I just want to thank Ronna for helping me find the bridle I needed it for my horse it was not an easy fix but you did it and so thankful for you ! Great service. We needed 5 gallon gas cans to go back home to Louisiana from Hurricane Ida. Everyone else was sold out but Tractor Supply had enough for us. We needed 6 in total. The estimated date for pickup was 3 days away, but they had them in stock and were ready for pickup the day after placing the order.

I always receive excellent service here, the employees Ive encountered act like real humans with a heart and try to help the best they can. Prices are typically normal to low. Wish there were a few more around town etc but I wouldnt want to sacrifice any of that customer service.Thanks!

Been in this tractor supply numerous times. Great store overall. Some things are a little over priced. I bought a safe today which I have been putting off but today Ashley helped me pick the perfect one that fits my collection. She was very polite and had great knowledge of the safes and other products in the store that I had questions on. Ashley is always very welcoming when I come in to this location she has great customer service, even while she was helping me she greeted other customers. I have dealt with other employees that it seemed like a bother to help. Thank you Ashley for your help! My family and I will be back for future buys.

My new favorite place! I went for rubber boots (they have a great selection for ladies and kids) and left with about 10 other items I had to have! They have EVERYTHING here. Decorations, tools, lawn supplies, pet food and a do-it-yourself dog grooming station, clothing, boots, candles, I mean a little bit of everything. Prices seemed fair as well and the staff was nice. Ill be back soon!

Scheduled curbside pickup hours ago since I cant go in the store due to being high risk and when we arrived, we called (following instructions on the parking spot), we were told that they knew we were here to pick up but they were too busy and had a line and we had to wait. When they brought out the items purchased, we were missing items that we were charged for so we had to call again and wait on hold for them to get the employee that brought out things. Then another employee picked up and told us that we had to go somewhere else to pick up the other items. Why didnt they tell us that since the beginning and left us waiting? We dont work here so we dont know that you have to go to different spots for purchases. Need more communication and better customer service .

They have so many interesting things. I had been searching for months for a belt that has snaps that would allow me to change the belt buckle, found one at TSC.

This was my first time to ever visit a Tractor Supply Co. and I really enjoyed it! I loved seeing the different chics and ducklings! Kind of like PetSmart, but fowl instead of rodents. So cute!

The store managers Brad and Michelle were very helpful in holding a lawn sweeper and even helped me load the large box in my truck.

I made a curbside online order for a product very difficult to find. I live 40 mins away. 3 hours later i show up with my order number and ID as required per email, and I find out they sold the product to someone else under MY curbside order, without bothering to check his information or his ID. I came a long way for nothing. Thanks for wasting my time.

Im giving one star just because I cant give zero. I came here to purchase something and when I asked the cashier, Jackson about a certain product his answer was I dont know sir,if we do is probably on aisle 25 and proceded to hand me my receipt without even looking at me. Not a professional way to treat the customers that basically keep you employed.

Theres a huge sign at the entrance of the store about masks, but the first thing you see upon entering is employees at the registers with no masks over nose or mouth. I also saw customers walking in and shopping with no masks on.So if youre high risk, or are taking covid very seriously, maybe order curbside, online, or go to another location.

Brad and the rest of the staff here were all very helpful and put in the extra effort to make sure that I had everything I needed for my home project. You guys rock!

Kind of a mess at the moment it looks like they are rearranging or remodeling, there were several associates to help but because of the store condition werent able to help much.... I looked on line and it said the items i wanted were in store so I was a bit disappointed I drove there and they couldnt be found

Store manager 2nd shift, he couldnt unload me 3 pallet men . I heard to spend a night here and had several stops . Only 3 pallets less than 2 min work had to spend here. Claimed he was goin home and it was 7 pm. The lady who got me the following morning, she took 3 min. God bless you

This place is dark, over priced, low in stock of popular items and the staff and customers are rude. I needed soil for ground which included manure but they didnt have. They did have lots of vegetable seeds unlike Lowes so that was the only plus.The aisles are so small its impossible for more than one shopping cart to fit. So if someone is in aisle with a cart, you have to wait or go around. There were men who literally squeezed past my cart to get by instead of going around. They dont bother to say excuse me or attempt to practice social distancing. There were several items I was interested in which had no price tags and was too heavy to carry to the front to check price, so again no one was available assist so Ill just never know. I asked the cashiers, but they just pointed me in multiple directions to find soil they either dont carry or not in stock.Would never go back again.

Liked it best when manager Todd ran it. Neater, better organized, staff lacks professionalism. Not a frequent visitor anymore. Walked in and walked right back out.

Best place to buy Grade 8 bolts.Staff is friendly and always willing to help. They always seem to be in a great mood too.Plenty of parking out front with easy access to to I-10.Great selection of tools and hardware not to mention all the farm/ranch equipment one will every need.Love spring at the store when all the chicks and young ducklings are for sale.

We just left the store. Customer service is awful. Store manager is rood as the rest of the employees. The price is on the shelf is not matching to the items. Won’t ever be back to that store again.

Last month, Brad helped me with a convoluted BBQ pit purchase. It was supposed to be a surprise Fathers Day gift for my husband, so I had to order by phone or online and get my son-in-law to pick it up. The online purchase charged me delivery to the store, even though they had some in stock. Brad cancelled that order when I told him what happened and fixed it up for me. My son-in-law picked it up ok and brought it to us the next day, right after my husband discovered the bank charge! When he asked what the charge was, i said its coming up our driveway this minute. He was very surprised! Thank you, Brad, for all your help! I hope your boss sees this.

Took my dog in on a Saturday to take advice of their Vet services for dogs. It’s first come, first served. It is indoors which is nice as was outside in heat. Friendly staff assistants. They keep records of when last there. Much better prices than a Vet stand alone business. Store has lots of dog food to choose from.

