Their stitching service is tremendous! ALL MY HATS ARE STITCHED. I have been a member since 2008 and always get great service at LIDS!

I like Lids for many reasons. If want something customized they can do it or if you want the latest Championship hats they have it. You can order online and they will ship it to you.

They close at 8 pm, I made there by 7.30 pm they were already closed .I asked why is that? they supported to be open till 8 .the guy rolled his eyes and give me some excuse that they have to clean the floors or whatever .Bad customer service .so disappointed.

Called today about getting a scrub shirt embroidered; the gentleman on the phone was helpful and knowledgeable, and in the store they assisted my design choices and set it up to embroider right then. I walked around the mall for about 15-20 minutes and it was ready when I came back.Everything was neat and correct, and I thought I got great value for my dollar.Kudos, and I WILL be back.

I go strictly for the clearance caps. Anything Houston - Texans, Astros or Rockets. The buy one get one sale is a must as well.

Terrible attention, I bought a cap more than a month and a half ago and paid for a digitization of my company logo to put it on the cap and they did not do the work, it was more than 7 times in that month and a half and the attention was terrible, Only one Latin girl was very kind and coordinated, but the manager, a bearded man and a young boy who work there, do not know how to attend a business, I had to ask for my money back but they only gave me the money for the cap because according to not They could give me the payment money for digitizing my logo and that they would send me the logo by email, but to date I have not received anything yet, I feel completely cheeky, I do not recommend buying in that store.

This rating really should be zero stars for zero level of customer service. I just got off the phone from inquiring about a womans baseball cap. She laughed and said that theres no womans baseball caps everything is unisex. I told her that according to the website it is considered a womans cap. She then hung up the call on me. I will never shop at this location and do not recommend this location.

Sells products higher then suggested retail price. RIP off chain selling overpriced items. I would do research online for hat you are looking for

The ABSOLUTE WORST customer service. My boyfriend and I bought 2 hats from this store. Within the same hour he decided it wasnt a good idea as he is on disability and only gets a certain amount of money a month so he decided to return the hats. He went back to the store alone and didnt notice he lost the receipt. He asked the ASSISTANT MANAGER DIANA if she could pull it up, she said no. He offered her money and she magically pulled it up. WHO TAKES MONEY FROM A CUSTOMER FOR A RETURN?? SO UNETHICAL AND UNPROFESSIONAL. I was livid when he told me so I went back to the store. She acted as if she didnt know what i was talking about yet she had the money in her back pocket. I called her supervisor ADRIAN FLORES and to my surprise, he saysOh yea, I already know and that was it. Well no wonder these employees do what they want. The manager doesnt care!!!!

Was looking for the new Lakers hat. But they were out. The guy was cool, helped me find it online, and got the order mailed to my house. Good job

I came to get a custom job but the guy doing the threading said it couldn’t be done. All the while I’m thinking I’ve gotten custom jobs from lids before and he had the audacity to tell me they’ve never done it. All I had was 3 rectangles and some words whereas the letters im sure are preset into the design system. He said all he had was some presets for me to choose from which I thought was a load of bs. He just didn’t want to do the work, which is fine..... I’ll take my money elsewhere, and I did..... got everything I needed from Printful since they give me a finished product and not a load of bs excuses.

One in Katy Mills Mall would be better if the guy behind the register was as interested in customer service as he was as chitchating with the girl that was behind the counter with him.

This place is great, you can personalize all your stuff, and it does not take all day for them to finish! The price is ok, get the membership it saves you a lil money

Very very small selection! 9 times out of 10 the employees are on their phone instead of helping customers. I dont even know why I come to this store. Been a few dozen times and have left only one time with a product.

I can not understand the bad reviews partly, we were in the Lids shop and were very pleased with the service of the advice and especially with the embroidering of the caps. The shop makes a very good impression, is very clean and the atmosphere is right, well be back!
