appreciate good customer service. Nice store, will return!!

The customer service was much better than the golf galaxy I went to in Baybrook. They actually asked me if I needed any help when I first walked in,lol.

Paid for the fitting van experience with Bernard John and I have to say, it was money well spent. I looked extensively at various club fitting options across Houston, and didnt want to end up paying silly money for exotic shafts, figuring there would be a good shaft-head option out there amongst the multiple brands available, and I wasnt wrong.Bernard is a lovely guy, listens to what you are expecting and goes through the steps towards fitting you with the correct clubs. Furthermore, theres absolutely no hardsell from Bernard (he gives you your recommendation to takeaway), but his character, knowledge and insight provides assurance that youre getting the right clubs to fit your game and objectives. This in itself means you want to buy the clubs from the store, rather than searching for them cheaper elsewhere. With their price promise and performance guarantee, Im not in the slight bit worried that I have bought the wrong irons for my game.Now I have to justify to myself that I dont need to upgrade my woods, or my wedge... or my putter!Bottom line: get yourself a van experience club fitting with Bernard.

Awesome store. The club smith team there is top notch. They work fast, great attention to detail even with more complex requests and super friendly.

I went into the store to look at getting some new irons. Tim Smith was helping me and he was great. I hit balls for over two hours. I probably hit over 15 different club and shaft combinations. When I thought I was happy with my club selection he would encourage me to try different clubs and explain the difference. In the end I spent more money than I was planning, but I know I have the best clubs for me. I will be going back to Tim next time I am in the market for clubs.

Best store EVER!!! They actually had womens golf clothes. Woohoo!! Its hard to come by so we were very excited. Found just what we needed. They had gloves galore and every golf club you could ever need. Definitely go there again!!

My wife and I got fitted by Bernard John. He was awesome! By the end of our fitting he was able to add 27 yards of carry to her 7 iron! We cant wait to play with her new irons and will definitely be going back to Bernard in the future.

I recently bought a new set of irons, the store had all the latest high tech equipment to analyze how I was hitting 5 different brands. The person who helped me also changed the shafts and adjusted the length with each different set, and that allowed me to find the perfect set of irons for my swing. Great people knows there golf

The services are terrible. First time I went to try some clubs I had to wait about 40 minutes.Second time I paid for a 90 minutes driver fitting section and after 20 minutes the instructor told me we are already done.Third time I did a class and the instructor told me that in 2 or 3 days he should be sending me some results, videos and home works. I asked him twice and he never answered me.You guys should choose better your personal relates with your services. I am not planning to come back at PGA Katy, I prefer run to Woodlands that come again there.

Love the PGA Superstore! So happy we have one in Katy. Not only do they have the biggest selection of Womens Golf Apparel but the staff is great. I got custom fitted by Kele Arteaga, he is one of the top club fitters in the area. He did not try to sell me something I did not need. I was able to bring in my old clubs and compare them to a newer set. He is extremely experienced and knowledgeable in adjusting lie angle and shaft weight and how that can impact swing. Go see Kele you will not be disappointed.

The people in this store are great. They helped me out tremendously with my defective driver. They took all the BS that I would have had with the manufacturer way from me and handled it themselves. I will not buy any golf equipment or apparel anywhere else..

It seems like you have to go with money in your hands or perhaps wear expensive golf attire to be helped around the store.

I went in to get my irons and a driver regripped. The gentleman was very helpful even though he was busy and looked shorthanded. I am a member which really comes in handy, free install for grips. Anyway, the point of the review was one of my clubs had paint on the shaft and clubhead. I joked with the guy about it and dropped them off and left.Came back the next day to get the clubs and the same guy was there, he ended up cleaning the paint off the shaft and even some of the clubhead. He said he just couldnt take it while he was regripping and had to clean it up, no charge of course.Great service as always. If you get a chance, meet some of the people who work there, they are very helpful and will answer any questions you have.

I like their bathroom situation. Usually, I refrain from using public restrooms. But the individual stalls with doors that fully close and lock changed my mind. Also, they have monitors above the urinals tuned to the Golf channel so you remember what store you’re in. Oh I almost forgot, they also sell golf stuff here. And I like golf.

Love the PGA Tour Superstore. From authentic to high end apparel and equipment, this is the go to stop for anything Golf related. They also provide lessons and the majority of the staff are avid golfers, so their opinions hold worth.

I was here three consecutive days to browse and learn about a particular set of clubs. Everyone working here is not helpful at all and try their best to avoid you. What a waste of my time !

Went there to buy a new set of clubs, but wanted to compare my old irons to new clubs in the hitting booth. The staff (all 8 of them) would not let me bring in my stuff in fear that I would swap-out clubs, I guess. I had been in the store a few days prior, (dropped $450 on a driver) and all of their clubs seemed to have security alarms on them. So, not so sure why they wanted to all act like security guards. Maybe they are experiencing some theft (which is usually from the inside)Less than accommodating.....So, I left. Off to another store today.

I was excited for this store to open but after visiting a couple times it was a massive let down. The staff is basically non-existant. There is nobody around willing to answer questions or help you try out clubs. The only staff I came across was near the golf accessories sections and they just starred at me like I was stealing. Ill stick to golf galaxy.

First time in store looking to get a new driver and irons yet I can’t get anyone to say hi can I help you nothing. Hit a few shots in hitting are ”mind you I had a few hybrids to choose from” waiting for anyone to say how does that one feel sir or can I get you another club to try and got nothing. Several employees walked by but didn’t say a word. My daughter needs a new set and was very disappointed she did not get to try any new clubs out. Horrible experience one and done will never try again. Told the two guys just talking in front while we were leaving the store thank you for not helping me today I did not enjoy this visit I was looking to buy but can’t get any help. Still got nothing. Golf galaxy here we come!!