I waited almost 20 minutes for someone to fill up my propane tank. I was told multiple times “they’re coming“ and they never showed up. I’ll take my business elsewhere

Tractor Supply is focused on a more rural market. They try to be a one-stop shop for farmers and ranchers, but the urban browser can still find a wide variety of interesting and useful items. This place is worth the occasional visit, you might be surprised what you find. The staff has always been friendly, and the prices seem reasonable.

I love that they offer a variety of dog food and treats. Even though its a little out of my way I would still go due to the brand of dog food that is sold there. They also have great selection of other things too.

This is the WORST customer service EVER. They are dishonest and lazy. We bought a generator from them on Thursday. Opened it today (Saturday) to find it missing half of the pieces, and it covered in spiders eggs, dirt, etc - it was obviously VERY used.We called, and they basically told us it was our problem. They were out of that generator, they didnt have the parts, and we could call different stores to see if they had it and exchange it.Sure. Well waste our ENTIRE Saturday getting ready for a HURRICANE because you were dishonest and sold us something used without all the parts AND you refused to offer any help to solve the problem (like driving the TWO HOURS to get the nearest one).After we wasted the time calling around (and found someone ELSE at ANOTHER store nice enough to look it up for us on their computer, which the Katy location could have done instead of making us call around), they refused to answer the phone.So again, DISHONEST and LAZY.

Tractor Supply has goods for those living in the country or those having rural property. TS carries welding supplies, feed, equine supplies, gardening supplies, tools, clothing and other things needed for the outdoors. I noticed that they also had a large pet supplies area. The cashier was exceptional.

Someone approached me and helped me find what I needed. Variety of stock including bird seed to chicken scratch (feed for young chickens and some use in bark butter for birds). Tools. Handy to I-10.

I have been buying 4health dog food in the small cans here for the last several years...... They put it on sale 12 for $12.......been in to buy at least 6 times the last couple months,they never have it, have complained but no results, always excuses. They will have it when not on sale. I will not waste my time trading here again.

Prices very affordable, way better than home Depot or Walmart. They have a lot of the main day to day merchandise, though not a large selection but you will be satisfied. I just recently found this place and I will shop there more than home Depot. Great experience as far as the pricing and customer service. Thank you!

Excellent customer service everytime

Tractor Supply is my go to place for most of my dog needs. Its also extremely convenient for me to get all my dogs vaccinations on a budget by allowing VIPpetcare to come to their store! I purchased a cattle water through once which I use as a pool for my grandkids! They have quite a great selection of bird feeders, squirrel feeders and the feed as well.Also, the customer service at this location is amazing! Friendly staff makes for a wonderful shopping experience!

It was ok, found mostly what I went for. People didnt seem all that friendly that work there though. It was my first time going. A smile would have been nice.

I pick up cattle tags here to keep ants, spiders and wasps out of my rectifiers. They always smile, ask if I need help and happily answer questions when I do.

Love this place I can find any part for my tractor they have it very knowledgeable you have any questions and dont know how to do something on how to fix something they will help you they have all type of chemicals and pesticides help clean your property cleaning house

A kid that goes by the name bri? She tried to help me out but she got frustrated and raised her voice, she was being really rude and I hope she gets enough discipline to learn how to handle customers that just got their partner taken away. thank you for not making me feel any better

Needed an abrasive blaster. Didnt find d what we were looking for, but product selection definitely had my country son drooling at times. Staff was helpful without hovering. Pleasant experience through register despite longish lines.

TSC always has those hard to find items that usually cant be found in the big box stores. More like a mom and pop hardware store that the big guys. Great staff as well, friendly and knowledgeable.

Now here is a weird place. Has everything from live chickens to rubber dog toy chickens. Entertaining place for sure. Oddball stuff including nice overpriced clothes and cheap tools. Like a redneck walmart. Friendly employees. Plenty of parking . just dont shoot past the place like i did or you have to go way way up and back around again on feeder road . turn line you are going to Merrill Center.

Service is very poor. Waited long time in line then waited again after placing order for someone to meet me at the yard to get a rubber matt cut. No one showed up. Went back inside to get money back and none of cashiers seemed to care. Ladys dog in front of me almost attacked me. Cashiers not well trained. Ill go back only in extreme need.

My wife and I go to tractors supply all the time, this one and one in Huntsville.I bought and paid for a refurbished air compressor ( here in katy) it was 130.00 they are 430.00 new. I told the girl at check out we were in our car so I would be back tomorrow to pick it up, she said no problem. we came back the next day and it was gone, they sold it, I dont know if someone took the sold sign off it and bought it or what, I talked to someone there they said sorry ill give your money back. I got nowhere with this person and they were closing, he said the manager would be in tomorrow. I came back today and was lucky to talk to a manager named Keith or heath, he came out from the back, with a smile on his face ( I knew that was a good sign) anyway I told him the story he listened to me not once interrupting me. he thought for a little and said you can have this new one its the right thing to do guys like him are getting hard to find, someone who takes responsibly for there mistake ( not his, the store) he said this is the only fair thing to do well Im very happy, not just because I got a 430.00 air compressor for 130.00 but because he did the right thing, this is why I like to shop there. its the way ALL stores should treat people. little did he know how he treated me was going to determine if I ever come back... I will, just because he did the right thing UPDATE 8/5/17 I dont see how I can leave another review so I will add on to this one. I went there today 8/5/17 and bought a bad boy rotary cutter for my tractor, I had Tod help me, he was SUPER NICE, I had my tractor with me he set up the cutter up on the tractor for me adjusted it, he went way out of his way to be helpful, dont believe all the hateful stuff on here.
