Super excited about getting one of these grills. I saw one at a friends house. I saw online a great special. Lucky me I have a fire disc store in my city. Drove to it and to be told they could not price match their online price even though it states that the grill is only available online and at its flagship store. I can see why this location has zero customers. I will not buy anything from this company. Good luck firedisc I will let my friends and family to steer clear.

Amazing store that has all the essentials to equip a memorable outdoor cooking experience. Firedisc is my go to cooker when I’m traveling as it is so versatile and easy to clean. This store has tons of unique cooking utensils and gadgets so gift giving has become much easier for my family! Staff is very helpful and will take the time to understand your needs and demonstrate. Pro tip - Don’t forget to stock up on the delicious meat and coffee to perfectly complement your next grilling adventure.

Great company with great products. The Flagship store is stellar and the customer service is even better. I had picked up an ultimate gripping tool that was faulty and exchanged with no questions asked. The tool is super smooth and easy to use. They have a vast inventory of discs and accessories.

Walked in for the first time with my little son trying to buy a gift for my husband.... was a little nervous because I was not sure really what I needed/wanted. I was greeted as soon as we stepped through the doors by a super friendly guy! Come to find out later was one of the owners (wonderful to see in the store!). The gentleman helping me was so very helpful, asked what we would be doing with our Firedisc and was very informative without trying to over sell me! I think actually I was the one saying I need one of those too! They are so very family friendly as well - they offered my little one a word search and a little Firedisc chef hat that kept him occupied and even a little critter search! Loved the environment and people but even better product! We have had it now since Christmas and it is a family affair cooking on it, we love it - well done Firedisc!

I have been in the store several times for a disc, accessories, meat, and even just to hang and grab a glass of Slow and Low! The setup is perfect for a local hangout to share ideas/tips/tricks/drinks.
